A classified at the highest level “Of Special Importance” beyond gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin announcing to participants of the 9th international military-technical forum Army-2023: “Russia is open to deepening equal, technological partnership and military-technical cooperation with other countries, with all those who defend their national interests, their independent path of development...And Russia considers it fundamentally important to build together an equal indivisible security system that would reliably protect each state”, says this announcement was joined by Chinese Defense Minister Li Shangfu starting a six day visit to Russia and Belarus in a show of support against the socialist Western colonial powers.
In the very limited portions of this classified at the highest level transcript permitted to be openly discussed among various ministries, it notes Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Wu Qian announcing this morning: “The naval forces of Russia and China have conducted joint patrols in the Western and Northern part of the Pacific Ocean...These operations are not directed against third parties and are not related to the current international and regional situation”—an announcement joined by the news: “China has launched the world’s first synthetic aperture radar satellite in high-altitude orbit...Dedicated to natural disaster prevention and mitigation, the remote sensing satellite, Land Surveyor 4A, was carried into orbit on a Long March 3B rocket that blasted off at 1:26 am on Sunday from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan province…It soon entered its preset geosynchronous orbit”.
If the joint patrols underway by Russian and Chinese warships in the Pacific Ocean “are not related to the current international and regional situation”, it brings into question if the Chinese satellite launched yesterday is really for “natural disaster prevention”—and are questions urgently needing examination because of the deadliest wildfire in modern American history that struck Hawaii last week, about which the Washington Post reported this morning: “The death toll in the Maui wildfires, now 93, is expected to rise as search continues...The fire that destroyed Lahaina, propelled by wind gusts of up to 81 miles per hour, spread at a rate of one mile every minute...That level of destruction is a fire hurricane”.
Quickly following the “fire hurricane” that struck Hawaii it was reported: “The military in China has claimed that it has achieved a "major breakthrough" in energy weapons technology...Scientists at National University of Defence Technology in Changsha have said that they've developed a state-of-the-art cooling system that would allow high-energy lasers to remain powered up "infinitely" without getting too hot...What this mean is weapons can fire a laser beam as long as they want, which experts say can change the warfare scenario forever”—a report immediately followed by scientific articles appearing like “China’s Latest Laser Tech Claim Creates Waves Across The World. Here's Why” and “Out Of SciFi: China Claims Its Military Has Discovered A Way To Make Laser Guns That Can Fire Indefinitely”.
For those not believing China would fire a satellite-based laser weapon at Hawaii, they missed the news: “Experts believe that a Chinese satellite fired down green laser beams that were spotted over Hawaii last month, amid growing tensions between the US and China after several foreign objects — including a Chinese spy balloon — have breached US airspace...Scientists at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ) tweeted that the space agency’s Subaru-Asahi Star Camera on Mauna Kea captured green laser lights in the cloudy sky over Maunakea, Hawaii on January 28”.
Most critical to notice in examining this issue is that a month after China targeted Hawaii with a laser strike from space, which the facts strongly suggest was for range finding purposes ahead of last weeks main strike, the Chinese Foreign Ministry, on 20 February 2023, issued a blistering report acknowledging that the United States stole the Kingdom of Hawaii from its rightful indigenous people owners—a blistering report that joined the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague ruling in 2001 that the United States illegally overthrew the rightful government of the Kingdom of Hawaii, and whose facts of history record:
On January 16, 1893, United States troops invaded the Hawaiian Kingdom without just cause, which led to a conditional surrender by the Hawaiian Kingdom’s executive monarch, Her Majesty Queen Lili‘uokalani, the following day. Her conditional surrender read:
“I, Liliuokalani, by the grace of God and under the constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Queen, do hereby solemnly protest against any and all acts done against myself and the constitutional Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom by certain persons claiming to have established a provisional government of and for this Kingdom.
That I yield to the superior force
Now, to avoid any collision of armed forces and perhaps the loss of life, I do, under this protest, and impelled by said force, yield my authority until such time as the Government of the United States shall, upon the facts being presented to it, undo the action of its representatives and reinstate me in the authority which I claim as the constitutional sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands.”
Under established international law supported by the 2001 ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, you should know that China is well within its rights to begin a war of liberation for the peoples of Hawaii to free them from their colonial American oppressors and restore to power their rightful government Her Majesty Queen Lili‘uokalani only gave up under a dire threat of military force.
