A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting a plane carrying top President Donald Trump envoy Steve Witcoff landed in St. Petersburg at about 10:00 a.m. this morning, says at 1:08 p.m., journalists who gathered in front of the entrance to the Grand Hotel Europe in downtown St. Petersburg saw Witkoff leaving the hotel building with CEO Kirill Dmitriyev of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, then it was reported: “President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, has traveled to Russia to meet with President Vladimir Putin”.
After meeting with President Putin, this report notes, envoy Witcoff will depart Russia for Oman, where he will lead the American delegation meeting with Iranian officials tomorrow—a European diplomat and a source familiar with the issue told Axios about the meeting: “Iran is considering proposing during talks with the U.S. that the two countries work on an interim nuclear agreement before pursuing negotiations over a comprehensive deal ”--and Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei posted the message today: “In earnest & with candid vigilance we are giving diplomacy a genuine chance...U.S. should value this decision formed despite their prevailing confrontational hoopla...We do not prejudge...We do not predict...We intend to assess the other side’s intent & resolve this Saturday...We shall reflect and respond accordingly”.
While Iran maintains its “candid vigilance”, this report continues, President Trump warned: “Iran is going to be in great danger if the talks fail” and declared about his plan to strike Iran: “If it requires military, we’re going to have military...Israel will obviously be very much involved in that — it’ll be the leader of that...But nobody leads us...We do what we want to do”.
In preparation for a war against Iran, this report details, the American military moved a Patriot Missile battalion from the Pacific to the Middle East using 73 fully loaded C-17 transport planes—the nuclear weapons armed USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier strike group was rushed from the Pacific to the Middle East, where it joined the nuclear weapons armed USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier strike group already stationed in the waters near Iran—and the Americans have deployed its fleet of B-2 stealth bombers to Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean within easy striking distance of Iran.
Along with top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealing about the meeting between President Putin and envoy Witcoff: “The duration of the talks are flexible and could take an hour, or two, three or four; as long as President Putin requires”, this report concludes, it follows Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko having stated: “Moscow is not obligated to provide military assistance to Tehran under the strategic partnership agreement”—but is a potential apocalyptic war between the United States and Iran that rests in the shadow in the most expensive war game ever conducted by the American military called “Millennium Challenge 2002”, that saw the red forces representing Iran led by retired United States Marine General Paul Van Riper completely annihilating the United States blue forces causing over 20,000 American deaths within a day.
