A grimly foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top socialist Biden Regime official Secretary of State Antony Blinken declaring yesterday: “The United States will refuse all security concessions proposed by Russia”, says in response, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov addressed the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly, this morning telling lawmakers that Secretary Blinken had assured him during their talks on 21 January that such a response would be forthcoming by the end of the week in writing, saw him warning “Moscow won’t sit idly by and will take necessary measures if our security proposals are rejected”, after which he further warned: “Profound changes are taking place in the international arena, and the changes are not entirely positive, to put it mildly…The whole system is in disarray”.
In response to these warnings and the socialist Biden Regime threat to cut Russia off from the SWIFT international banking system, this report notes, Vice Speaker Nikolay Zhuravlev of the Federation Council issued the warning statement:: “If Russia is disconnected from SWIFT, then we will not receive foreign currency, but buyers, European countries in the first place, will not receive our goods - oil, gas, metals and other important components of their imports...Do they need it?...I am not sure”—today sees the European Union relying on Russia for almost two thirds of its crude oil imports, 41% of its natural gas supplies and 47% of its coal, whose cut off from would plunge them into cold and darkness while collapsing their economy—and likewise would collapse the economy of Ukraine whose main source of revenue is Russian gas transit fees.

Yesterday, this report notes, leftist war propagandists at the New York Times published the screed “Russia Steps Up Propaganda War Amid Tensions With Ukraine”, wherein they state: “American intelligence officials said Russia had produced a steady stream of disinformation about Ukraine since 2014”—but in factual reality, all Russia has had to do is tell the truth—truths like the world’s largest private intelligence service Stratfor (aka “The Shadow CIA”) having designated the socialist Obama-Biden Regime overthrow of the democratically elected government of Ukraine in 2014 as “The most blatant coup in history”—truths like former top President Ronald Reagan administration official Dr. Paul Craig Roberts having just honestly stated: “Russia did not invade Ukraine in 2014…Washington did when the US overthrew the democratically elected government and put in its place a US puppet state hostile to Russia…One of the main goals of Washington’s coup in Ukraine was to deprive Russia of her Black Sea naval base”—and are truths, most certainly, known by NATO member Croatia, whose President Zoran Milanovic just addressed his entire nation in an honest televised address truthfully telling them that the democratically elected government of Ukraine was overthrown in a coup in 2014, saw him stating that “Ukraine is still one of the most corrupt countries in the world stagnating economically”, saw him further stating: “The ongoing crisis has nothing to do with Ukraine or Russia, it is connected with the dynamics of the U.S. internal policy led by President Joe Biden and his administration”, then he declared to the peoples of Croatia: “We will have nothing to do with it and we won’t have anything to do with it, I guarantee you that...Not only will we not send the military, but if there is an escalation, we will recall every last Croatian military man from NATO...This has nothing to do with Ukraine or Russia, it has to do with the dynamics of American domestic politics”.

Over this past weekend, this report continues, top Ukrainian Lieutenant-General Alexander Pavlyuk warned that Russian tanks and troops could be just weeks away from rolling across the Ukraine border and sparking an all-out conflict in Europe, and revealed “20 February is the date that concerns us”—war hysteria not grounded in reality then breathlessly reported by leftist CNN propagandists, who labeled a prominent city in Ukraine “Russia” during its reporting—quick to follow it then saw the socialist Biden Regime ordering the immediate evacuation of its embassy in Ukraine before the fairy tale invasion begins—made up war hysteria that caused Ukrainian President Zelensky to hold a nationwide address to his citizens telling them that no such invasion exists—saw current and former Ukrainian senior officials, military and defense experts and businessmen saying they don’t expect a full military invasion anytime soon—saw one top Ukrainian official saying that Americans are safer in Kiev than in crime ridden hell-hole Los Angeles—saw the Wall Street Journal truthfully reporting that the peoples of Ukraine know this invasion hysteria is all made up—sees ordinary Ukraine soldiers saying about this fairy tale invasion “It looks like a political game”—and in factual reality is a Ukraine no one needs to invade because it’s destroying itself, as best exampled yesterday when thousands of business owners stormed their parliament in a violent insurrection and shots were fired during another demonstration taking place in their capitol city Kiev.
As to the very true, very real, very deadly and dangerously apocalyptic “political game” now taking place, this transcript sees Security Council Members noting that after Syria joined the Chinese global trade bloc Belt and Road project this past fortnight, and the Chinese sent over 4,000-tons of rice to Syria as humanitarian aid, the socialist Biden Regime retaliated by launching US airstrikes on a university in Syria—an American airstrike that ignited a mass ISIS prison break whose death toll now stands at over 120—today sees American troops furiously battling against ISIS forces in Syria—and the leftist New York Times is today grimly reporting: “ISIS is not over…Attacks in Syria and Iraq make clear that the militants have lost neither their will to fight nor their ability to do so”.
In response to this renewed ISIS threat in Syria that the Russian Federation declared a Holy War against, this transcript sees Security Council Members reviewing their 24 January meeting notes that document the massive Russian military buildup of warships and thousands of Marine Infantry forces and their armored equipment in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Syria—a massive Russian military buildup in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Syria that Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden responded to yesterday by placing over 8,500 American troops on combat alert, falsely claiming they have something to do with the fairy tale Russian invasion of Ukraine—a war move quickly countered by President Putin, who this morning placed the entire Caspian Flotilla’s marine corps on combat alert, and whose tens-of-thousands of highly trained combat troops belonging to the Southern Military District bordering the Middle East have Syria in their zone of responsibility, not Ukraine.

In the classified at the highest level “Of Special Importance” section of this transcript, it references President Putin having signed a decree this morning authorizing the “elimination” of United States Army General Stephen Townsend, the commander of the United States African Command (AFRICOM) overseeing combat operations in Syria—a decree whose contents of are too highly classified to be discussed openly among various ministries, but whose exact Russian words referenced in this transcript are “устранить различия”, whose exact meaning depends on the context in which these words are being used, that we don’t know, and could mean anything from “outright assassination” to “making odds even” or “eliminate differences”—though for past historical context about General Townsend, he nearly caused World War III to break out when ordered the mass killing of up to 200 Russian contractors in Syria, about which it is documented: “The same rogue Pentagon General Stephen J. Townsend, currently the commander of US AFRICOM and then the commander of Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) – Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) responsible for leading the war against the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq, was responsible for another reckless confrontation a year later that brought two global powers engaged in the Syrian conflict almost to the brink of full-scale war”.
The highly classified section of this transcript also strongly suggests that Socialist Leader Biden is terrified of General Townsend, as best exampled by someone in the Biden Regime leaking to the New York Times the top secret documents used in their just published bombshell shocking article “A Dam In Syria Was On A ‘No-Strike’ List. The U.S. Bombed It Anyway”, wherein it horrifyingly reveals General Townsend went rogue and ordered the bombing of a dam in Syria that if successful would have killed over 10,000 innocent Syrian men, women and children in their sleep—a dam that was on the US military’s “no-strike list” of protected civilian sites—when Russia presented the evidence of this grave crime against humanity, General Townsend called it “crazy reporting”—and within hours of this top secret information being leaked and published to exposed the crimes against humanity committed by General Townsend, it saw Socialist Leader Biden ordering the immediate deployment of a US Navy carrier task force to the Mediterranean Sea and placing it under the command of NATO, not General Townsend—a rapid and sudden war deployment quickly joined by Russian and Syrian fighters flying unprecedented joint patrols along Syria’s border with Israel.
In knowing how close to total war Russia and the United States are over Syria, the conclusion section of this transcript sees Security Council Members noting NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg rushing out this morning to declare NATO will not send combat troops to Ukraine—a declaration quickly joined by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who declared that no NATO member is prepared for any large-scale deployment to Ukraine—declarations coming at the same time top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned: “The Ukrainian authorities are concentrating a huge amount of forces and equipment on the border with the self-proclaimed republics on the line of contact…Indeed, the nature of this concentration points to preparations for offensive operations, and, indeed, there is such a threat now”—a threat immediately responded to by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing it has deployed a new electronic warfare battalion in the Belgorod Region, close to the border with Ukraine, which will reduce the time needed to obtain necessary information about military movements—quickly after which the MoD ordered its advanced nuclear armed stealth fighter aircraft bombers to immediately deploy to Belarus along the border with NATO—then it saw President Putin ordering the entire Black Sea Fleet to begin a rapid war deployment—all of which Socialist Leader Biden has now responded to with a direct threat to “target” President Putin and a threat to invade Belarus.
