An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump told reporters yesterday about his summit meeting with President Putin in Hungary scheduled for next week: “I don’t want to have a wasted meeting, I don’t want to have a wasted time, so I’ll see what happens”, says he added: “You never know what’s going to happen, but a lot is happening on that front, on the war front, with Ukraine and Russia, and we’ll be notifying you over the next two days about what we’re doing”—American media outlets then reported that preparations for the Trump-Putin summit were “put on hold”—all of which was joined with the news: “US lawmakers have postponed any further debate on new penalties targeting Moscow until after President Donald Trump meets with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, Republican leader John Thune announced”.
In response to American media outlets, this report notes, top Kremlin advisor Kirill Dmitriev announced about the Trump-Putin summit: “The media is twisting comment about the immediate future to undercut the upcoming Summit...Preparations continue”—top President Trump official Secretary of State Marco Rubio is due to arrive in Hungary today to start preparations for the summit—and Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto warningly declared about the summit: “It was obvious that many would do everything possible to stop it from happening...The pro-war political elite and their media always behave this way before events that could prove decisive between war and peace...Until the summit actually takes place, expect a wave of leaks, fake news, and statements claiming that it will not happen”.
In assessing what passes for truth in America, this report continues, President Trump declared about Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week: “He assured me today that they will not be buying oil from Russia...That’s a big stop”—no confirmation from India supports this declaration, but Prime Minister Modi did praise the joint India-Russian defense venture BrahMos Aerospace: “Our missiles like BrahMos and Akash have proved their capability in Operation Sindoor...Now many countries in the world want to buy these missiles”—Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko announced today: “Crude oil supplies from Russia to India will continue as usual”—and the global commodity tracker Kpler Intelligence documented yesterday: “Kpler data shows that India’s intake of Russian oil remains robust, with October flows tracking at approximately 1.8 Mbd, an increase of around 250 kbd from the previous month...Russian barrels maintain their position as the largest single source of crude for India, with a market share of roughly 34%”.
While the world awaits a Trump-Putin summit to stop World War III, this report details, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced: “Ukrainian forces carried out a large-scale attack involving Storm Shadow missiles against Russia on 21 October, striking the Bryansk Chemical plant”—and the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed today: “Russian air defenses intercepted and destroyed 33 Ukrainian drones overnight across several regions...The UAV attack damaged commercial facilities in Makhachkala and a factory in the Mordovian Region”.
Following the strikes on Russia, this report notes, Ukraine announced: “A large-scale Russian missile and drone attack struck across Ukraine overnight on 22 October...Kyiv residents heard explosions in the city at around 1:10 a.m. local time...Explosions were also reported in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, and the port city of Izmail”—an announcement joined with the news: “The headquarters bunker of NATO officers in the Kiev region was destroyed in a night strike”.
In an obvious move to prevent the Trump-Putin summit from taking place, this report concludes, it was grimly revealed: “A fire broke out at the large MOL oil refinery in Százhalombatta, Hungary...The incident occurred on the evening of 20 October...The MOL refinery is the country's main oil refinery and operates, among other sources, on Russian crude oil...An explosion occurred at the Petrotel Lukoil oil refinery in Romania on 21 October, which is also linked to Russia”—and in swift response to these mysterious attacks on NATO members Hungary and Romania, the Kremlin warningly announced today: “Under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, a training exercise of the strategic nuclear forces was carried out involving their land, sea, and air elements”.
