A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev issued the warning proclamation: “Moscow would consider the open deployment of British troops to Ukraine as a declaration of war”, says this proclamation of war was quickly joined by top socialist Biden Regime official national security spokesman John Kirby declaring: “We have issued the last drawdown package that we had funding to support Ukraine, and that’s why it’s critical that Congress move on that national security supplemental request...The assistance that the United States had provided has now ground to a halt”
Along with United States aid to the corrupt Ukrainian Nazi Regime grinding to a halt, this report notes, it was just revealed: “The Ukrainian military’s plans to field more soldiers have been dealt a blow after the parliament today refused to debate a new bill extending mobilization”—a revelation that followed NATO member leader Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico assessing: “The Russian invasion was the result of a negative domino effect of events going back to 2014, when Washington asserted its influence in Kiev...The West, instead of immediately making every effort to achieve a quick ceasefire, at the beginning of 2022 without even losing a tenth to Ukraine, made a huge mistake...The West incorrectly evaluated the use of Russian military force as an opportunity to bring Russia to its knees...Russia now completely controls the occupied territories militarily, Ukraine is not capable of any meaningful military counter-offensive, and it has become completely dependent on financial aid from the West with unforeseeable consequences for Ukrainians in the years to come...The position of the Ukrainian president is shaken, while the Russian president increases and strengthens his political support...Neither the Russian economy nor the Russian currency collapsed, and anti-Russian sanctions have increased the internal self-sufficiency of this huge country”.
Following the socialist Obama-Biden Regime overthrowing the democratically elected Ukrainian government in 2014, that the world’s most powerful private intelligence organization Stratfor (aka “The shadow CIA”) branded as “The most blatant coup in history”, this report continues, its Russian speaking regions approved splitting themselves off from the neo-Nazi government the Americans installed in Kiev—when the Ukrainian Nazi Regime massed its socialist Western colonial paid for armed forces to exterminate its independent Russian speaking regions, President Putin ordered the launching of the “Special De-Nazification Operation” on 24 February 2022—on 30 September 2022, it saw Russia annexing the Ukrainian oblasts of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia to further protect its under neo-Nazi military siege Russian peoples—once under Russian Federation protection, President Putin ordered Children's Rights Commissioner Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova to evacuate all vulnerable children from the conflict zone—an order to protect the lives of innocent children followed by the International Criminal Court (ICC) announcing: “Today, 17 March 2023, Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (“ICC” or “the Court”) issued warrants of arrest for two individuals in the context of the situation in Ukraine: Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Ms Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova...Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, born on 7 October 1952, President of the Russian Federation, is allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation”.
Most critical to know about the ICC, this report details, is that it was created by the socialist Western colonial powers in 1998, and whose authority is not recognized by the vast majority of the world, including the United States and Russia—and it stands in opposition to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague established by the United Nations in 1945, whose authority is recognized by every nation in the world—and is an ICJ that yesterday began hearing the landmark case brought by South Africa accusing Israel of genocide.
Immediately prior to the ICJ hearing the landmark genocide case against Israel, this report notes, soon to be NATO member military leader Swedish Civil Defence Minister Carl-Oskar Bohlin panicked his Nordic nation with the dire warning: “It is human to want to view life as you wish it was, rather than as it actually is...For a nation for whom peace has been a pleasant companion for almost 210 years, the idea that it is an immovable constant is conveniently close at hand...But taking comfort in this conclusion has become more dangerous than it has been for a very long time...There could be war in Sweden...The world is facing a security outlook with greater risks than at any time since the end of the Second World War...Are you a private individual?...Have you considered whether you have time to join a voluntary defence organisation?...If not: get moving!”.
In 2019, this report continues, the United Nations Development Programme issued the grave warning: “Yemen will become the poorest country in the world if its conflict goes on through 2022”—a grave warning just joined by the United States and its socialist Western colonial allies pounding Yemen with bombs last evening—leftist CNN quickly revealed: “US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered and oversaw the overnight strikes on dozens of Houthi-related targets in Yemen from a hospital bed”—Yemen-Houthi political bureau member Hezam al-Asad then declared: “Through these hostile and ill-conceived operations, Washington and London are trying to divert attention from the ongoing crimes of genocide...We will continue to defend our principled position on the key issue for us — Palestine — and neither the US nor the UK will be able to dissuade us from supporting our people in the Gaza Strip, whether in the Red or Arabian Seas...Our armed forces are well prepared and the aggressors will regret their aggression against the Yemeni people”—and Yemen-Houthi Major General Abdulsalam Jahaf warned: “Now they are begging to de-escalate...They fired the first shot, and we are the ones who will determine the scene of the battle, and they will only find us where they hate...We are not among those who fear and fear America...Here is Yemen...He is God”.
In response to Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden and his socialist Western colonial allies bombing the poorest country in the world to distract from the ICJ landmark case of Israeli genocide, this report details, NATO member leader Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan assessed: “They used force disproportionately and they are trying to turn the Red Sea into a sea of blood...Israel is doing the same in Palestine...We are currently getting news through numerous channels...And through various channels we learn that the Houthis are mounting a successful response”—an assessment joined by top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov most factually declaring: “The overnight airstrikes conducted by the United States and the United Kingdom against targets in Yemen were illegal...We condemn them...The United Nations Security Council resolution gives no right for strikes, and consequently they are illegitimate under international law”.
Earlier today, this report notes, the Russian Permanent Mission to the United Nations announced: “Russia has requested an urgent UN Security Council meeting on January 12 in connection with US and UK strikes on Yemen”—an announcement joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova observing: “We are concerned that the US position in the UN Security Council on the Red Sea is just a pretext for further escalation of tensions in the region. We strongly condemn these irresponsible actions of the US and its allies...As we warned, in order to justify their aggression, the Anglo-Saxons are trying to use the UN Security Council Resolution 2722, adopted the day before, under the pretext of ensuring the safety of navigation in the Red Sea...The Americans have been using such absolutely unscrupulous and illegal methods for a long time...We call on the international community to strongly condemn the attack on Yemen by a group of countries without a United Nations mandate...We assume that this adventure of the illegal coalition forces poses a direct threat to global peace and security. Guided by this understanding, we have demanded the urgent convening of a meeting of the UN Security Council, where we will voice our principled assessments of these illegal actions”.
Among those knowing that Socialist Leader Biden, whom his own leftist supporters have branded “Genocide Joe”, illegally bombed the poorest country in the world, this report concludes, is top socialist Democrat Party lawmaker United States Congressman Ro Khanna, who posted the message: “The President needs to come to Congress before launching a strike against the Houthis in Yemen and involving us in another middle east conflict...That is Article I of the Constitution...I will stand up for that regardless of whether a Democrat or Republican is in the White House”—top Republican Party lawmaker United States Senator Mike Lee then posted the message: “I totally agree with Ro Khanna...The Constitution matters, regardless of party affiliation”—all of which follows Socialist Leader Biden posting the message after President Donald Trump ordered a drone strike to kill a top Iranian military leader in 2020: “Let's be clear: Donald Trump does not have the authority to take us into war with Iran without Congressional approval...A president should never take this nation to war without the informed consent of the American people”.
