A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin declaring yesterday: “A peace settlement will be possible only if the Ukrainian armed forces cease hostilities, and Western weapons shipments are stopped...Ukraine must return to a neutral non-aligned status and refuse to join NATO and the European Union, and Kiev should recognize the new territorial realities that emerged after people exercised their right to self-determination...Also, Russian should be designated as a state language at the legislative level, and it is necessary to ensure that basic human rights, including freedom of faith, are observed in Ukraine”, says in quick response, top advisor Mikhail Podoliak to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky dismissed Moscow’s conditions, issuing Kiev’s own list of demands, which include the immediate withdrawal of all Russian troops from territory Kiev claims as its own, the extradition of war criminals, the creation of a buffer zone on Russian territory, as well as voluntary renunciation of Russian assets seized in other countries in favor of Ukraine.
Exactly six months ago yesterday, on 27 November 2022, this report notes, Ukrainian senior presidential advisor Podoliak vowed to interviewers “I guarantee you, for sure, I will talk to you from Crimea by phone six months from today, at that time all Russians will have left from there”—a delusional vow joined yesterday by Secretary Aleksey Danilov of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council telling the BBC that Ukrainian forces are “ready” to launch their much-touted counteroffensive, with him stating: “It could happen tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or in a week”.
While waiting for Ukraine to launch its counteroffensive, this report continues, Russian Ambassador Andrey Kelin to Britain declared to the BBC yesterday: “It is a big idealistic mistake to think that Ukraine may prevail...Russia is 16 times bigger than Ukraine and possesses enormous resources, and Moscow hasn’t started yet to act very seriously...For how long it would take for the fighting to cease, it depends on the efforts in escalation of war that are being undertaken by NATO countries, especially by the United Kingdom”—a declaration that followed the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University revealing its latest survey found: “Some 80% of the Chinese population think the United States and Western countries are ultimately responsible for the conflict in Ukraine”—and unlike the socialist indoctrinated and leftist media brainwashed American peoples, the Chinese peoples know what happened last April: “The Ukrainian news outlet Ukrayinska Pravda reported that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson used his surprise visit to Kyiv last month to pressure President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to cut off peace negotiations with Russia, even after the two sides appeared to have made tenuous progress toward a settlement to end the war”.
Last Thursday, this report details, now former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson had a dinner with President Donald Trump, after which it
was reported: “Boris Johnson MP met President Donald J. Trump to discuss the
situation in Ukraine and the vital importance of Ukrainian victory”—and was a discussion that followed President Trump declaring during a CNN town hall that he wants the
conflict end, and stated: “They are dying, Russians and Ukrainians…I want them to stop
dying”.
As to why former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson
and his socialist Western colonial
allies consider this conflict to be of “vital importance”, this report notes, is explained in articles like “Ukraine And The Battle For Eurasia”, wherein it reveals: “The conflict in Eastern Europe closely follows a script
written a century ago by British geo-strategist Halford John Mackinder. His
paper “The Geographical Pivot of History” predicted a battle over the
“World-Island”, the Eurasian continent....The center of the World-Island, said
Mackinder, is the Heartland, the region from Eastern Europe to
Siberia...Protected from Western naval power, Mackinder called it “the ultimate
citadel of land-power”...In his 1919 publication Democratic Ideals and Reality,
he wrote: “Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland; who rules the
Heartland commands the World-Island; who rules the World-Island commands the
world””.
Among those knowing why Russia “hasn’t started yet to act very seriously”, this report concludes, is American geopolitical analyst Tom Luongo, who, in
his just released open letter “No Truce With The Heartland”, warningly observers:

that their myopia is predictable.
When you reduce all of your
guiding principles to three lines of code, defeating that code becomes pretty
easy, strategically. It doesn’t matter if Mackinder was right or not. He wasn’t. What matters is that the
policy-makers think he was.
We’ve all spent too many
words working through this. It’s very
simple.
If you know your opponent will throw everything
they have at a conflict then your strategy is a simple one; destroy everything
they throw at it until they run out of money, men, and materiel to throw into
it.
