Commander To Crush

An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump said during an interview last evening that he still believes President Putin is ready to strike a deal to end the war in Ukraine, but warned: “Honestly, I will impose sanctions, if we're not gonna make a deal...This is turkey time, we’re talking turkey, and we’ll see what happens...This would be crushing for Russia because they're having a hard time now with the economy”, says this warning came on the same day America had its credit rating downgraded for the first time since 1917—is a warning that joined the International Monetary Fund once again increasing its growth outlook for the Russian economy in 2025, and follows the news from last year: “The International Monetary Fund predicted the Russian economy will grow faster in 2024 than those of the Western countries trying to isolate it...The IMF’s prediction is somewhat embarrassing for Western countries that have sought to isolate and weaken the Russian economy over its invasion of Ukraine”.
Also during his interview last evening, this report notes, President Trump observed about the corrupt Western puppet state Ukraine: “The money is the money...What bothered me – I hated to see the way it was, you know – excuse me – pissed away...I hated to see the cheques for $60 billion...I think Zelensky is the greatest salesman in the world, far better than me...He comes to Washington – he walks out with a hundred million every time”—an observation joined with the news: “Ukraine has wasted $770 million on attempts to buy weapons from dubious sources”—and yesterday it was revealed about the NATO main supplier to Ukraine of weapons: “Police have conducted arrests and searches in several countries as part of a corruption investigation into current and former employees of the NATO Support and Procurement Agency...The raids took place in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and the United States”.
For the first time since 2022, this report continues, Russian negotiators met with their Ukrainian counterparts in Istanbul yesterday for talks lasting less than 2 hours, about which Russian chief negotiator Vladimir Medinsky revealed: “First – in the coming days, a large-scale prisoner exchange will take place, 1,000 for 1,000 people....Second – the Ukrainian side requested direct talks between the heads of state, and we have taken this request into account....And third – we agreed that each side will present its vision of a possible future ceasefire, outlining it in detail...Once these visions are presented, it has been mutually agreed that it would be appropriate to continue our negotiations”—a revelation about these talks followed by top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announcing today: “A meeting between Putin and Zelensky is possible but only as a result of the work of the delegations of both sides and reaching specific agreements”.
Along with the large-scale prisoner of war exchange, this report details, Russia handed over 909 bodies to Ukraine in exchange for the remains of 34 of its own, with it being noted: “Similar swaps have been carried out on a monthly basis...In January, Russia handed 757 bodies to Ukraine in exchange for the remains of 49 troops...In February, Kiev received 757 bodies, while 45 were returned to Russia...In March, the sides exchanged the remains of 909 Ukrainian servicemen for the bodies of 43 Russians...Last month, Russia handed over 909 Ukrainian bodies and received the remains of 41 soldiers in return”—and the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced today: “Russia’s Battlegroup Center inflicted more than 3,040 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed 26 enemy armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week of 10-16 May”.
With America having a ground military force of 621,216 comprised of 452,689 active duty personnel in the United States Army and 168,527 active duty personnel in the United States Marine Corp, this report notes, it stands in contrast to Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi warning NATO this week: “Moscow has turned its aggression against Ukraine into a war of attrition and is using a combined force of up to 640,000 troops”—a warning that follows Russia being named as having the strongest military force in the world, and Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais warned his NATO member allies: “Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible...Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces...This cannot be done”.
Now leading the strongest military force in the world ready to crush Ukraine into oblivion once it is ordered to do so, this report concludes, is Colonel General Andrei Mordvichev, whom President Putin appointed yesterday as the new Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces, and it was quickly observed: “His nomination is incredibly awkward for the Ukrainians and their cheerleaders in the main stream media, who have reported that he was killed in a strike on an airfield...From beyond death he has returned to lead what some suggest could become the last offensive of the war”.
