A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin opened his meeting this morning with permanent members of the Security Council with the statement: “On today’s agenda of the meeting with permanent members of the Security Council there is a very important issue concerning certain aspects of the struggle against terrorism”, says this thereafter classified meeting dealt with issues relating to the terrorist incursion into the Kursk Region of the Russian Federation by Ukraine Nazi Regime forces, and which follows President Putin having previously proclaimed: “To forgive the terrorists is up to God, but to send them there is up to me”.

Along with the leftist Washington Post reporting today: “Kiev wants the United States to allow the use of long-range ATACMS missiles to support its cross-border incursion into Russia’s Kursk Region”, this report continues, the German tabloid Bild factually revealed: “German-made heavy armor pieces are rolling through the fields of Russia’s Kursk Region again, some 80 years since one of the biggest battles of World War II in the same area”—with the likelihood of Russia having to battle against Nazi forces to the death like occurred in World War II, the Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) issued the official statement today: “A federal emergency has been declared in Russia’s Kursk Region amid a cross-border incursion by Ukrainian forces”—and is an officially declared “federal emergency” that allows President Putin to invoke the Nuclear Weapon Doctrine to defend the Russian Federation.
