World “Stranded In No-Man’s Land Of
Warring Empires”

An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealing this morning that President Putin met with Wagner Private Military Company commander Evgeny Prigozhin several days after the group aborted a short-lived mutiny as part of a Belarus-mediated deal, with him telling reporters: “The president had such a meeting...Thirty-five people were invited to it – all unit commanders and the company’s management, including Prigozhin himself...Putin listened to the commanders explanations and offered further employment and combat deployment options...Wagner commanders provided their account of the mutiny, while emphasizing that they are staunch supporters and soldiers of the head of state, and are ready to fight for the motherland going forward”.
Wagner commanders’ account of their short-lived mutiny, this report notes, showed them being advocates of Council on Foreign and Defense Policy (SWAP) leader Professor Sergey Karaganov, a top advisor to President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov who maintains that the socialist Western colonial military bloc NATO won’t stop attacking Russia, and whose solution for he outlined in his open letter “By Using Its Nuclear Weapons, Russia Could Save Humanity From A Global Catastrophe”.
In the latest example of the global catastrophe NATO is causing to humanity, this report continues, Ambassador Anatoly Antonov grimly observed: “The United States could not care less about causing even more death and destruction far away from its borders...We have taken note of the Director for Strategic Communications of the National Security Council John Kirby’s statements about the provision of cluster munitions to Ukraine...The official de facto confessed to the United States committing war crimes during the Ukrainian conflict”—an American de facto confession of war crimes joined by NATO member leader German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier issuing the appeasement statement: “It is right that such munitions are prohibited by the federal government in Germany and that Germany is against such supplies...Germany's position against the use of cluster munitions is as justified as ever...But we cannot, in the current situation, block the United States”.
With no one in NATO able to stop his war crimes against humanity, this report details, Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden arrived in London early this morning looking like an old man shuffling across the tarmac—is a 5-day visit to Europe that tomorrow will see Socialist Leader Biden attending the NATO summit in Vilnius-Lithuania—prior to leaving for the summit, Socialist Leader Biden slammed the door on his puppet state Ukraine joining NATO, saying its conflict with Russia must end first—yesterday it saw top socialist Biden Regime official National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan assessing: “Israeli-style security guarantees, which the West could potentially offer Ukraine in lieu of full NATO membership, would provide Kiev with long-term military assistance and other types of support”—an assessment quickly followed by Socialist Leader Biden blasting what he calls an extreme Israeli government that doesn’t want peace with Palestinians.
While Socialist Leader Biden blasts his top Middle East ally Israel, this report notes, Politico reported that the NATO powers are in a “frantic race” to conceive a Ukraine deal—NBC News then observed: “Divisions over Ukraine’s push for a clearer pathway to joining the defense alliance risks puncturing Biden’s promise to revitalize and restore America’s alliances”—all of which was joined by socialist Western colonial puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky revealing to ABC News: “If we are talking about ending the war at the cost of Ukraine, in other words, to make us give up our territories, well, I think, in this way, Biden could have brought it to an end even in five minutes…But we would not agree”.
Instead of Socialist Leader Biden ending the conflict “in five minutes” like puppet leader President Zelensky admits he could have done, this report continues, NATO member states have pledged over $94.5 billion in weapons and ammunition to Ukraine during the past 18 months, that compares to the $56.6 billion Russia has committed to defense spending for all of 2023—and because NATO has chosen the path of war over peace, articles are now appearing like “However War Ends, Ukraine's Diminished Population Will Hit Economy For Years”, and in the just published Wall Street Journal article “Deepening Poverty Grips Ukraine”, sees it noting: “Russia’s invasion has pushed the number of Ukrainians living in poverty to nearly a quarter of the population, according to the World Bank—the most acute economic hardship the country has experienced since independence in 1991...One-fifth of the country is now reliant on humanitarian aid, according to the United Nations, with 44% of households saying they didn’t have enough money to meet essential needs...One-third of the population of 44 million is displaced within Ukraine or abroad, while 2.4 million have lost their jobs”.
In the aftermath of World War II, this report details, the United Nations was created in 1945 to act as an arbitrator of international disputes so conflicts would not erupt into war—four years later in 1949, the socialist Western colonial powers created the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) military bloc to protect themselves against the Soviet Union—in 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed leaving no mission for the NATO military bloc—instead of dissolving, however, NATO has ever since waged undeclared wars and slammed economic sanctions against everyone opposing them without United Nations approval—a fact that caused German parliament member Sevim Dağdelen to slam NATO as the world’s most dangerous warmonger—and whose true and real purpose for the NATO summit starting tomorrow, the leftist New York Times today revealed: “The allies will give political approval to the first detailed war plans on how to defend all of NATO territory since the end of the Cold War…Those plans, drawn up by General Christopher Cavoli, the American commander of allied forces in Europe, cover more than 4,000 pages and tell countries in specific terms what is required of them to defend themselves and their allies”.
With the socialist Western colonial powers preparing to approve their NATO military bloc’s “more than 4,000 pages” of massive war plans, this report concludes, they do so at the same time the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development just revealed: “The international investment climate was extremely gloomy last year as cascading geopolitical and economic shocks undermined investor confidence around the world”—and because NATO is intent on waging war all around the world, it caused even the leftist New York Times to warn: “Businesses are suddenly finding themselves stranded in the no-man’s land of warring empires”.
