A grimly foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting independent military analysts are calling 23 October 2022 a “Day of Four” historic moment, says the marking of this date refers to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu making four telephone calls yesterday to his counterparts in France, Turkey, Britain and the United States—during the first of these calls, Defense Minister Shoigu presented evidence to France, Turkey and Britain that Ukrainian forces are preparing a “false flag provocation” with a radioactive dirty bomb device, but whose call with the United States only says “issues about Ukraine were discussed”—an apocalyptic revelation followed by top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declaring about the socialist Western colonial powers: “The fact that they do not trust the information which was provided by the Russian side does not mean that the threat of the use of such a dirty bomb ceases to exist…The threat is present…This information was brought to the attention of the Russian defense minister's interlocutors…It's up to them whether they want to believe it or not”.
In response to the looming “false flag provocation” plotted by Ukraine, this report notes, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov revealed today that Moscow will raise the issue of Kiev’s preparation of a dirty bomb provocation in international forums, including the United Nations, with him stating: “We have also taken the necessary steps to raise this issue in international structures, first of all in the United Nations in New York, and today our representatives will do this hoping for an informed and professional discussion of the problems that we will touch upon”—a statement quickly followed by Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov informing the world: “The Defense Ministry has evidence that the Kiev regime is planning a provocation involving the detonation of a so-called dirty bomb or a low-yield nuclear device...The purpose of the provocation is to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction in the Ukrainian theater of operations, thus launching a major anti-Russian campaign around the world aimed at undermining trust towards Moscow...It is also noteworthy that during the special military operation Ukraine President Zelensky repeatedly called on the NATO countries to carry out strikes at Russia”.
The response of the socialist Western colonial powers to the warning issued by Defense Minister Shoigu, this report continues, French President Emmanuel Macron called for a peace deal in Ukraine, but insisted that Kiev will dictate the terms of such an agreement—a call for a peace deal followed by Britain announcing that Rishi Sunak will be its new prime minister, who rose through the ranks of global banking power under the tutelage of former French naval officer Patrick Degorce and his Indian multi-billionaire businessman father-in-law N. R. Narayana Murthy—in the United States when asked by a reporter if he will run for a second term, Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden shockingly answered: “I could drop dead tomorrow!”—all of which was joined by the socialist Biden Regime office of the Department of State issuing its document “Joint Statement On Ukraine”, wherein it states:

Not joining this so-called “joint statement”, this report notes, was Turkey, which is NATO’s second largest power after the United States—and following the socialist Western colonial powers issuing their statement of rejection, Director Sergey Naryshkin of the Foreign Intelligence Service observed: “I find the Western rhetoric regarding the possibility of using nuclear weapons extremely worrisome...It is impermissible...That the current Kiev regime wishes to possess nuclear weapons humanity was able to see on several occasions, starting from the day when President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky spoke at a security conference in Munich...His ambitions to possess nuclear weapons were clear already then...The world should not let this happen”.
Though the Ministry of Defense (MoD) will not reveal the evidence Defense Minister Shoigu presented to the socialist Western colonial powers about the dirty bomb Ukraine is preparing, this report continues, Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin of the State Duma revealed that Kiev had “instructed its nuclear scientists to make a dirty bomb”, while its forces shell the critical infrastructure of the Zaporozhye and Kursk nuclear power plants, and declared: “Through financial and military aid to Zelensky’s regime, the US president and the heads of European countries are becoming the sponsors and accomplices in nuclear terrorism”—a declaration of terrorism that sees the socialist Western colonial powers forgetting that the world’s most feared Russian Alpha Special Forces in the past have used deadly fentanyl-based soporific gas to eliminate terrorists.
In preparation for Ukraine detonating its dirty bomb that will be blamed on Russia, this report details, for the first time in 80-years the United States Army deployed its “Screaming Eagles” 101st Airborne Division just miles away from Ukraine, whose commander proclaimed about them: “It’s not just about defending NATO territory...They're fully prepared to cross over into Ukrainian territory”—is a proclamation coming at the same time over 1.4 million Ukrainian households have lost electricity as Russian military forces continue to obliterate its entire heating and electrical infrastructure—as winter rapidly approaches, even Ukraine knows it can’t stop Russian military forces—and in response to the comical socialist Western colonial claims that Russia is running out of weapons, this morning Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev factually stated: “Reading enemy analytics, I have repeatedly come across statements that military equipment and weapons in demand in Russia will soon run out…Like everything has been spent…Do not hope…The production of weapons and special equipment is increasing many times in all directions: from tanks and guns to high-precision missiles and drones…Wait!”
While Russia isn’t lacking anything as it faces off against the godless socialist Western colonial powers, this report concludes, the United States has only 25-days left of its diesel fuel supply, after which its economy will be crippled—after Socialist Leader Biden and every warmongering official vowed they would never allow the Nord Stream pipelines to deliver cheap Russian gas to the European Union they laughably expressed surprise when it was blown up—according to the state-backed Danish Broadcasting Corporation, however: “The pipelines could be fixed within several month”—among those knowing the truth of what the socialist Biden Regime is really doing is famed Fox News host Mark Levin, who last night gravely warned: “America is being destroyed…If you want to destroy America, then you vote Democrat because the Democrat Party has been unmasked…Its policies and programs are delusional and destructive, and they are dismantling the most fabulous nation on earth right before your eyes”—and was a truthful warning joined by famed American investigative journalist Lee Smith, who pointed out the factual reality about the American leftist mainstream media establishment “The important point and I emphasize this every time I speak to people about this issue is this…We’re looking at something very different…It’s not that the press is lazy…It’s not that the press is ignorant…The press is the outward face of the national security apparatus right now”.
