An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin announced that the much-anticipated Ukrainian counteroffensive has been launched, says he also assessed: “We can state with absolute certainty that this Ukrainian counteroffensive has begun, and the use of strategic reserves points to it...The Ukrainian military has suffered far heavier casualties than the classic three-to-one ratio often expected during an offensive...However, Kiev has still retained its offensive capabilities”.
Prior to President Putin announcing yesterday that the Ukrainian Nazi Regime had launched its counteroffensive, this report notes, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) reported on 6 June: “During the three days of combat operations in all directions Ukraine lost up to 3,715 men, 52 tanks and 207 armored combat vehicles, 134 trucks, 48 field artillery guns, as well as five aircraft, two helicopters and 53 drones...Russia’s losses were immeasurably smaller: Altogether 71 servicemen of the combined group of forces were killed and 210 others wounded while repulsing the enemy offensive...Fifteen tanks, nine infantry fighting vehicles, two trucks and nine guns were also taken out”—and the MoD reported on 8 June: “The enemy was detected by reconnaissance forces in a timely manner, with preventive strikes launched by artillery, aviation and anti-tank weapons...Ukrainian forces have been stopped in their tracks in all four directions and retreated with heavy losses...During a two-hour battle, the enemy lost 30 tanks, 11 armored personnel carriers and up to 350 troops, with total Ukrainian personnel losses in the last 24 hours reaching almost 1,000 people”.
Immediately after President Putin made his announcement yesterday, this report continues, the MoD reported on 9 June: “Ukrainian forces have lost up to 1,240 troops and 39 tanks during the past 24-hour period...30 infantry fighting vehicles, 38 armored vehicles, as well as a dozen pieces of artillery and other military hardware, some of it provided by Kiev’s Western sponsors, were also destroyed...Two Ukrainian military jets, two UK-provided Storm Shadow cruise missiles, and 13 drones were intercepted and shut down during the day”—the MoD reported this morning on 10 June: “The Russian military has destroyed nine Ukrainian tanks, including four German-made Leopard 2s, as it successfully repelled attempts at advancing by Kiev forces...Besides the nine tanks, Kiev forces are also down eleven armored personnel carriers, which include five US-supplied Bradley fighting vehicles, 14 armored cars and a French-made Caesar self-propelled howitzer...The Ukrainian military’s losses in terms of manpower during the fresh fighting in Zaporozhye Region has reached up to 300 troops...Kiev’s losses in the Artymovsk area over the past 24 hours included up to 230 personnel, five armored cars and two Soviet-made D-30 howitzers...Around 60 of Kiev’s soldiers were neutralized in the area of Krasny Liman”—and with 6,545 confirmed Ukrainian battle deaths during its counteroffensive, their estimated number of wounded is between 19,635 and 32,725.
Joining President Putin’s announcement, this report details, the leftist New York Times reported: “The multipronged assault, concentrated along the front in the south and the east, is a test run of Ukraine’s new arsenal of Western tanks and armored vehicles as well as tens of thousands of newly mobilized soldiers who trained in Europe for months in preparation for the fighting…Kyiv, which as expected in the early stages is suffering casualties, will need to show significant progress in its counteroffensive to keep the money and weapons flowing from the West...Once in full motion, Ukraine’s counteroffensive is expected to be one of the largest military operations in Europe since World War II”—shortly after which Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar observed: “The situation is tense on all areas of the front...War is not without losses...The most terrible, but inevitable losses are people...And unfortunately, they have not yet created military equipment that cannot be destroyed”.

The “dark day in America” proclaimed by President Donald Trump, this report concludes, was echoed by top Republican Party leader House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who declared: “This is a very dark day in America when you think about what they're trying to indict President Trump on”—in the ludicrous 37 counts 49-page indictment slammed against President Trump, it accuses him of violating The Espionage Act of 1917, which was enacted by radical socialist Democrat Party leader President Woodrow Wilson to jail anyone protesting World War I—is a case that will be overseen by United States District Judge Aileen Cannon for the Southern District of Florida, who was appointed by President Trump—and this should be a fast case to deal with, as the just published article “DC Court Already Ruled in 2012 Case on Trump’s Right to Hold White House Documents” reveals: “The president’s handling of classified documents is settled law...United States District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in 2012 that there is no provision in the Presidential Records Act that gives the National Archives the power to seize records from a former president”.
