Russian Defense Council Officially Notifies President
Putin “World War III Is Already Underway”

A beyond foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes Presidium-Chairman Fyodor Lukyanov of the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy (SVOP) officially notified President Putin yesterday evening: “There is a chain of conflicts affecting the whole world...In fact, World War III is already underway...We instinctively expect that the war will begin just like the Great War or the Second World War...The international order is breaking down...It was an unpleasant one, based on the fear of mutual destruction, but manageable...Wars in the Middle East have erupted before, but the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and the United States of America (USA) intervened and extinguished them until the next conflict...And now I don’t see even a temporary settlement mechanism”.
The official notification to President Putin that “World War III is already underway”, this report notes, followed top Ukrainian presidential aides admitting to Time Magazine about the billions-of-dollars given to them by the socialist Biden Regime: “People are stealing like there’s no tomorrow”—in quick response, Secretary Aleksey Danilov of the Ukrainian National Security Council declared: “Anonymous senior Ukrainian officials who told Time Magazine they do not share President Vladimir Zelensky’s vision of a military victory over Russia must be identified and ousted”—Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu then announced and predicted: “Russian forces conducted over 1,400 successful intercepts in October, the figure included 37 Ukrainian planes shot down, almost twice the number of F-16s that foreign nations intended to give to Kiev...If our air defense forces work this way, the F16 fleet amounts to roughly 20 days of work”—all of which was joined by the just released American defense article “The War Is Lost - Zelensky Will Leave - The White House Has Failed”, wherein it most factually observed: “Napoleon, Hitler and several other folks who had sought war with Russia, had to learn to never underestimate the depth of its resources...Now NATO, the United States and its European proxies, are learning that lesson”.
Directing the foreign policy of the United States since 1921, this report continues, is the American think tank Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) established in the aftermath of World War I, less than 20 years later its policies ignited World War II, its policies then ushered in the Cold War, during which and afterwards its policies resulted in America losing all of the wars they’ve started.
The publication the Council on Foreign Relations announces its official policies in, this report details, is Foreign Affairs, whose just released 24 October document “Why Smart Leaders Do Stupid Things” examines its over a century of failed policies, specifically focusing on the differences between “ideological” and “realist” foreign policy makers, and acknowledges about world-renowned “realist” American foreign policy expert Professor John Mearsheimer at the University of Chicago: “Mearsheimer is one of the most famous political scientists in history”.
On 23 October, the day prior to the Council of Foreign Relations releasing its Foreign Affairs document examining its policy failures, this report notes, Professor John Mearsheimer addressed a packed audience of Western foreign policy officials and experts at The Centre for Independent Studies in Brisbane-Australia, wherein he truthfully stated that the United States had destroyed its own rules based global order, factually revealed that the United States, China and Russia are now in charge of a multipolar world, stressed that the greatest foreign policy failure of the United States was needlessly and deliberately pushing Russia into the orbit of China, whom all experts agree poses the greatest threat to America, and warned that the United States is now embroiled in a new Middle East conflict it won’t be able to find a way out of.
Wholly concurring with the “realist” foreign policy positions of Professor Mearsheimer, this report notes, is former top Pentagon senior advisor and decorated combat tactical legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D., who yesterday assessed that Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden is a “cutout-façade” for the oligarchs that are really ruling America, who’ve pitted themselves against President Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, “both of whom know history and know war”, in contrast, the American oligarchs “believe we can do anything like we did in World War II”, but he reminded them “that America never existed, we were always limited in what we could do, in fact that’s what made Eisenhower such an excellent president, he understood we could never fight another war like that again”.
After leading the Allied Powers to victory over Nazi Germany in World War II, this report continues, upon his election President Dwight Eisenhower knew the true cost of war and warned the American peoples: “The only way to win World War III is to prevent it”—xix months after assuming office on 20 January 1953, it saw President Eisenhower preventing World War III when he worked with the United Nations to achieve the armistice that ended the Korean War on 27 July 1953—and President Eisenhower prevented World War III when he faced down Israel, Britain and France after they invaded Egypt and the All-Palestine Protectorate during the Second Arab–Israeli War (aka Suez Crisis), that began on 29 October 1956 and ended on 7 November 1956.
Unlike President Eisenhower preventing World War III by threatening United Nations military force against Israel, Britain and France unless they ceased hostilities against the Egyptian and Palestinian peoples, and if didn’t happen the former Soviet Union would have entered the conflict, this report details, Socialist Leader Biden is standing idle during the currently raging Israel-Hamas War, which today caused Director Craig Mokhiber of the United Nations Human Rights Office to resign in protest, and who issued the scathing statement: “Instead of doing its job, the United Nations has surrendered to the power of the United States and given in to the Israeli lobby, while the European ethno-nationalist settler colonial project in Palestine has entered its final phase...Once again, we are seeing a genocide unfolding before our eyes, and the Organization that we serve appears powerless to stop it”.
As explained by Professor John Mearsheimer last week, this report notes, the tragic truth facing the United States is that its main Middle East ally Israel has become a racist apartheid state, a fact confirmed by the Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem, as documented in its report “A Regime Of Jewish Supremacy From The Jordan River To The Mediterranean Sea: This Is Apartheid”—a fact confirmed by Amnesty International, as documented in its report “Israel’s Apartheid Against Palestinians”—and a fact confirmed by Human Rights Watch, as documented in its report “A Threshold Crossed: Israeli Authorities And The Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution”.
During his farewell address before leaving office, this report concludes, President Eisenhower reminded the American peoples of who they were: “Throughout America’s adventure in free government, our basic purposes have been to keep the peace; to foster progress in human achievement, and to enhance liberty, dignity and integrity among people and among nations...To strive for less would be unworthy of a free and religious people”, then he warned: “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex...The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist”—a reminder of peace and warning of warmongers echoing through time to the American peoples today, whose number one song in their nation remains “Rich Men North Of Richmond” about the godless oligarchs profiting from war and human misery..
