A beyond gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump turned to his top intelligence official Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard at a televised Cabinet meeting last August, noting that she had evidence of “how corrupt the 2020 election was” and asked when she’d produce it, says Director Gabbard quickly replied: “I will be the first to brief you once we have that information collected”—a reply followed by President Trump posting the announcement: “I am going to lead a movement to get rid of MAIL-IN BALLOTS, and also, while we’re at it, Highly “Inaccurate”, Very Expensive, and Seriously Controversial VOTING MACHINES”.
On 11 January, this report notes, the New York Times revealed: “President Trump said during an interview with The New York Times that he regretted not ordering the National Guard to seize voting machines in swing states after his loss in the 2020 election...The remarks by Mr. Trump in the interview last week harked back to one of the most perilous moments from his first term in office, when he was urged by some advisers to order his national security agencies to take control of machines manufactured by Dominion Voting Systems in an effort to find evidence that they had been hacked to rig the election against him”.
The Canadian-based voting machine company Dominion Voting Systems, this report continues, partnered with the British-based multinational company Smartmatic that builds and implements electronic voting systems, who previously revealed: “In 2009, more than a decade ago, Smartmatic licensed ballot scanning machines from Dominion for use in the Philippines for a Smartmatic election project”—and Smartmatic also documented: “From 2004 to 2017, Smartmatic worked with Venezuela’s National Elections Council providing technology and services for all national elections...In the fifteen national elections conducted with our technology in Venezuela, political parties of all stripes won and lost races...We’re proud to say that some pioneering features of the voting system we deployed in this country, particularly the paper voting receipt, have influenced others around the world”.
In the pre-dawn hours of 3 January, this report details, United States federal police and military forces captured and arrested Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro, then the United States Department of Justice announced on 6 January: “Nicolás Maduro Moros became president of Venezuela following Hugo Chavez’s death in 2013 and declared victory in a presidential election in 2018...In 2019, the National Assembly of Venezuela invoked the Venezuelan constitution and declared that Maduro had usurped power and was not the president of Venezuela...In the July 2024 Venezuelan presidential election, Maduro again declared himself the victor despite evidence to the contrary”.
Joining the arrest of Venezuelan leader Maduro, who has long used voting machines to steal elections, this report notes, was the special report that was delivered to the Department of Justice and the FBI outlining the potential violations of law in the conduct of the 2020 Presidential Election in Fulton County-Georgia, which shockingly revealed: “On September 30, 2020, the Secretary of State directed county officials to install untested and uncertified software (version 5.5.10.32) written the week before on 34,000 Ballot Marking Devices across the state before it was tested or submitted to the Election Assistance Commission (“EAC”) as required...To be clear- this was not apatch, but a complete installation of a new and untested software version”.
After nearly a month of American authorities interrogating Venezuelan leader Maduro to discover how he used voting machines to steal elections, this report continues, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard obtained a criminal warrant and led an FBI raid on the Fulton County election headquarters building in Georgia on Wednesday, and is a criminal warrant that ordered seized:
1.
All records relating to violations of Title 52, United States Code, §§ 20701
and 20511 those violations occurring after October 12, 2020, including:
a.
All physical ballots from the 2020 General Election in Fulton County;
including, but not limited to: absentee ballots to include envelopes; advanced
voting ballots, provisional ballots; in-person election day ballots; emergency
ballots; damaged or destroyed ballots; duplicated ballots; or any other ballot
that was used to cast a vote;
b.
All tabulator tapes for every voting machine used in Fulton County; including,
but not limited to; zero tapes, opening tapes, closing tapes and any other
tabulator tape printed from a voting machine utilized during the 2020 General
Election in Fulton County;
c.
All ballot images produced during the original ballot count beginning on
November 3, 2020, the recount, and any other ballot images that were created
from ballot scanning from the 2020 General Election in Fulton County;
d.
All voter rolls from the 2020 General Election in Fulton County from absentee,
early voting, in person, and any other voter roll that indicates voters: to whom
an absentee ballot was issued, from whom an absentee ballot was received, or
who participated in advanced voting or election day voting;
This warrant authorizes a
review of electronic storage media and electronically stored information seized
or copied pursuant to this warrant in order to locate evidence, fruits, and
instrumentalities described in this warrant.
The review of this
electronic data may be conducted by any government personnel assisting in the
investigation, who may include, in addition to law enforcement officers and
agents, attorneys for the government, attorney support staff, and technical
experts.
Pursuant to this warrant,
the FBI may deliver a complete copy of the seized or copied electronic data to
the custody and control of attorneys for the government and their support staff
for their independent review.
Following the New York Times worryingly observing: “The authority of Ms. Gabbard’s agency is limited to investigating international interference in U.S. elections, so her apparent involvement puzzled local Democrats, and spurred speculation about whether she had uncovered undisclosed details of foreign activity in Georgia elections...That was not the only jurisdictional question...It was not clear why an interim U.S. attorney from Missouri, rather than the U.S. attorney in Atlanta, appears to be spearheading the investigation”, this report concludes, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued the statement:
Director Gabbard recognizes
that election security is essential for the integrity of our republic and our nation’s
security.
As DNI, she has a vital
role in identifying vulnerabilities in our critical infrastructure and
protecting against exploitation.
We know through
intelligence and public reporting that electronic voting systems have been and
are vulnerable to exploitation.
President Trump’s directive
to secure our elections was clear, and DNI Gabbard has and will continue to
take actions within her authorities, alongside our interagency partners, to
support ensuring the integrity of our elections.
