An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting United States Joint Chief’s Of Staff Chairman General Charles Brown Jr. assessing during his appearance at the Reagan National Defense Forum in Simi Valley-California yesterday: “The conflict between Russia and Ukraine will not have a purely military solution”, says this assessment was joined by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg warning the socialist Western colonial powers: “We must be prepared for bad news from Ukraine”—all of which followed top socialist Biden Regime official National Security Council spokesman John Kirby admitting America was running out of cash to give Ukraine, and told reporters: “Again, as I said before many times, the runway is getting shorter...And we think we got until, you know, about the end of the year before it gets really, really hard to continue to support Ukraine...And the end of the year is coming soon”.
While the socialist Western colonial powers view the catastrophic failure of using its corrupt puppet state Ukraine to wage a proxy war against Russia, this report notes, popular Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko just warned: “Ukraine is on the path to authoritarianism...There is only one independent institution left –local authorities– and they are under enormous pressure...In a year and a half since the beginning of the conflict with Russia, there has not been a single meeting or telephone conversation between the city of Kiev and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky...At some point, we will get to the situation where everything depends on the mood of a single person”—a warning joined by the Strana newspaper in Ukraine reporting: “There is a major spat between the chief of Ukraine's military and the head of state after the much-touted counteroffensive against Russia failed, leading only to dramatic casualties and growing fatigue in the West...Ukrainians trust the Commander-in-Chief General Valeriy Zaluzhny more than President Volodymyr Zelensky”—and the Express newspaper in London, in its just released article “Ukraine Doomed As Zelensky Falls Out With Top General Over Failed Counteroffensive”, revealed about the growing battle between President Zelensky and his top military commander General Zaluzhny: “The politicians are saying their generals are Soviet-trained twits...And the generals are saying the politicians are interfering twits...Victory has many fathers, but no one wants to parent a stalemate”.
With the socialist Western colonial powers now having to decide which “twit” faction in Ukraine they'll support, this report continues, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) just reported: “Between 25 November and 2 December, Russian forces delivered 27 group strikes at Ukrainian airfield infrastructure, arsenals, depots for artillery ammunition and weapons as well as fuel bases, using high-precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles...In addition, Ukrainian army units were struck...All targets were hit” and revealed: “Since the beginning of the special military operation, Russian military forces have destroyed a total of 545 aircraft, 256 helicopters, 9,353 drones, 442 missile systems, 13,743 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,187 multiple rocket launchers, 7,215 field artillery and mortars, as well as 15,844 units of special military vehicles”.
Along with the Russian military turning tens-of-billions of dollars worth of NATO weapons into smoldering piles of scrap metal, this report concludes, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu revealed this past week: “During the six months of the so-called counteroffensive, the enemy Ukraine lost over 125,000 people”—a revelation that followed the Kyiv Star reporting on 5 September that at least 400,000 Ukrainian troops have been killed in action—and are staggering needless deaths noticed by world-renowned American peace activist Walt Zlotow, who, in his just released open letter “President Biden Has Morphed Into The Murder Monster”, warningly observed:
