Biden Shuns Putin’s New “Babies” Like He Does His Own Granddaughter

An intense new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin holding an extraordinary 1-hour and 35-minute meeting with Security Council Members yesterday [Click HERE to watch video—Click HERE to read English language translation], says this rare event was mandated after lawmakers in the State Duma backed a motion last week calling on the Kremlin to recognize the independence of the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk regions in eastern Ukraine—was a draft proposal addressed directly to the head of state President Putin approved by 351 lawmakers, while 16 legislators opposed the move and one abstained—during this meeting President Putin had an illuminating exchange with Director of Foreign Intelligence Sergey Naryshkin to make clear his decision, telling him “So yes or no?...Just say it”, to which Naryshkin replied: “Yes, I am supporting the suggestion about making Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics to make them part of the Russian federation”—in quick reply President Putin told Naryshkin: “That’s not what we are talking about…That’s not what we are discussing…We are talking about recognizing them as independent entities…Yes or no?”, to which Naryshkin replied: “Yes, I support the suggestion about recognizing their independence”—and after this clarification was made, President Putin said to Naryshkin: “Thank you…You can take your seat”.

The critical importance of this exchange between President Putin and Director Naryshkin, this report notes, was to make clear that these breakaway Ukrainian regions weren’t being incorporated into the Russian Federation, as this meeting only dealt with discussions if they should be recognized as independent nations—a recognition of independent nation status the Russian Federation granted to the State of Alania (that’s otherwise known as the Republic of South Ossetia) and the Republic of Abkhazia—are independent nations not recognized by the United States and its Western allies—but does see the United States recognizing the independent nations of the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of China (that’s otherwise known as Taiwan), neither of which are recognized as independent nations by the Russian Federation and the vast majority of United Nations member countries.

Immediately following this extraordinary meeting, this report continues, President Putin addressed the nation, in part saying: “We demanded that those who have seized and are retaining power in Kiev immediately halt all hostilities...Otherwise, the Ukrainian ruling regime will be wholly and entirely responsible for the possible continuation of the bloodshed...Russia has done everything to preserve Ukraine’s territorial integrity, even when fighting for the implementation of the Minsk Accords but in vain...I will explain, that the US strategic planning documents stipulate an option of the so-called preemptive strike on enemy’s missile systems...And we know who the main enemy for the US and NATO is...It is Russia...NATO documents officially and straightforwardly declare Russia as the main threat for Euro-Atlantic security...And Ukraine will serve as a foothold for such a strike...Russia has the full right to undertake retaliatory measures in order to ensure its own security...This is precisely how we will proceed”.

President Putin began the address, this report notes, by setting out his version of Ukrainian history and the former Soviet republic's ties to Russia: “Let me stress once again that Ukraine is not just a neighboring country for us…It is an integral part of our own history, culture, and spiritual world”—he emphasized that Ukrainians are “people Russians have blood and family ties with, as well as friends, neighbors and colleagues”—he then slammed Ukraine for “extreme nationalism”, “Nazism” and “Russophobia”, pointing to the shuttering of Russian-language news outlets, and laws he said discriminate against Russian speakers—saw him asserting: “Modern Ukraine was completely created by Russia, or to be more exact, by Bolshevik Communist Russia…Lenin and his supporters did it in a crude way, alienating Russia’s historical territories…Millions of people living there weren’t asked at all pointed out that since the fall of the USSR”—saw him factually stating that Kiev has turned its back on its role in the Soviet Union, toppling statues of leading Marxists—saw him declaring to Ukraine’s neo-Nazi government: “If you want de–communization, we are happy with that…But don’t stop halfway – we are ready to show what de–communization really looks like”—a declaration immediately followed by President Putin signing a decree recognizing the two self-declared breakaway Donbass republics in Ukraine’s east as sovereign nations, with him stating: “I deem it necessary to make a decision that should have been made a long time ago to immediately recognize the Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) People’s Republics”.

As soon as this decree was signed, this report continues, the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) mission in Donbass confirmed that Ukrainian militants violated international humanitarian law by shelling residential buildings in the region—based on this confirmation President Putin ordered the Russian military to “secure the peace” in the newly recognized Donetsk and Lugansk republics—an order quickly joined by the new republics in Donetsk and Lugansk ratifying the “Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation with the Russian Federation” decree signed by President Putin, that formally opens the door for them to receive military and financial support—quickly after which Russian lawmakers voted unanimously in favor of ratifying these agreements underpinning political cooperation and military support for the new republics of Donetsk and Lugansk—and when asked if these events affected plans for a meeting between Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, it saw Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stating: “Even in the most difficult times we said we were ready for a negotiating process...So, our position remains the same...We are ready for a negotiating process...We are always in favor of diplomacy”.

In quick vitriolic response to Russia’s recognition of the Donbass Republics independence that “sent a shockwave around the world”, this report details, the leftist Washington Post published the screed “This Is The Way The Postwar World Ends”, wherein it asserts: “This is the way the postwar world ends, and the post-Cold War world, too: not yet with a bang, and not with anything close to a whimper, but with a rant…In an extraordinary soliloquy viewed live around the world Monday, President Vladimir Putin of Russia attacked and delegitimized not just independent Ukraine and its government but all facets of the security architecture in Europe, declaring both to be creatures of a corrupt West — headed by the United States — that are unremittingly hostile toward Russia”—in factually reality, though, is a United States imposed “security architecture” that cares nothing at all about actual human beings, as the nations they live in are nothing but toys to be discarded when their usefulness ends—best exampled in this instance by the peoples of these new republics whose lives have been continually shattered for nearly 8-years since the Obama-Biden Regime overthrew their democratically elected Ukrainian government so they could install a neo-Nazi regime to use as a battering ram against Russia—whose ultimate fate if not liberated by the Russian Federation, would be the same as that now visited upon the peoples of Afghanistan—and as best documented today in the leftist New York Times article “If Joe Biden Doesn’t Change Course, This Will Be His Worst Failure”, wherein it beyond shockingly reveals the true end result of the “security architecture” imposed on the Western world by the United States: “The drought in Afghanistan is the worst in decades...Ninety-five percent of Afghans don’t have enough to eat...Nearly nine million are at risk of starvation...The U.N.’s emergency aid request, at more than $5 billion, is the largest it has ever made for a single country...“The current humanitarian crisis could kill far more Afghans than the past 20 years of war,” David Miliband, president of the International Rescue Committee, wrote recently...And we bear much of the blame...We have turned a crisis into a catastrophe”.

While lying leftist American war propagandists hyperventilate about Russia recognizing these breakaway republics and independent nations, this report notes, they fail to actually tell the truth that the media in Ukraine all reported this is exactly what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wanted to happen, specifically because he didn’t want to abide by the Minsk Agreement treaties his nation signed—while being used as a warmongering tool against Russia by the socialist Biden Regime, yesterday it saw Ukraine grimily reporting: “We see that irretrievable losses amount to two to three billion dollars a month...These are stopped investments, and additional inflation, losses in the tourism sector, and a reduction in air travel...There is also speculative pressure on financial markets, which blocks borrowing and puts pressure on the exchange rate”—most comically then it saw President Zelensky saying that the decision to recognize the Donetsk and Lugansk republics violated agreements negotiated in Minsk, that he never intended on implementing—quickly after which President Zelensky declared: “We believe there will be no war against Ukraine, and there will be no broad escalation on the part of the Russian Federation”—and saw this declaration swiftly followed by leftist New York Times war propagandists rushing out their article “The Comedian-Turned-President Is Seriously in Over His Head”, wherein it states: “Mr. Zelensky, the showman and performer, has been unmasked by reality, and it has revealed him to be dispiritingly mediocre...After his nearly three years in office, it’s clear what the problem is: Mr. Zelensky’s tendency to treat everything like a show…Gestures, for him, are more important than consequences…Strategic objectives are sacrificed for short-term benefits…The words he uses don’t matter, as long as they are entertaining…And when the reviews are bad, he stops listening and surrounds himself with fans”.

Along with having to deal with this unhinged “Comedian-Turned President”, this report concludes, Russia also has to deal with the actually insane socialist Biden Regime—insanity that displayed itself again yesterday, when newly appointed American Ambassador Amy Gutmann abandoned her post in Germany after just two days on the job—saw Socialist Leader Kamala Harris refusing to let Ambassador Gutmann fly back to the United States on Air Force Two, so she had to take a commercial flight—in response to Russia recognizing the independence of these Donbass regions, the White House published the document “FACT SHEET: Executive Order to Impose Costs for President Putin’s Action to Recognize So-Called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics”—a document followed by the leftist Politico article “As Putin Sends Troops Into Donbas, White House Avoids The ‘I’ Word”, wherein it reveals: “Deploying forces in eastern territories “would not itself be a new step,” a senior official says amid calls for stepped up sanctions...The official, who requested anonymity in order to discuss sensitive issues, wouldn’t call the move an invasion, however, saying “Russian troops moving into Donbas would not itself be a new step…Russia has had forces in the Donbas for the past eight years”...It’s an important distinction, as an invasion would trigger sanctions on Russia and imperil diplomatic meetings that were set on the condition that Russia not invade Ukraine”—a document that didn’t impress leftist fake news CNN war propagandist Jim Scioto, who after it was published posted the despairing message: “Is This Really It?”—is a despairing message contrasted against Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden praising Russia in 2008 and saying “The Cold War is over, it isn’t 1956”, but whom everyone knows today will shun these new baby nations and never acknowledge their existence—that isn’t at all surprising, because this is the same Biden that shuns and won’t recognize his own baby granddaughter, who’s the daughter of his crack addicted son Hunter and former stripper Lunden Roberts—and is worthy of notice, because its just been revealed that another one of Hunter Biden's former girlfriends named Zoe Kestan secretly testified this week before the grand jury criminally investigating the millions-of-dollars he stole from Ukraine.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
