A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealing to reporters this morning: “As for NATO and contact, we don’t have any…You know that, in fact, at one time NATO stopped any kind of meaningful communication with our country. Therefore, it is very difficult to talk about such contact at the moment”, says NATO stopped its contacts shortly after Russian military forces conducting the “Special De-Nazification Operation” began seizing evidence of secret American biowarfare activities in Ukraine, about which the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed today: “Over the period of the special military operation, Russian troops have secured over 20,000 documents, references and analytical materials, and interviewed eyewitnesses and participants in American military-biological programs”—and as it pertains to these seized American biowarfare documents, General Igor Kirillov further revealed today: “The aforementioned materials confirm the Pentagon’s intention to create biological weapons components and test them on the population of Ukraine and other countries along the perimeter of our borders...As part of activities to wind down military biological operations in Ukraine, the United States are proactively engaging the material base of chemical and pharmacological plants of Poland and the Baltic States; furthermore, equipment from the Ukrainian territory was delivered there”.
According to a new BBC documentary set for broadcast
today, this report notes, disgraced and ousted from power former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson
ludicrously claimed about a phone conversation he had with President Putin last year: “He sort of threatened me at one point and said, ‘Boris, I
don’t want to hurt you, but with a missile, it would only take a minute’, or
something like that”—a ludicrous claim joined with the fact: “No reference to the alleged exchange between Johnson and
Putin appeared in accounts of the call given by either Downing Street or the
Kremlin, the BBC makes clear”—in quick response, top Kremlin
spokesman Peskov factually stated: “What Mr. Johnson said is not true; more precisely, it is a
lie”—and as
to why President Putin barely even
thinks about either Britain or its
socialist leaders, is best explained in the just published Sky News article “US General Warns British Army No Longer Top-Level Fighting
Force, Defense Sources Reveal”, wherein it states:
A senior US general has
privately told Defence Secretary Ben Wallace the British
Army is no longer regarded as a top-level fighting force, defence sources have revealed.
The general used a term to
rank the strength of a country's military, with tier one regarded as a top-level
power such as the
Tier two would describe a
more middling power with less fighting capability such as
According to the sources,
the general, referring to the army, said: "You haven't got a tier one. It's barely tier two".
Offering a sense of the
scale of the challenge faced by the army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, it is
understood that:
1.) The armed forces would run out of ammunition
"in a few days" if called
upon to fight
2.) The
3.) It would take five to 10 years for the army to
be able to field a war-fighting division of some 25,000 to 30,000 troops backed
by tanks, artillery and helicopters
4.) Some 30% of
5.) The majority of the army's fleet of armoured vehicles, including tanks, was built between 30 to
60 years ago and full replacements are not due for years
Along with British military forces not posing a real threat to Russia, this report concludes, the American think tank The
Heritage Foundation, in its “2023 Index of U.S. Military Strength”, grimly assessed: “The US military may not be able to win one war — let alone
two — as the Pentagon struggles to keep its forces equipped against potential
threats from China and Russia...Years of underfunding
and poorly defined priorities has led the military to become weak relative to
the force needed to defend national interests on the global stage...The current
U.S. military force is at significant risk of not being able to meet the
demands of a single major regional conflict...The force would probably not be
able to do more and is certainly ill-equipped to handle two nearly simultaneous
major conflicts”—a
grim assessment ignored by Supreme
Socialist Leader Joe Biden as he keeps dangerously provoking Russia, that has the world’s largest natural resources valued at over $75
trillion making it impossible to sanction, and he also forgot the facts just documented by
historian Christopher Roach of the Center
for American Greatness research institute, who, in his just released
open letter “Wunderwaffen Won’t Save Ukraine”, assessed and observed:
In the
summer of 1944, the Soviet Army destroyed
Throughout the war, the Germans undeniably had
more sophisticated and superior weapons, including their Panther and Tiger
tanks. They also developed jet fighters,
as well as the first cruise and ballistic missiles. In addition to these technical advantages,
the German Wehrmacht had an innovative and
decentralized system of tactics and maintained rigorous training for officers
through the end of the war.
Even so, in spite of such qualitative superiority, by 1944 it was

No such
victory would be forthcoming. In a war
of attrition, numbers, supply chains, and mass end up counting for more than
the quality of armaments and other technological advantages. As Paul Kennedy
famously argued in The Rise and Fall of the Great
Powers,
"The triumph of any
one Great Power in this period, or the collapse of another, has usually been
the consequence of lengthy fighting by its armed forces; but it has also been
the consequences of the more or less efficient utilization of the state’s
productive economic resources in wartime, and, further in the background, of
the way in which that state’s economy had been rising or falling, relative to
the other leading nations, in the decades preceding the actual conflict."
A similar dynamic is currently underway in Ukraine.
American media seem confused, but this is probably
because very little of this war is “telegenic” when
compared to the
Russia’s industrial age economy is apparently well
suited for a war of attrition, as Russia has the ability to produce both food
and other necessities for her people, while also producing tanks, endless
kamikaze drones, and an order-of-magnitude more artillery shells than its
opponent. Meanwhile,
Not only can Russia produce more than Ukraine, but
it turns out, at least for now, that it can produce more arms and ammunition
than the entire West. Having offshored much of its dual-use industrial infrastructure to

But, in spite of all this innovation, massive
numbers of American and Soviet tanks, along with rising numbers of trained
troops, all supported by coordinated industrial power, were able to overwhelm
the German military completely.
The West and its leaders are either engaged in
massive denial or they are deliberately destroying their limited reserves of
weapons and ammunition for some nefarious purpose. There is currently no
prospect of Ukrainian victory, and a few hundred Wunderwaffen
are not going to change the outcome.

While
having little prospect of success, the latest move risks at least two bad
outcomes. First, having put its prestige on
the line, the West may now be committed to Ukraine simply to avoid “losing

after any plausible national security advantage was in view. Second, not
