A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev declaring: “Based on international law, including the Hague and Geneva Conventions with their additional protocols, Britain can also be qualified as being at war...By providing Ukraine with weapons and training, the United Kingdom de facto is leading an undeclared war against Russia”, says this official declaration was joined by British Chief of Defence Intelligence Adrian Bird warning: “The United Kingdom’s non-discretionary security priority must be our home region of the Euro-Atlantic, and here we assess that Russia will remain the greatest threat to the British mainland out to 2030...From 2030 onward, China will present the greatest challenge to the United Kingdom’s overseas interests and economic security”—and was a warning quickly followed by Chinese President Xi Jinping telling his national security chiefs: “The complexity and difficulty of the national security issues we now face have increased significantly...We must adhere to bottom-line thinking and worst-case-scenario thinking, and get ready to undergo the major tests of high winds and rough waves, and even perilous, stormy seas”.
When NATO created the “narco terrorist state” Kosovo in 1999, which only the socialist Western colonial powers recognize, this report notes, they did so over the bodies of the dead Chinese citizens they killed when obliterating the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade-Serbia with a massive missile attack—in remembering this dastardly attack and now refusing all contact with the Pentagon, yesterday it saw Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning warning: “The US side should earnestly respect China’s sovereignty, security and interest concerns, and immediately correct its wrong practices”, then she declared: “China supports Serbia's effort to safeguard sovereignty and territorial integrity, opposes unilateral actions by the temporary institutions in Pristina and calls on it to perform its duty of establishing an association/community of Serb majority municipalities...We urge NATO to respect relevant country's sovereignty and territorial integrity and truly contribute to peace in the region”.
In response to China’s declaration of support for Serbia, this report continues, the American leftist media reported: “China on Tuesday threw its weight alongside Russia behind ethnic Serbs clashing in Kosovo after fighting broke out in protest to regional elections and dozens of NATO peace keeping forces were injured...Beijing, in sidestep with its top ally Moscow, has never acknowledged Kosovo’s 2008 independence from Serbia and in a Tuesday press briefing said it supports Serbian efforts to "safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity"”—and in quick reply, the official Chinese state media observed: “NATO calls for easing tensions on one hand, but on the other hand, increases military presence...It seems that NATO is just buying time to arm Kosovo...From its past wars, it's clear the United States is quite good at pretending fairness in stopping a fight while helping one side, buying time for those it supports by calling for a ceasefire...The promises made by NATO and other Western countries to protect the Serbs in Kosovo simply cannot be fulfilled”.
In knowing that the socialist Western colonial powers are attempting to ignite Serbia-Kosovo tensions in order to overthrow the Serbian government, this report details, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned: “NATO troops have only exacerbated hostilities between local authorities and the Serbian ethnic majority in the northern part of Kosovo...The situation in the area has reached a critical red line...While looking for the guilty, mediators from the United States and the European Union should muster up some courage and look in the mirror”—a warning joined by Russian Ambassador Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko to Serbia most factually assessing: “This is part of the hybrid war…I would like to stress that anti-Belgrade forces acted almost synchronously; they operate on two fronts - this is the situation in Kosovo and attempts at a Maidan coup here, in Belgrade”.
As to how the socialist Western colonial
powers play their warmongering game, this report notes, it’s clearly evidenced

Nations Security Council Resolution 1244, which allows Serbia to send its military and police
forces into Kosovo to protect the Serbian peoples if they come under
threat, while NATO is permitted to send
forces if Kosovo is under
threat, and was unanimously agreed to by
Russia, China, Britain, France and the United States—in December,
however, the socialist Biden Regime
declared about Resolution 1244
allowing Serbia to send military and
police forces into Kosovo: “We are categorically opposed to this, we categorically reject
it, we don’t support this at all”—then yesterday, the
socialist Biden Regime invoked Resolution 1244 to announce: “NATO will deploy 700 additional troops to Kosovo”—and
was an announcement followed by the news: “At a moment tensions are on edge in the Balkans over a fresh
crisis between the Serbian minority of northern Kosovo and ethnic Albanians,
which over the weekend saw dozens of NATO peacekeeping forces injured while
trying to quell fierce protests, the United States decided it was time for some
muscle-flexing...Two US Air Force B-1B Lancer bomber aircraft conducted a low
flyover of Sarajevo and other cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday”.
At the same time the socialist Biden Regime is attempting to ignite World War III in Serbia, as both Russia and China have committed to use military force to enforce United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244, this report continues, it was reported: “The FBI has again refused to turn over documents subpoenaed by the United States Congress regarding bribery accusations against President Joe Biden, prompting House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer to warn that he will seek to hold the agency’s director in contempt for “obstructionist” tactics”—a report joined by the troubling news: “Former FBI Director James Comey said Tuesday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” that former President Donald Trump was an “existential threat” to the country...He also called the Republican Party a cult”.
With the socialist American national security state now in full control able to defy Congress and brand their political opponents as a cult, this report details, it was no surprise to see American geopolitical analyst Tara Reade beyond shockingly revealing yesterday about a conversation she had with Republican Party lawmaker US Congressman Matt Gaetz, who told her: “Tara, I'm worried about your safety in the United States”—Reade has credibly claimed she was raped by Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden when he was a US Senator, after which she was pummeled by the leftist media and socialist Democrats to the point she had to post messages saying she wasn’t suicidal if she turned up dead—were revelations she made during an urgent press conference in Moscow after fleeing to Russia for safety, where she asked President Putin to grant her citizenship, and stated: “I'm still kind of in a daze a bit but I feel very good...I feel very surrounded by protection and safety...And I just really so appreciate Maria and everyone who's been giving me that at a time when it's been very difficult to know if I'm safe or not...I just didn't want to walk home and walk into a cage or be killed, which is basically my two choices...The decision to go to Russia was very difficult...I'm not an impulsive person...I really take my time and sort of analyze data points...And from what I could see based on the cases and based on what was happening and sort of the push for them to not want me to testify, I felt that while this election is gearing up and there's so much at stake, I'm almost better off here and just being safe...My dream is to live in both places, but it may be that I only live in this place and that's okay”.
