A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Deputy Secretary Dmitry Medvedev responding to Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Vladimir Gavrilov proclaiming: “We can step into Crimea by the end of December”, says he first factually revealed that the Ukrainian leadership is in no position to talk about the return of Crimea, explaining that Kiev itself is, in fact, a Russian city, then stated: “Sometimes the enemy’s statements need to be answered not only diplomatically or somehow allegorically...Various cockroaches that have been bred in the Kiev insectarium constantly threaten to ‘return Crimea’…Well, their goals are clear: to cheer up the tame insects around and show the insectarium’s owner that they are still very capable of cockroach runs for a morsel of food”.
The seething anger causing Deputy Secretary Medvedev to liken the criminal Kiev Regime leadership to “cockroaches”, this report notes, were the horrifying videos that surfaced online last week showing Nazi forces in Ukraine executing Russian prisoners of war—war crimes confirmed by the leftist New York Times in their just published investigative article “Videos Suggest Captive Russian Soldiers Were Killed At Close Range”—in response to the United Nations calling for this war crime to be investigated, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishina stated: “Of course, Ukrainian authorities will investigate this video”—a statement joined by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) saying that not only does the footage depict the “barbarous killing of Russian prisoners of war”, it shows “a widespread practice of the Ukrainian Armed Forces that is actively supported by the Kiev regime and outright ignored by its Western backers”—after which top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov vowed: “Moscow itself will search for Ukrainian militants who shot Russian prisoners of war...They must be found and punished”.
While ignoring the war crimes committed by the criminal Kiev Regime, this report continues, articles are appearing today in the socialist Western colonial nations like “European Refiners Now Have Too Much Oil”—in factual reality this oil glut is caused by the socialist Western colonial powers hoarding Russian fuel before the European Union oil-products embargo begins in less than three months and the bloc lacks alternative sources—is a deliberate distortion of the global oil market causing international traders to place their bets on its price surging to over $200 a barrel—and yesterday it was revealed that Britain is continuing to buy Russian oil and concealing where its coming from by transferring it to smaller vessels in order to keep its true origins hidden.
At the same time Britain is violating its own sanctions against buying Russian oil, this report details, Director General Graeme Biggar of the British National Crime Agency joined Moscow’s warning that up to $1 billion worth of arms are funneled out of Ukraine every month, with him stating: “As with any conflict, when weapons pour in there is a risk of blowback...At the end of the conflict, there are surplus weapons that get into the hands of criminals or terrorists”—a statement that follows the Pentagon revealing last week that it has no idea how much military equipment it actually left behind in Afghanistan—and for those Americans wondering why all of their nation’s white supremacists have disappeared, American Neo-Nazi leader Kent ‘Boneface’ McLellan just revealed: “All the real skinheads went to Ukraine”.
Even though the criminal Kiev Regime has fighting for them these Neo-Nazi white supremacist “real skinheads” from America, this report notes, Chairman Viktor Bondarev of the Federation Council’s committee on defense and security assessed: “Ukraine has neither the resources, nor the military potential, nor the support of the Crimeans for its promised offensive on the peninsula…Also, the West will not take any real steps to help Ukraine in this adventure…The Kiev authorities will not go beyond the level of rhetoric”—an assessment joined by the MoD reporting today: “Our Aerospace Forces and artillery successfully worked on military targets and firing positions in Orekhovo, Stepnogorsk, Gulyaipole, Malaya Tokmachka, Chervon, Zheleznodorozhny…Including strikes were made on places of concentration of Ukrainian troops, where a group is being formed for a possible offensive”, then revealing: “A high-precision strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces in the city of Zaporozhye has destroyed a line assembling engines for aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force”—today it saw Chief Executive Officer Alexey Likhachev of Russian energy giant Rosatom gravely noting Ukraine had resumed shelling attacks on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant after a two-month break, with him warning: “We are informing the international community that the plant is at risk of a nuclear disaster and Kiev clearly believes that a small nuclear incident would be acceptable…However, radiation won’t ask Kiev what kind of incident it wants…It will be a precedent that will change the course of history forever…So everything possible needs to be done to make sure that no one can even think of damaging the security of nuclear power plants”—and interesting to notice was the Kartsev Research Institute revealing its newly developed Shershen quadrotor that can suppress unmanned aerial vehicles and disperse enemy formations with supersonic sound.

Prime Minister Georges Clemenceau, whose so-called peace treaty planted the seeds for World War II—a fact of history noted by top Kremlin media advisor Maxim Sokolov, who, in his just
published open letter “Zelensky Follows The Leninist Course”, revealed the true history that points to how
the Ukraine conflict will really be
ended:

was inspired not by boring methods about A and B but by historical and
revolutionary practice.
On 8 November 1917,
immediately after the capture of the Winter Congress of Soviets, which took
power into its own hands, it adopted a Decree
on Peace, which stated: "The government cancels secret diplomacy, for its part,
expressing its firm intention to conduct all negotiations completely openly in
front of all the people We appeal with a proposal to the governments and
peoples of all countries to begin immediately open negotiations on the
conclusion of peace".
Two months later, on 8
January 1918, US President Wilson followed the Leninist course. In his 14-Point Program, which formed the
basis of the work of the Versailles Peace Conference, the very first point
read: "Open peace
treaties, openly discussed, after which there will be no secret international
agreements of any kind, and diplomacy will always act frankly and on everyone's
sight".

Although the negotiations,
open to the whole world, turned out to be only a spectacular slogan, but by no
means a practical guide to action.
The
And as a particularly striking and prominent
example of openness, the story is given of how Wilson locked himself in a
secret room at the Palace of Versailles with Lloyd George and Clemenceau,
placing a sentry with a gun at the entrance: so that no one would interfere
with open negotiations.
