A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared: “Russia has no intention of violating its obligations under the ban on nuclear testing”, says this declaration joined top Finnish political leader Armando Mema warning: ”Europe is playing with fire by allocating funds to continue the conflict against Russia” and proclaiming to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte: “Secretary Rutte should stop sending weapons to Ukraine if he is truly concerned about a nuclear war...NATO should stop expanding to Ukraine, if we don't want to end up in a nuclear war”.
To protect its fake news war propaganda against Russia, this report notes, the British daily newspaper The Guardian released a draft document showing that the socialist European Union is preparing to create a “Ministry of Truth”, about which was revealed: “The draft accuses Russia of escalating “hybrid attacks” by disseminating false narratives...“By spreading deceitful narratives, sometimes including the manipulation and falsification of historical facts, they try to erode trust in democratic systems”, the Guardian cited the document as saying, though it provided little substantial evidence”.
In actual truth, this report continues, the false narratives targeted by the Ministry of Truth have nothing to do with Russia, but rather those like the state funded British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), that has been spreading lying fake news war propaganda against Russia since 1922—after President Donald Trump began his rapprochement with Russia, the BBC attacked him with a vile fake news clip—and was a failed fake news attack followed by the real news yesterday: “After non-stop turmoil over rampant biases, Tim Davie has resigned as the director general of the BBC...Deborah Turness, the corporation’s head of News, has also stepped down...This comes as criticism surged after the Broadcaster showed a documentary misleading viewers by deceptively editing a speech by President Donald J. Trump”.
After watching President Trump destroy the BBC yesterday, this report details, top President Putin aide Kirill Dmitriev assessed: “Will the new BBC bosses be any better?...The BBC is still run by a government pushing mass migration, warmongering, digital IDs and early prisoner release”—an assessment joined with the news: “White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has mocked the BBC after its director general and head of news announced their resignations on Sunday...Leavitt posted screenshots of two media reports with the caption ‘shot/chaser’, referencing a popular meme format...The first showed a Telegraph headline claiming Trump was “going to war” with the BBC, while the second was the BBC’s own report on the resignation of its director general, Tim Davie”.
While President Trump was winning his war against leftist British fake news propagandist BBC, this report concludes, the entire leftist American fake news media establishment was single handedly wiped out by Black woman conservative Candace Owens, and as documented in the just released article “Candace Owens #1 Podcast In The World: Media Gatekeepers Are Finished”, wherein it revealed:

Whether you agree with her
politics or not, the numbers don’t lie.
Owens has built one of the largest independent media audiences in the
world — without a network, a newsroom, or corporate backing.
That means something much bigger than just
bragging rights. It signals that the old system of information control is
collapsing.
For decades, legacy outlets
like CNN, MSNBC, and The New York Times dictated what voices got heard. But Owens’s rise — drawing millions every day
from a studio she controls — proves those days are over. She bypassed the
gatekeepers entirely.
She didn’t need a producer,
an editor, or a corporate board to approve her message. She built a direct line to her audience — and
that connection is worth more today than any cable contract. The gatekeepers still think they can silence
voices by ignoring them, but what happens when millions of people are already
tuned in somewhere else?
Owens’s rise shows how the old advertising-driven
system has crumbled. She doesn’t answer
