Biden Defies Putin World War III Nuclear War Warning As Russia Prepares Bomb Shelters

An EOTWAWKI (end of the world as we know it) new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin authorized a new nuclear war doctrine in response to President Joe Biden permitting Ukraine to fire long-range American missiles into Russia, says top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov urged foreign leaders to carefully study the new nuclear doctrine, whose main points officially published this morning are:

State policy on Nuclear Deterrence is defensive by nature, it is aimed at maintaining the nuclear forces potential at the level sufficient for nuclear deterrence, and guarantees protection of national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the State, and deterrence of a potential adversary from aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies. In the event of a military conflict, this Policy provides for the prevention of an escalation of military actions and their termination on conditions that are acceptable for the Russian Federation and/or its allies.

The Russian Federation considers nuclear weapons as a means of deterrence, their use being an extreme and compelled measure, and takes all necessary efforts to reduce nuclear threat and prevent aggravation of interstate relations, that could trigger military conflicts, including nuclear ones.

The Russian Federation ensures nuclear deterrence toward a potential adversary, which is understood to mean any individual states or military coalitions (blocs, alliances) which see the Russian Federation as a potential adversary and possess nuclear arms and/or other weapons of mass destruction or conventional forces with a significant combat capability. Nuclear deterrence is also ensured toward any states which provide the territory, airspace, and/or maritime space under their control as well as resources for preparing and conducting an aggression against the Russian Federation.

An aggression of any single state from a military coalition (bloc, alliance) against the Russian Federation and/or its allies will be regarded as an aggression of the coalition (bloc, alliance) as a whole.

An aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies of any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state will be regarded as their joint attack.

The Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use of nuclear arms and/or other weapons of mass destruction against itself and/or its allies, as well as in the event of an aggression against the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus as constituents of the Union State using conventional arms, if such an aggression creates a critical threat for their sovereignty and/or territorial integrity.

The decision to use nuclear weapons is taken by the President of the Russian Federation.

Swiftly following the publication of the new nuclear war doctrine today, this report notes, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev declared: “Russia reserves the right to retaliate with weapons of mass destruction against Kiev and key NATO facilities, wherever they may be located...This would amount to World War III”—a declaration joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warning: “Kiev’s use of long-range missiles to attack our territory will mean the direct participation of the United States and its satellites in hostilities against Russia...In this case, Russia’s response will be adequate and tangible”.

Two hours after Russia warned in its new nuclear war doctrine: “An aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies of any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state will be regarded as their joint attack”, this report continues, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced: “The Ukrainian military has launched multiple US-made ATACMS missiles at Russia’s Bryansk Region...Kiev fired six long-range ballistic missiles identified as ATACMS early on Tuesday morning...Five of them were intercepted with S-400 and Pantsir air defense systems, while another was damaged and hit the ground at a Russian military site in Bryansk Region, causing a fire that was quickly dealt with”.

Prior to the MoD announcement that President Biden defied the World War III warning issued by Russia, this report details, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin most factually observed: “It appears that the elderly Biden, nearing the end of his life, is dreaming of eternity and wants to pull America under with him, and maybe the entire world as well...If this happens, Russia will be forced to respond...The manner of the response will be up to the Ministry of Defense, but there will be one...As for the Western weapons in question, they have already been used against Russia...Their expanded use might cause some additional damage, but it will not change the situation on the battlefield...It will only worsen the fate and future of Ukraine...And it will finally destroy Russian-American relations”.

After top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared: “Moscow vehemently rejects the possibility of freezing the Ukraine conflict”, this report notes, it was revealed: “NATO countries are preparing populations for war...Norway, Sweden and Finland are urging citizens to stock up on essentials to get through the first few days of a crisis”, and the Reuters news service reported today: “Russia has begun mass production of mobile bomb shelters that can protect against a variety of man-made threats and natural disasters including radiation and shockwaves, the emergency ministry's research institute said...The "KUB-M" shelter looks like a reinforced shipping container...It can give some protection against radiation, shrapnel, debris and fires and can be deployed in Russia's vast northern permafrost, according to the state institute...The standard unit accommodates 54 people but additional modules can be added, the institute said...The war in Ukraine is entering what some officials say could be its final - most dangerous - phase as Moscow's forces advance at their fastest pace since the early weeks of the conflict in 2022 and the West seeks to shore up Ukraine”.

Following Donald Trump Jr. posting the warning message: “The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives...Gotta lock in those $Trillions...Life be damned!!!...Imbeciles!”, this report concludes, top German populist leader Sven von Storch released the video letter to President Donald Trump:

Dear President Trump,

The Deep State and the globalists want to prevent you from taking over the new administration by driving the world into a great war.
