A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin hit out at the looming deliveries of Western-made tanks to Ukraine during a ceremony to mark the 80th Anniversary of victory at the Battle of Stalingrad, warning that Moscow’s response to the threat will span far beyond armored vehicles, says he assessed and warned: “Unbelievable, but true – we are once again threatened with German Leopard tanks, with crosses on their hull...And once again seeking to battle Russia in Ukraine with the help of Hitler’s followers, the Banderites...Those seeking to defeat Russia on the battlefield apparently do not realize that a modern war with Russia would be entirely different for them...We’re not sending our tanks to their borders...Yet we have something to respond with, and it would not be limited to armor use only, everyone must realize that”.
In quick response to the dire
warning issued to the socialist Western
colonial powers by President Putin,
this report notes, German
Secretary of State Steffen Hebestreit, who is
both the Federal Government Spokesperson
and Head of the Press and Information
Office of the German Federal
Government, and reports directly to German
Chancellor Olaf Scholz, stated: “The federal government of Germany, of course, took note of
the words of the Russian president...But these deliveries are support, not
participation in the war...And this, of course, is completely known to the Russian
president”—a
statement that follows the German
newspaper of record Deutsche Welle, in their article “Is Germany Becoming A 'Warring Party' In Ukraine?”, warning: “The legal concept of a "warring party" originates
from the international law of the 19th and early 20th centuries…Becoming a
party to a conflict hinges either on a formal declaration of war, or direct
participation in specific combat operations....Putting boots on the ground
would make Germany a warring party, and providing intelligence for military
operations or battle training for soldiers is considered a gray area...But
weapons deliveries are seen as unproblematic”—all of which has now been joined by the British newspaper of record The Times reporting: “German officials are open to theories that the sabotage of
the Nord Stream undersea pipelines was carried out by a Western nation with the
aim of blaming it on Russia”.
In a further severing of all Russian ties with the socialist Western colonial powers, this report
continues, Deputy Foreign Minister
Alexander Grushko told reporters this morning: “I would like to remind you that the Council of Europe,
according to Article 1 of its Statute, was created ‘to achieve a greater unity’
of European nations...Western efforts turned it into something opposite...It
makes no sense to return to an organization of this kind”—after which, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov most factually observed: “The West,
which achieved its prosperity largely through centuries of robbery and
exploitation of developing countries, is trying to maintain its global
dominance, hoping, as before, to solve problems of its own development and
maintain their economies at the expense of others...The crimes of the
colonizers have no time limit and forever deprive Western elites of the right
to claim any moral leadership...Especially since the colonial instincts have
not disappeared...To this end, the West continues to hinder the process of
democratization of international relations and aggressively imposes on the
world majority a neocolonial American-centric order, which, as they say, must
be based on rules that they themselves invent and apply according to the 'I do what
I want' principle”.
In response to Western defense analysts assessing that Russia is preparing to launch a major new offensive, this report
details, Ukrainian President Vladimir
Zelensky stated yesterday: “I believe that it has already started or not fully…We will
see that in the nearest weeks”—while President Zelensky
awaits a major Russian offensive,
the Ministry of Defense (MoD) for the first time announced this morning the destruction of
the Norwegian anti-aircraft missile system NASAMS just given to Ukraine—without citing any names or facts, the
leftist New York Times, in their
just published propaganda screed “Soaring
Death Toll Gives Grim Insight Into Russian Tactic”, comically claims: “The number of Russian troops killed and wounded in Ukraine is
approaching 200,000, a stark symbol of just how badly President Vladimir V.
Putin’s invasion has gone”—is a wishful thinking comical claim that stands opposed to factual open source intelligence obtained
using extracts from mortuaries, documents from funeral homes and information
from the exchange of data between various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
showing Ukraine losses are over 400,000—and as to why President Zelensky keeps sending hundreds-of-thousands of
ill-trained soldiers to their certain death against vastly superior Russian military forces, American journalist Tony Cox, in
his just released article “George Soros Is Either Prophetic Or Pulls A Lot Of Strings”, notes: “George Soros is either stunningly prescient or frighteningly
influential when it comes to determining who will need to do all the bleeding
and dying that he deems necessary to bring about a desirable “new world
order”...Consider the Hungarian-born billionaire’s essay on the future of NATO:
“The United States would not be called upon to act as the policeman of the
world...When it acts, it would act in conjunction with others...Incidentally,
the combination of manpower from Eastern Europe with the technical capabilities
of NATO would greatly enhance the military potential of the partnership because
it would reduce the risk of body bags for NATO countries, which is the main
constraint on their willingness to act...This is a viable alternative to the
looming world disorder””.
During an interview yesterday, this
report notes, America’s top spy
chief CIA Director William Burns
stated: “Putin, I think, is betting right now that he can make time
work for him...The key is going to be on the battlefield in the next six months,
it seems to us”—but
CIA Director Burns failed to mention
that “seems to us” referred to the socialist-globalist Council on
Foreign Relations think tank, whose Foreign Affairs
magazine, that gives marching orders to socialist American elites, had just published its propaganda screed “What Ukraine Needs To Liberate Crimea A Credible Military
Threat Might Be Enough”, wherein it absurdly claimed: “The next six months will witness a great deal of human
tragedy...Ukraine’s armed forces will face harsh battlefield conditions, and
Ukrainian civilians will continue to endure daily Russian attacks...Meanwhile,
Russia’s underequipped and poorly led troops will
suffer thousands of casualties, destroying the country’s remaining fighting
capability...With the help of newly promised Western tanks and other weapons,
Ukraine’s armed forces will also liberate more territory in the east and south
of the country, making it possible to imagine an eventual Ukrainian campaign to
retake Crimea”.
While the Council on Foreign Relations gives marching orders to those like CIA Director Burns, this report
continues, the Pentagon relies on
its own United States government
funded RAND Corporation
think tank for its marching orders, that last week published its study “Avoiding a Long War: U.S. Policy and the Trajectory of the
Russia-Ukraine Conflict”, wherein it warned: “The costs and risks of a long war in Ukraine are significant
and outweigh the possible benefits of such a trajectory for the United
States...The consequences of a long war—ranging from persistent elevated
escalation risks to economic damage—far outweigh the possible benefits...Since
avoiding a long war is the highest priority after minimizing escalation risks,
the United States should take steps that make an end to the conflict over the
medium term more likely”—and is a study now joined by the news: “Ukraine’s plans to seize Crimea from Russia are unlikely to
succeed in the near future, lawmakers in the US House Armed Services Committee were
told at a classified meeting with the Defense Department, according to
Politico...The outlet reports that it spoke to four people who disclosed
details from the meeting but wished to remain anonymous...Although the sources
did not explain what had led defense officials to their assessment, they stated
that the main assertion was that Ukraine does not have the capability to drive
Russian forces out of the peninsula...Nor do they expect that situation to
change anytime soon”.
As to how separated from reality the
Council on Foreign Relations
socialist-globalist idiots truly are, this report notes, last month it saw
their Foreign Affairs magazine
publishing its fantasy article “The Sanctions On Russia Are Working”—in knowing the difference between fantasy
and reality, however, this morning it saw Polish
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki factually
proclaiming: “What catches your eye: Russia this year and next will develop
faster than Germany…And this despite the sanctions”—a factual proclamation that joins the just
published Western economic articles
“Russia’s Economy Forecast To Outperform U.S. Within Two Years” and “Russia’s Economy Is Now Forecast To Grow Faster Than
Germany’s And Britain’s In 2023. How Is That Possible?”—and in the just published Western economic article “Russia's Economic Future - Semiconductors, Arms, And More”, sees it revealing: “Russia’s importation of circuits has nearly doubled in 2022.
That means the sanctions are not only a complete bust and have not resulted in
even hindering Russian capabilities whatsoever, but in fact they have done
Russia a massive favor by giving Russia the impetus and incentive to completely
reorient its supply chain of critical infrastructure technologies to the much
more reliable partners of the East”.
