An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin pledging: “The African continent is becoming one of the pillars of a new multipolar world, and Russia will do everything in its power to help it prosper”, says this pledge to the Black peoples of Africa long tyrannically subjugated by the socialist Western colonial powers comes ahead of the opening tomorrow of the Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg, about which Kremlin presidential spokesman Yury Ushakov revealed to the 49 nations in Africa attending: “The high rate of participation confirms Africans desire to strengthen ties with our country, no matter the circumstances...Our president will make a major statement and assess the current state of the system of international relations, including in the formation of a new world order, which is based on the principle of multipolarity and equality of all independent states”.
With President Putin scheduled to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at the Russia-Africa Summit tomorrow, this report notes, it follows Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs member Professor Nourhan El-Sheikh assessing: “It’s important for Africa to liberate ourselves not only from colonization but from a new form of colonization – from the US Dollar, from SWIFT, from all those measures which posed many difficulties for our cooperation”—in order to liberate Africa from despotic US Dollar “colonization”, yesterday it saw President Putin signing into law the creation of the Digital Ruble able to bypass the US Dollar in international transactions—and is a Digital Ruble official crypto currency quickly attacked by the socialist Western colonial powers controlled International Monetary Fund, that fearfully warned: “Crypto assets should not be granted the status of official currency or legal tender”.
Shortly after President Putin signed into law the Digital Ruble designed to aid the creation of a new multipolar world free from socialist Western colonial tyranny, this report continues, the Pentagon announced another security assistance package for Ukraine worth $400 million, including air defense and anti-tank missiles—an announcement quickly followed by Ambassador Anatoly Antonov most factually declaring: “The actions by Washington, which continues to pump its Ukrainian puppets with weapons, are beyond morality and common sense…While Washington seeks to portray itself as Kiev’s selfless benefactor, in practice it only strives for more human suffering and deaths...One can be sure that missiles and munitions, paid for with billions of dollars from the pockets of American taxpayers, will ruin cities, litter fields with unexploded ammunitions, maim and mutilate...How many more American Bradleys must burn for the US leadership to finally realize that attempts to defeat our country on the battlefield will lead to only one thing – the inglorious defeat of Russophobes?”.
While drenched in the warmongering blood of the at least 400,000 ill-trained and ill-equipped Ukrainian soldiers he sent to certain death, this report details, yesterday it saw Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden insanely claiming like a madman: “I said I’d cure cancer…They looked at me like, ‘Why cancer’?...Because no one thinks we can…That’s why…And we can…We ended cancer as we know it”—an insane claim met with the reality that cancer remains the second leading cause of death in America after heart disease—and while living in his deluded world where Americans are no longer dying of cancer, Socialist Leader Biden, without doubt, ignored the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing this morning about Ukrainian forces: “On the morning of 26 July, the enemy resumed intensive offensive operations in the Orekhovskoye direction...He carried out a massive attack with the forces of three battalions reinforced with tanks...This attempt cost the enemy dearly...He lost 22 tanks, 10 infantry fighting vehicles, one other armored fighting vehicle and more than a hundred fighters”, after which they reported: “In the Krasnolimansky direction, units of the Russian 15th motorized rifle brigade of the “Center” group of troops continued offensive operations in the area of the settlement of Sergeevka of the Lugansk People's Republic...The advance was up to three kilometers along the front and 2.7 kilometers deep into the enemy defenses...The daily losses of the Ukrainian side in personnel exceeded 190 people...The enemy also lost several pieces of equipment, including Soviet-made towed and self-propelled howitzers and the American AN / TPQ-50 counter-battery radar”.
One of the benefits of blood drenched warmonger Socialist Leader Biden living in his insane delusional world devoid of all reality, this report concludes, is that he wasn’t able to hear Ukrainian Lieutenant Colonel Matviychuk saying about Russian military forces: “On some days they shoot without stopping”—he also wasn’t able to hear wounded Ukrainian solider Oleh Halah describing the reality: “Twenty-four hours a day, constant shooting, all the time...If not Russian infantry, then artillery...It doesn’t stop”, nor Ukrainian military surgeon Dr. Serhii Ryzhenko, chief of the Mechnikov Hospital, revealing: “Here, we see the worst of the front line...We have 50 operating rooms, and it’s not enough”—and most importantly, separated from reality Socialist Leader Biden won’t hear 25 year CIA veteran and former Executive Secretary and Chief of Staff Fred Fleitz of the National Security Council having just observed and warned: “This is the time for principled and realistic leadership in the Ukraine conflict to find a way to end the fighting…This means America and its NATO allies must make permanently ending the war their priority and abandon the offer to admit Ukraine as a NATO member after the war ends or in the near future…Congress must convince Biden to drop his approach to this conflict, which could extend the war or engage U.S. troops in a conflict with Russia that could result in World War III”.
