A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin telling military academy graduates: “Russia’s nuclear triad will continue to be a focus, a key guarantee of Russia’s military security and global stability...Around half of Russia’s strategic land-based missile units have already been equipped with state-of-the-art Yars missiles – some of Russia’s most modern nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles”, says Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu then revealed: “A total of 114,000 people have joined the Russian Armed Forces as contract servicemen to date this year...On average, 1,336 people enter service under a contract with the Russian Armed Forces every 24 hours, meaning we de facto get a new regiment every day...Russia is now actively forming a reserve force that will include a new corps, a field army and five new regiments for the existing field armies...A field army in Russia includes several army corps and accounts for more than 40,000 servicemen on average...Almost 3,800 military equipment pieces have already been supplied to the troops and will be used to outfit the newly formed units…Moscow has no plans to send them into the fray right now...There is no urgent need for that...These fresh recruits should undergo serious training first and that is what they will do”.
While Russia continues building up its already massive military forces and the world’s largest nuclear arsenal to confront the godless socialist Western colonial powers, this report notes, articles are now appearing in the United States like “Army National Guard Can't Retain Enough Soldiers”—as to why the United States can’t retain its soldiers is explained in articles like “U.S. Army Recommends Food Stamps For Soldiers Struggling With Inflation”—and this week it saw United States Army Command Sergeant Major Marco Irenze revealing why the socialist Biden Regime can’t recruit soldiers: “It’s Wendy’s…It’s Carl’s Jr…It’s every single job that a young person can go up against because now they are offering the same incentives we are offering…That’s our competition right now”.
With the United States military facing its worse recruiting crisis since the creation of the
all-volunteer force in 1973, this report continues, Commander
of the United States Army General James McConville vowed not to lower recruitment standards despite trouble
finding new soldiers—a
vow quickly slammed with the news: “Following a three-year review, the Army has scrapped plans to
use the same physical fitness test for all soldiers, choosing instead to have some
reduced standards to allow women and older soldiers to pass”—this week it saw Chief Master Sergeant JoAnne S. Bass of the United States Air Force
warning in a memorandum: “Based on my travels and conversations with Airmen of all
ranks I have noticed a common concern regarding standards...History shows that
when standards erode, military capabilities and readiness decline...In our
profession, second best won't cut it...We must hold ourselves and others
accountable…When any of us walk by or tolerate something below high standards,
we damage our credibility”—a warning that followed United
States Army Secretary Christine Wormuth
declaring: “We are a ready Army, not a woke Army”—a declaration now joined with the news: “The U.S. Department of Defense has been put through an
exhaustive ‘diversity audit’ and the Government Accountability office has
decided that the DOD is simply not woke enough”—and it was also reported: “Reps. Don Bacon (R-NE) and Mike Turner (R-OH) on Wednesday
voted against two Republican amendments to a defense bill that would have
gutted diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) — tenets based on Marxist-rooted
Critical Race Theory — from being pushed throughout the U.S. military”.
As to whom the United States intends to fight with its undermanned and unfit woke Marxist military forces, this report
details, has nothing to do with reality, as their pretend enemies are all
socialist political and leftist media propaganda creations, which over the past
five years alone, has caused the American
peoples to name North Korea as their biggest enemy when President
Barack Obama was in power, when President
Donald Trump took power they named Russia as their biggest enemy, and under Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden, today it sees them naming China as their biggest enemy.
While the American peoples wait to be told by their socialist overlords and leftist media propagandists whom their next biggest enemy will be, this report notes, President Putin assessed: “It seems that Ukraine’s Western allies have indeed decided to fight Russia until the last Ukrainian” and observed: “Ukraine has stopped major offensive operations after realizing its forces could not win”.
The last socialist Western colonial nation to launch a failed major offensive operation against Russia, this report continues, was Nazi Germany, about whom the Ministry of Defense (MoD) just released archived documents revealing their strength: “For the invasion of the territory of Soviet Russia, the German command had assembled about 5 million soldiers and officers, around 4.400 tanks and assault guns, 47.200 guns and mortars, 4.400 combat aircraft, and 192 warships”—were Nazi German forces and equipment the Russian military eventually obliterated entirely—which makes it no surprise that the MoD revealed: “Kiev lost 246 tanks between 4 June and 21 June...Of the 81 Western tanks that it had, 13 have been knocked out...Russian troops also destroyed 152 infantry fighting vehicles, including 59 Western-made, and 279 field artillery pieces and mortars, including 48 Western-made...Other Ukrainian losses included 443 armored vehicles, 424 regular vehicles, 42 multiple rocket launchers, ten fighter jets, four helicopters and 264 drones...Kiev has also lost over 13,000 troops during the active phase of the counteroffensive”.
While watching Russian military forces predictably obliterate Ukraine like it did the Nazi Germans, this report details, leftist CNN reported yesterday: “The Ukrainian counteroffensive does not meet the expectations of Western states, according to two Western officials and a high-ranking Pentagon representative”—socialist Western colonial puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky then declared: “Some people believe this is a Hollywood movie and expect results now...It’s not...Advances by Ukrainian troops have been slower than desired...Whatever some might want, including attempts to pressure us, with all due respect, we will advance on the battlefield the way we deem best”—a declaration joined by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba proclaiming: “There is hope, but one should not think only in terms of this counter-offensive...You should not look at this counteroffensive as the last and decisive one…There will be so many counteroffensives, as many as is needed to expel Russia from our territory”—all of which was followed by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz telling his nation’s lawmakers: “We have to take a sober look at the current situation...Ukrainian officials have admitted that joining NATO is out of the question for as long as the conflict with Russia is raging, and the Western bloc should focus on other means of support for Kiev...Therefore, I suggest we focus on the top priority in Vilnius, namely strengthening the combat power of Ukraine”.
At the same time the socialist Western colonial powers are taking a “sober look” at how many more of their weapons they want Russian military forces to obliterate, this report notes, it was reported: “In the country's latest blow to free speech, freedom of expression, and ethnic diversity, President Vladimir Zelensky announced Thursday he's signed into effect a new law banning Russian books and publications in Ukraine” and revealed: “Ukraine’s Chernigov Region reported on Wednesday that it was struggling to meet its mobilization quota...More than 20,000 people have not reported following their summons...Residents of the Obolonsky district in Kiev who are eligible for mobilization must report to a military recruitment office within ten days, even if they have not received a personal draft notice”—all of which was joined by the news: “Republican Senators Lindsey Graham and Chuck Grassley have urged the FBI to investigate accusations that President Joe Biden and his son accepted bribes from a Ukrainian gas executive”.
Following the Financial Times revealing: “BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase are aiding the Ukrainian government in setting up a reconstruction bank that could see rebuilding projects being heavily invested in by private entities”, this report continues, it was beyond shockingly reported:

conflict in

profile described him as a technology recruiter at BlackRock, told the
reporter.
He outlined a scenario in
which an investor could profit off a surge in wheat prices triggered by the
bombing of Ukrainian wheat silos, explaining “volatility creates opportunity to make profit” before editorializing, “It’s exciting when shit
goes wrong, right?”
“We don’t want the conflict
to end, as a country”, Varlay continued.
Varlay also boasted about his employer’s
control of the political system. “It’s not who the president
is, it’s who’s controlling the wallet of the president”, he declared, clarifying that it
was “the hedge
funds, BlackRock, the banks” who “run the world”.
“All these financial
institutions, they buy politicians. You can take this big fuckton
of money and then you can start to buy people”, he said, explaining that senators
were “fucking
cheap, you got 10 grand you can buy a senator”.
Unlike corrupt and demented Socialist Leader Biden, this report continues, his main Democrat Party presidential challenger Robert Kennedy Jr. had an extensive interview with former top Pentagon advisor and decorated combat tactical legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D. to learn the truth behind the conflict in Ukraine, shortly after which, when interviewer Steve Scully attempted to claim that President Putin didn’t want peace, it saw Kennedy most factually replying: “No, no. Putin has repeatedly said yes...In fact, he negotiated — two times he agreed to agreements...He agreed to the Minsk Accord, and then he agreed in 2022 to an agreement that would’ve left Ukraine completely intact...It was us who forced Zelensky to sabotage that agreement...It was already signed...So, you know, the Russians were acting in good faith...So, no, I think we’re the ones who have not been acting in good faith”.
