A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin met with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko in the Novo-Ogaryovo residence outside Moscow to to discuss economic, military cooperation and security issues, says this meeting followed former Lugansk Republic Ambassador Rodion Miroshnik factually observing: “Exactly one year ago, the Ukrainian regime began artillery preparations before attacking Donbass...A 150,000-soldier group, armed and trained by NATO, was preparing to sweep away the Donbass...And if it were not for Russia’s decision to start a special military operation, we would have simply been leveled”.
In response to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky reiterating
yesterday that he
won’t hold talks with President Putin
to end the conflict, this report notes, Security
Council Deputy Chairman Dimity Medvedev correctly assessed: “It’s not news,
but there is a nuance he opted not to mention yesterday although he is quite
aware of it…He is not supposed to hold any talks…He is supposed to sign what he
is told to sign…Although, frankly speaking, this document will not be worth its
weight in paper…You can remember the Minsk agreements that were signed by his
predecessor”—an
assessment joined by Foreign Ministry
spokeswoman Maria Zakharova
factually observing: “NATO
countries are playing innocent, trying to prove that they are not a party to
the conflict in Ukraine...The involvement of NATO countries is maximal, they’ve
been carrying out provocative activity for many years...Now they directly
control the leadership of the Kiev regime, they are all connected”.

Zelensky told the BBC: “The Russian spring offensive has already begun...Russian
attacks are already underway in several directions”—earlier today Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister
Irina Vereshchuk warned civilians who remained in the contested frontline city of Artyomovsk (aka Bakmut) to leave
immediately, with her stating: “Frankly, I wonder what 6,000 civilians are still doing
there...If you are a sane, law-abiding and patriotic citizen, you should
evacuate immediately”—and in response to NATO
defense chiefs agreeing yesterday to continue the needless bloodshed, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova observed: “The NATO
meeting once again showed that the Washington-led alliance continues to
purposefully escalate the situation in Europe, throwing more and more forces
and resources into confrontation with our country, creating hotbeds of
instability along its perimeter…All this can simply end badly for themselves…It
is a pity that the West may realize this too late”.
In a demonic display of socialist Western colonial bloodlust, this report
details, yesterday it saw conservative Republican
Party leader Senate Minority Leader
Mitch McConnell proclaiming: “I’m going to try to help explain to the American people that
defeating the Russians in Ukraine is the single most important event going on
in the world right now”—a demented proclamation quickly joined by the American leftist Sunflower of Peace
organization releasing its open letter “We Can’t Afford To Lose World War III”, wherein it states: “As the Ukrainian war reaches its one-year anniversary, most
of the world is still in a state of denial and refuses to call this World War
III, which it gives every indication of being...The United States government
has led the world in supplying military aid to Ukraine’s armies…We need to encourage
our representatives in Washington to continue, and even increase that help”.
Leading the United States into World III
demanded by conservatives and leftists alike, this report notes, is its top
military officer Chairman of the Joint
Chief’s of Staff General Mark Milley, who three months ago assessed: “The probability of a Ukrainian military victory, defined as
kicking the Russians out of all of Ukraine, to include what they claim is
Crimea is not high, militarily”—last week Chairman-General
Milley proclaimed: “Russia is now a global pariah and the world remains inspired
by Ukrainian bravery and resilience...In short, Russia has lost—they’ve lost
strategically, operationally, and tactically”—yesterday Chairman-General Milley observed: “It would be very, very difficult for Ukraine this year to
kick the Russians out of every inch of the territory that Moscow’s forces have
already captured...One of the lessons of this war is the very high consumption
rates of conventional munitions, and we are re-examining our own stockages and our own plans to make sure that we got it
right”—an
observation now joined by the Wall
Street Journal revealing: “Top oversight officials responsible for tracking over $110
billion in U.S. military and economic aid to Ukraine said they would press to
deploy auditors and investigators directly into the war zone to beef up
monitoring as the scale and scope of American assistance expands”—all of which follows the Pentagon revealing this week: “More than 15,000 US military service members have overdosed
on illicit drugs in the past five years”, all of whom were under the direct command
of Chairman-General Milley—and
yesterday, the United States Air Force,
which is under the direct command of Chairman-General
Milley, ordered its entire fleet of KC-135 tankers to be grounded for
inspection over concerns that their tails could fall off mid-flight if not
properly fixed.
Joining the chaotic and
contradictory ramblings of Chairman-General
Milley as he oversees the disintegration of the American military, this report continues, this week it saw Politico revealing that US Secretary of State
Antony Blinken told a group of experts that Washington “is not actively encouraging” Ukraine
to seize Crimea from Russia—a revelation quickly countered
by US Deputy Secretary of State for
Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, who yesterday declared: “The US position is that Ukraine is owed and due all of their
territory within their international borders, which means Crimea as well”—and in quick response to this deranged
declaration, Foreign Ministry
spokeswoman Zakharova assessed: “Nuland allowed herself a whole series of mind-blowing and
absurd statements...Once again, we see the involvement of the United States in
the conflict in Ukraine — supplying with weapons in huge quantities, providing
intelligence, and blatantly participating in combat operations planning...I
would like to give Victoria Nuland a piece of advice — take care of white
balloons and UFOs that are flying above the a territory of the United
States...As we can see, you are not very successful in dealing with these
unidentified objects quickly and efficiently...Your people are being mocked at,
while you are dreaming of Russia’s defeat and now even urging Kiev to attack
Crimea...You have things to do back home”.
Along with the US State Department becoming chaotic and contradictory like Chairman-General Milley, this report
notes, the American leftist CNN media outlet just published its
dire warning article “Ukraine Is Burning Through Ammunition Faster Than The US And
NATO Can Produce It”,
that it hilariously joined with its article “The West’s Hardest Task In Ukraine: Convincing Putin He’s
Losing”—contradictory
leftist articles followed by NATO announcing a new space project that aims to create a fleet of spy satellites, which
includes NATO applicants Sweden and Finland, and involves not only national but commercial assets—an
announcement swiftly followed by Russian
arms control official Konstantin Vorontsov warning: “The United States is weaponizing space and blurring the
boundaries between military and civilian infrastructure in orbit...American use
of spacecraft to benefit other nations on the battlefield is in fact a form of
participation in conflicts by proxy”.
Throwing the socialist Western colonial powers into chaos, this report details, is Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces General Valery Gerasimov, who, in 2013, published his total war fighting document “The Value Of Science Is In The Foresight”, that in the West is called “The Gerasimov Doctrine”, and top American defense experts proclaimed about: “To understand the various doctrines and strategies of fighting in a modern hybrid, next generational war scenario, Gerasimov is the man who practically ‘wrote the book’ on this topic…His famed ‘Gerasimov Doctrine’ has long been held as a sort of apotheosis of Russia’s understanding of the evolution and philosophy of modern war-fighting”.
