A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin submitted to the State Duma this morning a bill to change the procedure for informing international organizations about the introduction of martial law in Russia, that will enter into force on the day of its official publication, says the Federal Constitutional Law ON MARTIAL LAW dated 20 January 2002 No. 1-ФКЗ mandates: “The aim of introducing Martial Law is to create conditions for repelling or preventing aggression against the Russian Federation” and orders: “Upon the introduction of Martial Law on the territory of the Russian Federation or in particular areas of the Country, full or partial mobilization shall be announced, if it has not been announced before, according to Federal Laws and other legal regulation acts of the Russian Federation”—and making World War III inevitable was Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu gravely informing top military leadership: “Warsaw is planning to establish a regular Polish-Ukrainian union for subsequent occupation of Western Ukraine...Poland has become the main instrument of the US anti-Russian policy and declares its intention to build the most powerful army in Europe…For this purpose Warsaw has started large-scale arms purchases from the United States, the United Kingdom and South Korea”.

Following the just concluded socialist American-led so-called peace summit in Saudi Arabia that excluded Russia, this report continues, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi called Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to affirm the strong partnership between Russia and China and they promised to keep working together to resist Western efforts to contain both countries development—a call followed by socialist Biden Regime official State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller lyingly claiming: “There are no peace negotiations going on with Russia right now, because Russia has refused to engage in meaningful peace negotiations”—and was a lying claim that caused Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova to most factually declare about the warmongering socialist Biden Regime: “They know perfectly well that they told Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to withdraw from peace talks in April 2022, they caused Kiev’s ban on talks with Russia, adopted in September 2022, they have been declaring all year that it’s not the right time for talks, but they still blame Russia anyway”.
At the same the socialist Biden Regime lyingly claimed Russia “has refused to engage in meaningful peace negotiations”, this report details, socialist Western colonial puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s top adviser Mikhail Podoliak declared there will be “no compromise” with Russia and proclaimed: “Any scenario of a ceasefire and freezing of the war in Ukraine in the current disposition will mean only one thing – Russia’s actual victory and Putin’s personal triumph...This would be a great defeat for the Western world and the end of the current global security order”—a proclamation followed by American transgender journalist Sarah Ashton-Cirillo, who was recently appointed as an official spokesperson for Ukraine’s territorial defense forces, demonically declaring about Russian peoples: “We are human, and those guys most definitely aren’t”—all of which was joined by the demonic Ukrainian government forcing a public apology from Ukrainian Priest Roman Kurach of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church because, during a Sunday prayer, he asked God to “work a miracle and bring these great peoples together: Ukraine and Russia”, and he also beseeched the Lord to make Russians and Ukrainians “stop exterminating and killing each other” and help them “build the kingdom of heaven here, on Earth” to eventually “ascend to the skies together”.
As to whom is actually “ascending to the skies”, this report notes, former top Pentagon senior advisor and decorated combat tactical legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D. just reported seeing 123,000 freshly dug graves in Ukraine from satellite images and estimates 400,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed thus far—a report that follows factual articles appearing like “Highway To Hell: Ukraine Loses 2,040 Men Since Friday – NATO And Ukraine Generals Knew “Massacre” Was “Inevitable””—and in the article “Russia Launches Massive Missile And Drone Strike On One Of The Last Operational Ukrainian Airbases – Hangar Is Struck At Starokonstantinov”, sees it revealing that due to censorship, independent American military analysts used OSINT Satellites of the NASA Fire Information for Resource Management System, which monitors global forest fires, to view the catastrophic damage on this Ukrainian airport caused by over 84 unstoppable Russian missiles.
The satellite images depicting the wholesale carnage Russian military forces are inflicting on Ukraine shown to Colonel Macgregor, this report continues, were without doubt the same ones the Pentagon showed members of the United States Congress and Western diplomats during a classified briefing last week—a Pentagon classified briefing that was followed by Western diplomats and members of the US Congress speaking off the record to the media about what they learned, which resulted in articles appearing like “Western Allies Receive Increasingly ‘Sobering’ Updates On Ukraine’s Counteroffensive: ‘This Is The Most Difficult Time Of The War’”, wherein it revealed: “Some officials fear the widening gap between expectations and results will spark a “blame game” among Ukrainian officials and their western supporters, which may create divisions within the alliance”—and after learning the truth that’s kept from the American peoples, it caused United States Senator Tommy Tuberville to most factually observe about the Ukrainian military chances of ever defeating Russia: “We’re not getting the point in Washington...At the end of the day, it’s a junior high team playing a college team...They can’t win”.
With independent American military analysts truthfully assessing: “The only front in which Ukraine is winning the war is on the mainstream media headlines”, this report details, all such truthful assessments were just countered by the powerful globalist Atlantic Council think tank guiding socialist Biden Regime warmongering foreign policy, who, in their just published open letter “Ukraine’s Slow Counteroffensive Is A Wake-Up Call For The West”, fearfully proclaimed: “Ukraine’s Western partners have every reason to expect a return on the considerable military aid they have provided over the past year-and-a-half…But this does not grant anyone the right to pressure Ukraine into surrender…Instead, Ukraine’s lack of progress over the past two months should serve as a wake-up call for Western leaders…Their response will shape the geopolitical landscape for decades to come…Any attempt to abandon Ukraine or force the country into a compromise peace would be a moral and strategic failure of the highest order that the collective West would struggle to recover from…In order to safeguard international security, Russia must be defeated”.
Most certainly agreeing that “Russia must be defeated”, this report notes, is the leftist Washington Post, who, in their just released deceptive propaganda screed “Putin Chokes On The Ukrainian ‘Porcupine’”, observed: “As the Ukrainian military grinds forward in a costly summer offensive that hasn’t yet produced a breakthrough, there’s a palpable frustration in Kyiv and in Washington...But Putin faces increasing problems at home because of the convulsions created by his misadventure in Ukraine...A brilliant summary of Russia’s growing political disarray was published in Foreign Affairs this week by Tatiana Stanovaya, a well-connected analyst with the Carnegie Russian Center...“The war has begun to change Russia, and profound internal shifts are likely underway — in Putin’s regime, in the elites’ perception of Putin, and in the public’s attitude toward the war,” she writes”—and is blatantly deceptive because in citing the article “Putin’s Age of Chaos” published by the socialist Western colonial Council on Foreign Relations think tank magazine Foreign Affairs, it failed to mention its author Tatiana Stanovaya warning: “Reactions to the drone attacks and incursions by paramilitaries into the Belgorod region in the spring are instructive...According to Levada polling, these events only fueled support for the war among Russians, with people becoming more hostile toward ordinary Ukrainians and anxious about the fate of the “special military operation”...The attacks did not in any way increase public desire for peace talks or a Russian withdrawal from Ukraine, a country that is perceived now more than ever as a threat to Russia’s existence...If anything, the country is becoming more committed to the fight—not in pursuit of imperial ambitions but out of a more desperate concern for its very survival...The faction advocating for a “resolute response” to the enemy is gaining new supporters”.
While watching the socialist Biden Regime sleepwalk into World War III while gorging itself on delusions that Russia will fall apart, this report concludes, it caused world renowned geopolitical strategist Andrey Sushentsov at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, in his just released open letter “The West Really Believes Russia Is On The Verge Of ‘Collapse’. This Explains A Lot Of Bad Policy”, to truthfully observe: “Unfortunately, the dominant narrative in Western countries often focuses on Russia’s supposed imminent collapse, ignoring its will to overcome the crisis...This narrative appears to be fueled by Western politicians’ belief in the country’s perceived weaknesses, which encourages the Western establishment not to seek an end to the conflict...Despite the difficulties associated with external assessment of the domestic situation, the last eighteen months has displayed Russia’s remarkable adaptability as a market economy, especially in times of severe stress...Even in the face of a significant loss of export opportunities to the West, Russia has shown unexpected flexibility and impressive financial and economic resilience...The idea of its collapse, which has been promoted in some Western media outlets, undoubtedly stems from the desire in the West to see this fantasy come true”.
