A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian activated a wartime emergency contingent plan and declared: “The threats and psychological operations of the Americans are aimed at disrupting the security of the region and will achieve nothing other than instability”, says this declaration followed President Donald Trump claiming to reporters aboard Air Force One late Sunday that Iran's leaders called him and they want to negotiate, and added that a meeting is being set up by his special envoy Steve Witkoff, but Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi revealed in response to this claim: “There was no contact between me and Witkoff in recent days and no request for negotiations was made from us...Our stance is clear, negotiations don’t go along with threats and talks can only take place when there are no longer menaces and excessive demands”.
