A compelling Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announcing: “The Black Sea agreements are no longer in effect...The deadline, as the Russian president said earlier, is 17 July...Unfortunately, the part of the Black Sea agreement that concerns Russia has not yet been fulfilled...As a result, it has been terminated...As soon as the Russian part of the deal is fulfilled, the Russian side will immediately return to the implementation of this deal”, says the Black Sea Grain Agreement covering the transport of over one-third of the world’s grain produced by Russia and Ukraine, as well as Russian fertilizer, the world’s leading global supplier, has been constantly sabotaged by the socialist Western colonial powers since its signing last year, who sent Ukrainian grain to Europe instead of its African country intended destinations, while blocking all Russian grain and fertilizer from reaching the starving peoples in Africa—after the United Nations and Turkey failed to stop this Western crime against the peoples of Africa, it saw President Putin most factually observing: “What we see is more audacious deceit...And the West did not deceive us: they deceived the international community, their partners in Africa and other countries that desperately needed food”—and is Western deception set to cost their already bankrupt puppet state Ukraine the $500 million it made from this now terminated grain deal every month.
In the hours just prior to the Black Sea Grain Agreement being terminated, this report notes, two sea drones damaged a portion of the Crimean Bridge killing a mother and father and leaving their young girl child gravely injured, immediately after which, RBK Ukraina reported: “The Crimean Bridge was damaged in a joint special operation conducted by Ukraine’s Security Service and naval forces”, and in quick response, top Kremlin spokesman Peskov declared: “Moscow is well aware of the insidiousness of the Kiev regime...Today, the Kiev regime killed a young family...This must be talked about so that everyone can hear it…This is all the work of the Kiev regime…We will all work and remain vigilant and focused to ensure that such tragedies do not happen again”.
In a further response to the demonic killing of an innocent Russian family, this report continues, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova revealed: “This regime is terrorist and has all the hallmarks of an international organized crime group...Ukrainian officials and military personnel take those decisions with direct input from American and British special services and politicians...The United States and Britain are managing a state-like terrorist structure”—a revelation followed by top Kremlin spokesman Peskov stating: “We know the reasons and those behind this terrorist act…This will require further composure and additional measures and work from all of us…No other measures have been discussed at the moment”.
As to “the reasons and those behind this terrorist act” top Kremlin spokesman Peskov said “we know”, the classified at the highest level “Of Special Importance” portion of this transcript strongly hints at—in the very limited portions of this transcript permitted to be openly discussed among various ministries, it notes United States Air Force General James Hecker, the commander of US Air Forces Europe and US Air Forces Africa, warning: “I think it’s very important that we kind of take stock of where we are in our weapons state across the 32 nations of NATO, and we’re getting way down compared to where we were…And it’s probably not going to get better”—sees it noting the Russian warship Perekop that arrived in Cuba last week—then it notes the massive explosions that struck the Dow Chemical Plant in Plaquemine-Louisiana near the Gulf of Mexico early Saturday morning—is in actuality a major American defense plant that manufactures the chemical ethylene oxide used in thermobaric munitions—and of the many thermobaric weapons produced by the American defense industry, the most well known is the AGM-114 Hellfire Missile, which the socialist Biden Regime sent to Norway to give to Ukraine.
Following President Putin assessing yesterday: “The much-touted Ukrainian counteroffensive has seen no success more than a month after it was launched...All attempts by the enemy to breach our defenses, including through the use of strategic reserves have fallen flat throughout the counteroffensive...Our enemy remains unsuccessful”, this report notes, Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar posted the warning message today: “The enemy has been actively advancing since the end of last week in the Kupyansk direction in the Kharkov region...Now the enemy is searching for weaknesses in our defense, actively conducting assault operations...The situation is complicated. Fierce fighting is going on now”.
While advancing Russian forces continue adding to the tens-of-thousands of ill-trained and ill-equipped Ukrainian soldiers already killed, this report continues, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky senior advisor Mikhail Podoliak proclaimed like a madman: “Europe is lucky that there is a country like Ukraine, which is ready to defend the common European way of life – dominated by competition, democracy, freedom, and so on – with the lives of its soldiers”—a proclamation of madness joined by the just published article “Young Men In Ukraine Hide In Fear of Being Sent To Die: “My Friends Were Trained for 5 Days And Sent To Donetsk””—and in response to the American media reporting: “Dense minefields are forcing Ukrainian troops to abandon their Western tanks and undertake the tedious and life-threatening work of demining fields rigged with explosives across areas as wide as 10 miles”, it saw Ukrainian Commander in Chief General Valery Zaluzhny revealing: “You can no longer do anything with just a tank with some armor because the minefield is too deep, and sooner or later, it will stop, and then it will be destroyed by concentrated fire”.
Among those who should know the history of how Russian military forces defeated millions of Nazi German troops and their thousands of armored vehicles with massive minefields during World War II, this report concludes, is Philadelphia Inquirer foreign affairs columnist Trudy Rubin, a veteran war correspondent of multiple conflicts over the past two decades, who, in her just published article “Can Ukraine Win The War Against Russia? I’m Traveling There To Find Out”, observed: “What many Americans don’t realize is that Ukraine has a second enemy beyond Vladimir Putin’s Russia...That enemy is time...Ukraine can’t continue to lose its best and brightest indefinitely”—an observation about the cost in human lives, however, completely lost to socialist Biden Regime climate czar John Kerry, who assessed the Ukraine conflict: “Lots of parts of the world are exacerbating the problem right now, but when you have bombs going off and you have damage to septic tanks or to power centers etcetera, you have an enormous release of greenhouse gas, methane, all of the family of greenhouse gasses and the result is it's adding to the problem”.
