An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump assessed yesterday about peace prospects ahead of his meeting with unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky tomorrow: “I think they want to do it now, and I think that Russia wants to do it...But every time one wants to do it, the other doesn’t”, says this assessment was followed by the news: “Kyiv came under a mass combined missile and drone attack overnight on 27 December...Drones kept attacking the capital throughout the night...The air raid alert lasted for nearly 10 hours, and was only turned off after 11 a.m. on 27 December...The attack cut off heat to a third of the capital, including 4,000 residential buildings...It comes on top of ongoing energy outages that have become routine for the capital in the past two months, following Russian attacks on energy infrastructure...Households are left without electricity for up to 15 hours per day”.
Earlier today, this report notes, Dictator Zelensky posted the declaration: “Another Russian strike is still ongoing...Since the night, almost 500 drones – a significant number of them Shaheds – as well as 40 missiles, including Kinzhals, have been launched...And where is Russia’s response to the proposals to end the war made by the United States and the world?...Russian representatives may hold long conversations, but in reality, Kinzhals and Shaheds are speaking for them...This is the real attitude of Putin and his entourage...They do not want to end the war and are trying to use every opportunity to inflict more pain on Ukraine and increase pressure on others around the world”—a declaration joined by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing: “Last night, in response to terrorist attacks launched by the Kiev regime against civilian facilities on the territory of Russia, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation delivered a massive strike by long-range ground, air, and sea-based precision weapons including Kinzhal hypersonic air-launched ballistic missiles as well as attack unmanned aerial vehicles at power infrastructure facilities that supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine and enterprises of the Ukrainian defense industry...The objectives of the strike were achieved, with all designated targets hit”
The proposal to end the war made by the United States, this report continues, is the 28 Point Peace Plan released on 20 November, but about which President Trump lamented a week later: “I’m a little bit disappointed that President Zelenskyy hasn’t yet read the proposal...His people love it, but he hasn’t read it”.
Instead of reading the 28 Point Peace Plan proposed by the United States, this report details, Dictator Zelensky made up and released his own 20 Point Peace Plan three days ago, about which was quickly observed: “The plan omits all of Russia's core demands...It does not mention Ukraine's non-aligned status, nor does it address demilitarization, despite Kyiv retaining an army of 800,000 personnel...The document ignores denazification, the liberation of Donbas, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions, and makes no reference to restoring the status of the Russian language or ending pressure on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church”
Later today, this report notes, President Trump will hold phone talks with Dictator Zelensky and his European puppet masters pushing the 20 Point Peace Plan against the 28 Point Peace Plan—the White House confirmed President Trump will meet with Dictator Zelensky in Miami at 1:00 p.m. (EST) tomorrow—and yesterday, President Trump proclaimed about Dictator Zelensky’s new 20 Point Peace Plan: “He doesn’t have anything until I approve it...So we’ll see what he’s got”.
Involved in creating the 28 Point Peace Plan proposed by the United States, this report continues, were White House envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump’s adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner, both of whom are multi-billionaire private businessmen, not government employees or diplomats—and representing Russia was President Putin’s envoy Kirill Dmitriev, who is also not a diplomat, and heads the multi-billion-dollar Russian Sovereign Wealth Fund, that eagerly looks forward to investing in American companies—and top Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov just revealed: “After Dmitriev reported to President Putin on the results of his trip to America, on the results of his contacts with the Americans, this information was analyzed, and on behalf of President Putin, a contact took place between representatives of the administrations of Russia and the United States”.
Following the contact between representatives of the administrations of Russia and the United States, this report details, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov assessed about 28 Point Peace Plan: “I think 25 December 2025, will remain in our memory as a turning point, when we truly came close to a solution...But whether we can make the final push and reach an agreement depends on our work and on the political will of the other side — especially at a time when Kiev and its sponsors, particularly in the EU, who are not interested in a settlement, have doubled their efforts to derail it”.
While the fate of the world rests on the dueling peace plans decision President Trump will make, this report concludes, the Wall Street Journal revealed shortly after the 28 Point Peace Plan was proposed: “Three powerful businessmen—two Americans and a Russian—hunched over a laptop in Miami Beach last month, ostensibly to draw up a plan to end Russia’s long and deadly war with Ukraine...But the full scope of their project went much further, according to people familiar with the talks...They were privately charting a path to bring Russia’s $2 trillion economy in from the cold—with American businesses first in line to beat European competitors to the dividends”, and it also revealed yesterday: “President Donald Trump’s envoys in negotiations with Moscow, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, see Russia as an “El Dorado” with vast natural resources and rich investment opportunities...Both believe that lifting sanctions and reintegrating Russia back into the world economy could make money for US investors and smooth out its relations with Ukraine and Europe”.
