An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump told reporters yesterday about the 28 Point Peace Plan he gave to unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky: “He will have to like it and if he does not like it then, you know, they should just keep fighting, I guess”, says he added: “Remember, in the Oval Office, not long ago, I told him: you don't have the cards”—the British media quickly assessed: “Trump’s fundamental view of the conflict has not changed since his meeting with Zelensky at the White House in February...He believes that Zelensky is trying to bluff and get a better deal, knowing that he is in a losing position”—and the American media revealed: “The United States is pushing Ukraine to sign a 28-point peace deal - with multiple red lines for Ukraine - by Thanksgiving or be it will lose US intelligence and access to US weapons”.
Following the peace deal ultimatum issued by President Trump yesterday, this report notes, Dictator Zelensky spoke with Vice President J.D. Vance—a phone call followed by Vice President Vance posting the warning: “Every criticism of the peace framework the administration is working on either misunderstands the framework or mistakes some critical reality on the ground...There is a fantasy: if we just give more money, weapons and sanctions, victory will be close...Peace is not achieved by failed diplomats or politicians living in a fantasy land...It could have been done by smart people living in the real world”.
After President Trump and Vice President Vance threw him out of fantasy land and back into the real world, this report continues, Dictator Zelensky warned the Ukrainian peoples: “Now is one of the most difficult moments in our history...Now Ukraine may find itself facing a very difficult choice...Either the loss of dignity, or the risk of losing a key partner”—a warning followed by President Putin revealing that the American plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine is an updated version of a proposal developed following his meeting with President Trump in Alaska.
Living in the fantasy land warned about by Vice President Vance, this report details, is the leftist New York Times, that deceivingly assessed today: “Many of the 28 points in the proposed Russia-Ukraine peace plan offered by the White House read like they had been drafted in the Kremlin...They reflect almost all Mr. Putin’s maximalist demands: Ukraine would have to cede to Russia all of the lands that Moscow has declared for itself in Donetsk and Luhansk...The United States would recognize that as Russian territory...No NATO forces could be based inside Ukraine that might prevent the Russians from regrouping and taking the whole country...The Ukrainian military would be limited to 600,000 troops, a 25 percent cut from current levels, and it would be barred from possessing long-range weapons that could reach into Russia...In return, all sanctions on Russia would be lifted, and the country would be reintegrated into the global economy”.
Among those living in the real world that President Trump threw Dictator Zelensky back into, this report concludes, is Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya, who informed the United Nations that leaked documents show Ukraine lost over 1.7 million troops during the war—it was also just observed: “It has been widely reported that Ukraine’s conscription programme is going really badly...On top of that, Europe fatigue with the refugees means that allies are pushing Ukraine to take some men back...On top of that the desertion rate is rising: there are over 100,000 cases in court and the true number of deserters is something around 250,000 according to estimates”—and Ukrainian state media revealed today: “Ukraine plans to effectively dismantle one of the main structures that has brought foreign volunteers into its ranks, the International Legion under the Ground Forces, leaving legionnaires worried they will lose the unit's hard-won identity and be scattered into unfamiliar structures in a way they say could cost lives”.
