An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes that as President Putin prepares to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, this historic state event will unite the world’s largest country Russia with the world’s most populated country India.
In an interview with India Today, this report notes, President Putin revealed that Russia has no plans to return to the Western-dominated G7 group—and was a revelation joined with the news: “The Russian Finance Ministry announced that it will issue government bonds denominated in Chinese currency for the first time”.

As President Trump watches Russia and India unite on shared economic issues that lead to mutual prosperity, this report concludes, former neocon commander of United States Army Europe General Ben Hodges just warned: “The European continent is slowly waking to the realisation that it cannot count on Washington as a fair partner...The United States really sees Europe as inconsequential except maybe for some business purposes...Under the current administration’s list of priorities, Europe is number four behind the Western Hemisphere, the Indo-Pacific and the Middle East”.
