A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin stating that the Western colonial powers failed attempts to destroy Russia from within forced Ukraine and its Western handlers to turn to terror measures, with him stating: “As they realise that this is impossible, they try to achieve a different objective instead – to split Russian society, to destroy Russia from within…But here, too, there is a hitch; this hasn’t worked either”, says he next pointed to the “irresponsible statements of the European Union representatives about the need to resolve the situation in Ukraine by military means”, then he revealed: “It should be noted of course that we know the names of all the Western handlers, of all members of Western services, primarily the CIA, who are working with Ukrainian security agencies”.
As the Western colonial powers maniacally push the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine ever closer to World War III, this report notes, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov revealed that Russia’s starting position is that atomic war should be unacceptable and Moscow successfully persuaded the United States and other nuclear powers to agree on that back in January—a revelation, however, Foreign Minister Lavrov joined with a warning that the risks of nuclear war are now “very significant”, with him stating: “I don't want them artificially inflated…There are many who would wish for it…The danger is serious, real…It cannot be underestimated”—then it saw Foreign Minister Lavrov comparing the current situation to the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, and him further warning: “In those years, there was a channel of communication that both leaders trusted...Right now, everyone is casting spells saying that a Third World War should not be allowed to break out, but there is no such channel...Nobody is trying to create it...Separate timid attempts made at an early stage did not give much result...In place of the implicit rules of that era, rules are a buzzword the United States and its allies use when they are required to behave nicely...They no longer insist on international law, but on respect for the rules-based world order, in which the rules are never explained in any way”.
In quick response to the warning issued by Foreign Minister Lavrov, this report details, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Wang Wenbin stated: “No one wants to see World War III...It is necessary to support the process of promoting peace talks between Russia and Ukraine...We hope that all parties concerned will show equanimity and prevent escalation”—a statement of peace that follows Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden declaring to the Western colonial powers: “You have two options…Start a Third World War, go to war with Russia, physically…Or two, make sure that the country that acts so contrary to international law ends up paying a price for having done it...Russia will pay a serious price for this short term and long term, particularly long term”—a declaration joined yesterday by United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin proclaiming that the main American goal in Ukraine is to make Russia too weak to fight another war—a proclamation quickly joined by the news that military spending of all nations combined set a new record in 2021, exceeding the $2 trillion mark for the first time ever, and it being noted: “Washington remained the absolute global leader, having lavished some $801 billion last year on the Pentagon”—and in noticing, it caused Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to the United States to factually state: “The United States wants to preserve the hotbed of instability in Europe, thereby uniting Western allies around itself in order to preserve American positions on the global arena...It is obvious that behind Washington’s actions an aspiration is hidden to prolong the Russian special operation by any means, trying to cause the utmost harm to Russia and to fight until the last Ukrainian...All of this makes one think that the Ukrainian conflict was intentionally provoked by the United States”.
Most fortunately for Russia in this present conflict against the Western colonial powers, this notes, is that none of its leaders have the education required of all top Kremlin officials and Russian military officers, who rigorously study Western military documents, the most applicable in this instance being the Modern War Institute at the West Point Military Academy document “On Strategic Unpredictability”, wherein it states: “Unpredictability plays an important role in every form of warfare…It emerges during any attempt to anticipate the future, an endeavor that often yields inaccurate results, sometimes wildly so”—in failing to “anticipate the unpredictability of warfare”, it saw the Western colonial powers imposing massive sanctions on Russia, the consequence of which today sees the Russian Ruble hitting a near 2-year high against Euro—is a Russian Ruble now backed by gold, about which American economic experts now saying: “The amounts, location, and disposition of Russian government gold reserves are secrets more sensitive than the amounts, location, and disposition of nuclear weapons...Why is it this way?...It's because gold is an even more powerful weapon than nukes -- an alternative currency that is not necessarily under any government's power; a determinant of the value of other currencies, interest rates, government bonds, and equities”—and in the just published American economic article “US Dollar Defaults On Petro Dollar And RU Banking Obligations”, sees it factually noting: “The US Dollar is not ‘backed by nothing’ as many claim, it’s actually backed by bombs – or in other words, US Military Superiority”, then revealing: “Petro Dollar Default – By sanctioning the world’s largest oil producer, Russia demanded payments for Oil in Rubles, making the new global go to Currency for Oil – Rubles…In parallel, Russia pegged the Ruble to Gold, making the Ruble backed by Oil and Gold…Most BRICs either followed suit or agreed to trade Oil in Yuan or Rubles…The Biden administration’s blocking US Oil production was not helpful, nor was the signaling by US leaders they will fight inflation with more inflation…China agreed to settle Oil in Rubles or Yuan for it’s thirsty manufacturing base, setting a strong non-US Dollar precedent”.
In another example of these Western colonial powers failing to “anticipate the unpredictability of warfare”, this report continues, their ban on Russian natural gas and oil supplies is continuingly met by those like Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt truthfully stating: “Europe cannot completely phase-out using natural gas in favor of greener energy sources”—and is also met by the factual realities documented in the just published article “Mysterious Adventures Of Russian Oil”, wherein it reveals: “The Western press, with some bewilderment , reports that the supply of Russian oil and oil products is confidently winning back the fall over the past month, while what is happening more and more resembles a fairy tale plot...The bottom line is that crude oil of Russian origin at a certain stage of transportation simply disappears in order to inexplicably reappear off the coast of Britain or America...There is no embargo against Russian oil, and it is not clear whether there will be, but the market preemptively got a magic wand, and thanks to it, strings of tankers disappear from maps and locators, and the necessary raw materials and fuel come to Europe and Asia...This is good, because the Russian treasury is filling up along the way”.
When Russia began the special operation on 24 February, this report notes, the Ukraine military had an estimated 18,300 tanks and armored vehicles of various types along with self-propelled artillery rocket projectors, of which today, Russian military forces have obliterated 6,366, which is one-third their total—an obliteration so complete Russian forces just captured one of Ukraine’s rarest T-64BM tanks that most rightly belongs in a museum—in response to the continuing Russian military obliteration of Ukrainian armored forces, NATO member Britain announced it will send Ukraine a small number of armored vehicles, NATO member Poland announced it was sending an unspecified number of tanks to Ukraine, and NATO member Germany announced it will decide soon on whether to approve the delivery of 100 Marder infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine—in factual reality, however, these are lunatic NATO announcements failing to “anticipate the unpredictability of warfare”, specifically because Ukraine doesn’t have an existing infrastructure of undamaged roads and intact bridges to transport any kind of armored vehicles on, thus leaving railways as the only means to transfer them—and is why the Ministry of Defense (MoD) reported this morning: “Russian troops have destroyed six traction substations, – units that power the railways – which are being used for delivery of foreign weapons and military hardware to the Ukrainian forces in the Donbass”.
Near immediately after these NATO lunatics effectively destroyed the Ukrainian railway system with their warmongering plans to keep this conflict ongoing, this report concludes, it saw enraged British Armed Forces Minister James Heappey dismissing warnings of nuclear war to declare: “Ukrainian forces may use British supplied weapons to attack targets on Russian soil”—a dangerous declaration quickly joined by Ukrainian Nikolaev Region Governor Vitaly Kim revealing on live television that he has created a secret force to execute in cold blood without trial anyone he suspects of being friendly to Russia—and in the latest urgent war bulletins issued by the MoD to eradicate these dangerous threats, sees the most notable of them being:
