White House-Moscow Secret Meetings Flush

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Axios revealed yesterday: “The White House and Moscow have been secretly working on a proposal to end Russia's war against Ukraine...U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian Envoy Kirill Dmitriev have extensively discussed the 28-point peace plan...The secretive peace deal focuses on peace in Ukraine, security in Europe, security guarantees, and U.S. relations with Kyiv and Moscow in the future”, says the Wall Street Journal also revealed: “President Trump dispatched a high-level Pentagon delegation to Kyiv for talks Wednesday...Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, along with two four-star Army generals, are scheduled to hold discussions with President Volodymyr Zelensky and other Ukrainian officials, as well as top military and industry representatives...The White House decision to turn to Driscoll and senior military officers is driven in part by the belief that Moscow might be more open to military-brokered negotiation”, and a senior White House official told the Wall Street Journal: “Secretary Driscoll is traveling to Ukraine to get a sense of facts on the ground...He will participate in meetings in Ukraine and report his findings back to the White House”.
Earlier this week in Miami, this report notes, Special Envoy Witcoff met with unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky’s top national security advisor Rustem Umerov—a meeting followed by Umerov refusing to return to Ukraine—and it was revealed today: “Rustem Umerov, secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, wants to testify to the Federal Bureau of Investigation against President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the head of his office, Andriy Yermak”.
Later today, this report continues, Special Envoy Witcoff was scheduled to meet in Turkey with Dictator Zelensky and his top aide Andriy Yermak, who is known as the second most powerful person in Ukraine—but Special Envoy Witcoff postponed his trip to Turkey after Yermak suddenly fled to London yesterday—and Yermak fled from Ukraine right before it was revealed: “The Ukrainian High Anti-Corruption Court on 18 November placed former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov in custody for two months in a large-scale corruption case and set bail at $1.2 million”.
While watching the “Golden Toilet Scandal”, that’s officially known as “Operation Midas”, flush away the entire corrupt government of Dictator Zelensky, this report details, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov most factually observed: “That’s hardly a Ukrainian internal matter anymore...That’s foreign money that is being stolen...The Kiev regime is obviously going off the rails...It is high time Kiev’s Western backers started thinking about their own money and their taxpayers”—a factual observation that followed United States Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene having already warned: “Anyone who votes to fund Ukraine is funding the most corrupt money scheme of any foreign war in our country’s history...And forcing the American people to pay for it”.
Following the warning issued on Monday: “Kyiv’s only real theory of victory at this point is to widen the conflict, by dragging in at least parts of Europe and preferably all of NATO into the fighting”, this report notes, it was revealed yesterday: “Ukraine’s General Staff said on 18 November it had used US-made ATACMS against military targets in Russia, after months in which a Pentagon review process effectively blocked such strikes”.
In a clear message to the Pentagon officials about to meet with what’s left of the corrupt Ukrainian government, this report concludes, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced today: “Russian forces destroyed two Ukrainian US-made missile launchers shortly after they fired a salvo of long-range ATACMS at the city of Voronezh, all incoming missiles were intercepted”—an announcement followed by the Ukrainian Air Force revealing: “Russia carried out a mass overnight attack on multiple Ukrainian regions on 19 November, launching 476 drones and 48 missiles, including 47 cruise missiles and one ballistic missile”.
