A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin warning that millions of starving people will soon storm mainly European nations because Western politicians are prepared to sacrifice their citizens’ interests in order to “enjoy the good graces of their overseas master and overlord" the United States, and him stating: “People are urged to eat less, put on more clothes, and use less heating, give up on travel – presumably for the benefit of the people who are demanding this kind of voluntary deprivation as a sign of some abstract North Atlantic solidarity”, says quickly following this dire warning, it saw Polish Deputy Interior Minister Blazej Pobozy revealing his nation is already buckling under the costs of Ukrainian refugees, with him stating: “We calculate the costs at around a thousand euros per person for the first six months…At this moment, the needs which we reported to the European Commission have amounted to 2 billion 200 million euros...So far, Poland has not received any money for refugees from the European Commission”—and in response to this fast looming global catastrophe, this morning Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian most accurately stated: “As a product of the Cold War, NATO should have become history when the Soviet Union disintegrated”.
In a further response to the Western colonial “master and overlord” America, this report notes, this morning Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev called for Russia to abandon all food trade with the West—is a call to keep the West from being able to purchase any of Russia’s largest in the world wheat supplies, or any of its massive grain exports—sees this call coming at the same time the United Nations is warning that alarmingly high food prices in the Middle East have reached the “breaking point”, with them reporting: “People's resilience is at a breaking point…This crisis is creating shock waves in the food markets that touch every home in this region…No one is spared”—today it sees the National Farmers Union warning that Britain is “sleepwalking into a food security crisis”, with them stating: “Soaring energy and fertilizer costs have led to an unprecedented situation where growers margins have collapsed, forcing many to halt growing operations”—today sees it being reported that American farmers will plant 2 million more acres of soybeans and about 2 million fewer of corn, because soybeans require very little fertilizer versus corn—is a devastation of the American corn crop that will skyrocket the price of meat, as this is the major food supply for cattle and pigs—in quick response to this devastation, yesterday it saw the socialist Biden Regime easing agricultural sanctions on Russia to protect American farmers from fertilizer shortages—but in factually reality is an easing of these sanctions meaning nothing because Russia has already banned the export of all fertilizers, and yesterday introduced a quota of 1.5 million tonnes on exporting sunflower oil as of 15 April, as well as its putting a ban on exporting sunflower seeds and rapeseeds.
With the Russian presidential decree stipulating that all contracts for pipeline natural gas deliveries with companies registered in “unfriendly countries” be settled in Petro-Rubles taking full effect this morning, this report continues, President Putin further declared: “No one sells anything for nothing, and we too will not engage in charity…That is, existing contracts not paid for in rubles will be stopped”—a declaration now joined by top German energy expert Janis Kluge reporting this morning that Russia will have record revenues from natural gas sales this year, and him revealing: “The gas price on the spot markets has quintupled within the past year...That means Gazprom will have record revenues...Russia planned the national budget with a dollar-ruble exchange rate of 72, but now the ruble is around 85...If we multiply the oil price by the ruble exchange rate, it shows that Moscow expected revenues of around 4,500 rubles per barrel of oil, but is getting much more, around 7,000 rubles”.
In response to President Putin’s declaration for “unfriendly countries” to start paying for Russian natural gas in Petro-Rubles or be cut off, this report details, this morning it saw Austria energy giant OMV issuing the dire warning: “An embargo on Russian gas is impossible if we are not ready to accept the dire consequences...Some countries could do it, but for Austria it is not possible this year…Currently, gas storage facilities in Austria are only 13% full...From us there should be a clear rejection of any ideas about stopping the import of Russian gas or Russian oil”—a dire warning quickly followed by German multinational chemicals giant BASF warning: “If gas supplies were to be cut in half, the Ludwigshafen plant, the largest chemical site in the world, which employs almost 40,000 people, would have to shut down”—a warning followed by the Frankfurter Allgemeine pointing out that the chemicals industry cannot run without oil and gas, and without the sector the economy stops, as people are heavily reliant on it in their everyday lives, and them noting that petrochemical products account for 20% of clothing, 40% of cosmetic products and even 35% of aspirin, an essential in most families’ medicine cabinet.
In an America where its socialist indoctrinated citizens aren’t even aware that nearly everything made contains petrochemicals, and whose much minor uses of powers vehicles and heats homes, this report notes, yesterday it allowed Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden to dementedly advise Americans struggling with high energy costs to buy expensive electric vehicles and get some Chinese-made solar panels—demented socialist advice coming at the same time Socialist Leader Biden quietly ramped up the purchase of Russian oil over the past month by 43% to over 100,000 barrels a day—yesterday it saw Socialist Leader Biden signing a wartime powers act to release 180 million barrels from the national Strategic Petroleum Reserve in the next six months, that would be the biggest release in history and reduce the reserve to its lowest level since 1984—are strategic oil reserves actually designated for the national defense of the United States in times of war, and whose real truth about is documented in articles like “Exxon And Other Oil Giants Say The Crude They Bought From The U.S. Government’s Reserves Was Tainted With Poisonous Gas”, wherein it shockingly reveals: “In some cases, hydrogen sulfide levels were 250 times higher than government safety standards allow”—it saw Socialist Leader Biden signing this wartime order at the same time the United States Army revealed it would fall under 1 million soldiers for the first time in 20 years and the United States Air Force revealed it is now the smallest, oldest, and least ready it has ever been in its 75-year history—and beyond all belief, yesterday saw it being revealed that Socialist Leader Biden is preparing to divert doctors from the Department of Veterans Affairs to treat the massive inflow of illegal aliens expected at the southern border this spring and summer.
To fully understand what the socialist Biden Regime is doing, this report continues, all one needed to do yesterday was listen to US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, who openly declared that the Biden Regime is using the conflict in Ukraine to shove down the American peoples throat their socialist so-called clean energy programme—and for the grim future being planned for these unsuspecting Americans, yesterday it saw Socialist Leader Biden’s representative to the World Government Summit in Doha, economist Dr. Pippa Malmgren, beyond shockingly revealing: “We are on the brink of a dramatic change where we are about to, and I’ll say this boldly, we are about to abandon the traditional system of money and accounting and introduce a new one…And the new one; the new accounting is what we call blockchain… It means digital, it means having an almost perfect record of every single transaction that happens in the economy, which will give us far greater clarity over what’s going on”.
In a comical bid to prove how unpopular President Putin is, this report notes, the leftist New York Times paid the socialist polling firm Levada, which has been “declared a foreign agent” in Russia, to conduct a poll, but to whose credit did publish the results of: “Putin’s approval ratings have reached levels unseen in years, according to an independent poll released on Thursday...Eighty-three percent of Russians said they approved of Mr. Putin’s actions, up from 69 percent in January…Ratings of many other government institutions, as well as the governing party, have also gone up, the poll indicated”—and in response to the preposterous claims that President Putin is being misled by his military advisors, it saw top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov factually stating: “As it turns out, neither the State Department nor the Pentagon have the real information of what is going on in the Kremlin…They simply don’t understand President Putin, don’t understand the decision-making mechanism, and don’t understand the work we do”.
Among those who do understand President Putin and the “decision-making mechanism” of the Ministry of Defense (MoD), this report continues, is top Ukrainian presidential advisor Alexey Arestovich, who in lashing out at the leftist Western media propagandists claiming that Ukraine is winning this conflict angrily stated: “If you think that we do not suffer losses, then you are deeply mistaken…They have practically destroyed our military industry and in many ways are finishing it off…And in many ways they are finishing off the civilian one, deliberately destroying it”—a statement of truth followed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealing during an overnight speech that he has demoted two of his own generals, describing them as “traitors”, with him stating: “Today another decision was made…Regarding antiheroes…Now I do not have time to deal with all the traitors…But gradually they will all be punished...That is why the ex-chief of the Main Department of Internal Security of the Security Service of Ukraine Naumov Andriy Olehovych and the former head of the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region Kryvoruchko Serhiy Oleksandrovych are no longer generals”.
As to why President Zelenskyy fired these two traitorous generals, this report concludes, was due to them ordering a secret helicopter attack on an oil facility in the Belgorod Region of Russia—an attack immediately followed by German journalist Julian Röpcke posting the message: “The Ukrainian General Staff tells my colleague @fpiatov, it does “not have this information” that Ukrainian forces attacked an oil depot in Belgorod oblast, hinting that the attack could have been a Russian false flag operation to justify further brutal attacks on Ukraine”—was an attack on Russian territory President Zelenskyy already knows would result in the complete leveling of his capitol city Kiev, which is why he forbade such attacks—most interesting to note is that following this attack, the Wall Street Journal became the only Western media outlet in its reporting to truthfully reveal to the embarrassment of the Biden Regime and NATO: “Ukraine flew two Mi-8 transport helicopters on a mission to evacuate members of the Azov battalion...Using captured, shoulder-fired, U.S.-made Stinger antiaircraft weapons, members of the Donetsk People’s Republic downed one of the helicopters...The second aircraft also absorbed a missile strike and crashed a dozen miles from the coast”—and among whose other recently issued MoD urgent war bulletins include:
