A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Defense Minister Andrey Belousov estimated the Ukrainian army lost more than 500,000 servicemen in 2024 and a total of over 1,000,000 since the escalation of the conflict with Moscow in 2022, says he also revealed 427,000 have joined the Russian Army this year and warned: “A direct clash between Russia and NATO could happen within the next ten years and the country must be prepared for it”.
At around 6:00 a.m. local Moscow time today, this report notes, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his deputy were assassinated when an improvised explosive device packed with about 300 grams of TNT attached to an electric scooter detonated as they were leaving his apartment block in Moscow, shortly after which Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warned: “Igor was a military leader known for his unwavering devotion to his duties...I knew him as a dedicated professional and a reliable, honest, and responsible person...This terrorist attack demonstrates the agony of the Banderite regime, which is struggling to justify its shaky existence in the eyes of its Western patrons and prolong the deadly hostilities while delivering cowardly attacks on civilians in cities and towns...Attempts to intimidate our nation, stop the Russian offensive or sow fear are doomed...Certain punishment awaits Banderite Nazis, including the top military and political leaders of a crumbling country”.
Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, this report continues, joined the Armed Forces of the USSR in 1987 and graduated with honors from the Kostroma Higher Military Command School of Chemical Defense in 1991—his military career focused on establishing a global intelligence surveillance network to track the spread of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons using human resources (e.g. spies) along with ground and space based technologies—and when assassinated today, he was the Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Using information obtained from his vast global intelligence surveillance network tracking the spread of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, this report details, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov was able to warn about a nuclear false flag attack the West was planning in 2022—he was able to reveal that President Joe Biden’s son Hunter was financing Ebola research in Ukrainian biolabs—he was able to warn that spent nuclear fuel and hazardous chemical waste were being imported into Ukraine for a potential dirty bomb creation this past year—and most famously, his actions allowed President Putin to warn President George W. Bush about an impending attack two days prior to 9/11.
Earlier today, this report concludes, the leftist New York Times revealed: “An official with Ukraine’s security service, known as the S.B.U., said that Ukraine was responsible for the killing...The official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive intelligence operation, confirmed the details of the assassination given by Russia...A day before his killing, the S.B.U. had charged General Kirillov in absentia”—and was an assassination death order against Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov coming on the same day he opened an investigation into information contained in articles like “Mystery Drones Could Be Trying To Find 'Radioactive Material'—Aerospace CEO” and “Unidentified Drones In America's Skies? Smells Like A False Flag”.
