A classified at the highest level “Of Special Importance” new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin telling Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu: “The situation in Avdeevka is certainly a success but it needs to be advanced further...Its development must be well-prepared, provided with personnel, weapons, equipment, and ammunition”, says Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov also assessed: “Neither Ukraine nor its Western backers are willing to put an end to hostilities with Moscow...For peace to prevail in Ukraine, its leadership must return to its neutral, non-bloc and non-nuclear status, as well as accepting new territorial realities”.
In the extremely limited portions of this classified at the highest level transcript permitted to be openly commented on by various ministries, the first section sees Security Council Members discussing the announcement last week that Russia plans over 40 space launches in 2024—an announcement quickly followed by an avalanche of fake news leftist Western media articles like “US Tells Allies Russia May Launch Anti-Satellite Nuclear Weapon Into Space This Year”—it then reveals top socialist Biden Regime official National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby declared: “We plan to engage directly with the Russians about this as well as our allies and partners”—and it notes President Putin stating: “Our position is clear and transparent...We have always been categorically against the placement of nuclear weapons in space...Russian activities in space are no different from that of other countries, including the United States, and they know about it”.
The second part of this transcript strongly suggests that the socialist Biden Regime did “engage directly” with the Kremlin last week, not about imaginary space nukes, but the Ukraine Nazi Regime using NATO and American weapons to target innocent Russia civilians well behind the line of contact—this is confirmed by Security Council Members noting that Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden quietly issued a memorandum last Thursday evening declaring: “In order to effectively implement certain obligations under United States law, the United States must maintain an appropriate understanding of foreign partners’ adherence to international law, including, as applicable, international human rights law and international humanitarian law ”—further confirmed by TASS using unnamed sources knowledgeable about what occurred during this direct engagement to reveal: “The West wants Ukraine to submit a list of targets inside Russia and provide reasons for striking them...Western sponsors of the Kiev regime link continued deliveries of long-range combat missiles to Ukraine with the effectiveness of their practical use...NATO countries that transfer such weapons are well aware that the regime of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy uses terrorist methods, using these missiles to strike civilian sites on Russian territory, killing unarmed Russian citizens”—and it is worth speculating that the Kremlin warned Washington that if these terrorist attacks didn't stop, Russian military forces could do to Ukrainian cities exactly what Israel is doing in Gaza.
The third part of this transcript is very interesting because it sees Security Council Members discussing the BBC article “Russian Pilot Maxim Kuzminov Who Defected To Ukraine 'Shot Dead' In Spain”, wherein it revealed: “The body of a man who was shot dead in Spain is believed to be that of a Russian helicopter pilot who defected to Ukraine last year...A few months after Mr Kuzminov defected, Russian state TV showed a man said to be a Russian intelligence officer saying: "I don't think he'll live long enough to face trial"”— top Russian spy chief Director Sergey Naryshkin of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said about this assassination: “As is customary in Russia, one says only good things or nothing about the deceased...This traitor and criminal had already become a moral corpse from the moment when he plotted his dirty and heinous crime”—is an assassination that would have tasked to the Alpha Group, that in the former Soviet Union was directed by the KGB and today receives its orders from the Federal Security Service (FSB)—about whom Western intelligence experts have warned: “Alpha Group is part spy network, part counterterrorism team, part general-purpose commando squad — and entirely terrifying”—and as to how “entirely terrifying” the Alpha Group is, the 1986 article “KGB Reportedly Gave Arab Terrorists A Taste Of Brutality To Free Diplomats” by the Los Angeles Times revealed:
