An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to the United States factually assessing: “We do not see a possible improvement of the Russian-American relations at least in the mid-term perspective under the current diplomatic conditions”, says he then declared: “Russia categorically opposes the United States desire for a neocolonial redivision of the global economy, such as its attempts to standardize everything, introduce financial and technological monopoly in order to preserve Western dominance”.
In the godless socialist Biden Regime’s attempt “to preserve Western dominance” over the entire world, this report notes, United States Navy Admiral Charles Richard, the commander of United States Strategic Command, truthfully declared last week: “This Ukraine crisis that we’re in right now, this is just the warmup...The big one is coming...And it isn’t going to be very long before we’re going to get tested in ways that we haven’t been tested for a long time”—a declaration joined yesterday by Ukraine warning it will have to totally evacuate over 3 million peoples from its capitol city Kiev because Russian military forces have obliterated 40% of the nation’s electrical and heating infrastructure—a warning quickly followed by Berlin Mayor Franziska Ghiffey revealing that Germany now faces its largest refugee crisis since 2015 when tens-of-,millions of Middle Easterners fled from American wars in Syria, Iraq and Libya—is an impending war refugee crisis coming at the same time it is now being reported that the British economy is teetering on the brink of collapse—and explains why the leftist Washington Post today reported: “The Biden administration is privately encouraging Ukraine’s leaders to signal an openness to negotiate with Russia and drop their public refusal to engage in peace talks unless President Vladimir Putin is removed from power, according to people familiar with the discussions”.
With Ukraine being “the warmup” to take out Russia before the socialist Biden Regime ignites “the big one” to destroy China, this report continues, Ambassador Anatoly Antonov most factually assessed about the terrorist attack that blew up the Nord Stream pipelines supplying the European Union through Germany with cheap Russian natural gas: “An attack on an infrastructure that is unique in terms of security is an extremely dangerous precedent...Obviously, this act of sabotage was aimed at completely breaking up the mutually beneficial energy ties between Europe and Russia...The goal was to radically switch regional consumers to expensive resources”—a factual assessment joined this past week by the report: “Germany’s largest gas importer Uniper on Thursday reported a staggering €40 billion ($39 billion) net loss through September, citing diminishing supplies from Russia as the major reason”—a grim report quickly joined with the news: “The United States has become the European Unions second-largest gas supplier due to increased liquid natural gas deliveries that cost up to four times more than the Russian gas supplies it used to rely on”.

Causing terror to strike the socialist Biden Regime last week, this report notes, was Bloomberg News also revealing: “Countries are rushing to secure supplies for winter despite the push by Western nations to abandon Russian energy...Exports of liquefied natural gas from Russia surged in October despite the push by the West to cut reliance on energy supplies”—is cheap Russian liquefied natural gas transported thorough the Russia-controlled Northern Sea Route that is one of the only ways ships can sail through the Arctic—today it sees Russia being the only country that builds and operates nuclear-powered icebreakers to keep the Northern Sea Route open—and is a Northern Sea Route controlled by Russia that’s also known as the “Golden Waterway”, because it cuts the travel time of goods between Asia to Europe to ten days, as opposed to the month it takes to travel the sea lanes controlled by the socialist Western colonial powers through the Suez and Panama canals, or around the Cape of Good Hope.

Following Friday’s meeting between President Xi Jinping and Chancellor Olaf Scholz, this report continues the official Chinese state media article “Scholz’s China Visit Has More Than Symbolic Significance” revealed: “Scholz again made clear his opposition to "decoupling." to inject new momentum not only into China-Germany ties but also overall
