A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin telling Security Council Members during their meeting yesterday: “The West is evidently disappointed that Kiev’s much-lauded counteroffensive has failed to produce any results and has led to high levels of Ukrainian casualties”, says he then warned: “Polish leaders are planning to form a NATO-backed coalition to intervene in the Ukraine conflict and take over parts of western Ukraine as well as, possibly, Belarus...When it comes to Belarus, any aggression against a part of the Union State would mean aggression against Russia...We will respond to this with all the means at our disposal”.
In response to Ukraine deceiving the world with lies that its grain exports are aiding the Black peoples in Africa, this report notes, Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto revealed: “Ninety-five percent of exported Ukrainian grain does not go to Africa, and when those countries don’t have the supplies they need they look elsewhere, and inevitably the global prices rise, making it even more difficult for African nations to import…It is destabilizing regions that are already in difficulty, and this problem clearly also affects Europe”—is grain Ukraine has dumped on Europe instead of sending to Africa now bankrupting European farmers, which caused multiple European Union nations to blockade Ukraine—chief among whom is Poland, whose Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told a meeting of agriculture ministers from five Eastern EU countries in Warsaw: “I want to make it clear we will not open our border...Either the European Commission will agree to jointly work out regulations that will extend this ban, or we will do it ourselves”.

after personally overseeing and directing crushing American military defeats in Afghanistan
and Ukraine, this report details,
yesterday he began preparing for the future by ordering CIA Director William Burns to become a member of his cabinet, and near immediately after which it was
reported: “The United States government has launched a new agency to
prepare for pandemics and other biological threats, with President Joe Biden
tapping retired Air Force Major General Paul Friedrichs to spearhead the
project, who currently serves as a special assistant to President Biden and the
Senior Director for Global Health Security and Biodefense at the White House
National Security Council”.
With Socialist Leader Biden effectively placing the American health system under military control and flooding his
government with CIA operatives, this
report notes, he’s replaying what the United
States did to Russia after the Soviet Union collapsed, about which President Putin previously revealed: “In the early 2000s, I had already cleaned everyone out, but
in the mid-1990’s, we had, as it later turned out, cadres of the US Central
Intelligence Agency sitting as advisers and even official employees of the
Russian government”.
