A global paradigm shifting new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting a White House official told NBC News: “Trilateral conversations between the United States, Ukraine, and Russia in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi were productive”, says a source also told TASS: “Participants in a meeting on Ukraine, currently taking place in Abu Dhabi, have agreed to continue their dialogue on 24 January, and nobody is slamming the door”—all of which was joined by CEO Vitaliy Zaichenko of UkrEnergo grimly revealing after overnight massive Russian missile strikes: “80% of Ukraine will face emergency unscheduled power outages on 24 January”.

At the same time President Trump is attempting to end one war while contemplating starting another one, this report details, the Pentagon stunned the entire world last evening when it suddenly declassified and released the Department of War document “2026 National Defense Strategy: Restoring Peace Through Strength For A New Golden Age Of America”, wherein it proclaimed:
