A stunning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today sees this transcript showing Security Council Members authorizing the Federal Security Service (FSB) to publically release to state broadcaster RT a portion of a highly-classified surveillance video recorded this past spring showing an American intelligence operative removing an arrow pointer sign from a junction near the Ostashkov train station near the city of Tver that could have led to a catastrophic derailment causing hundreds of causalities—a surveillance video of this terrorist crime RT placed in their article “American Embassy Employee Accused Of STEALING Russian Train Station Sign & Endangering Lives Of Passengers”, wherein Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated: “The danger to which the American exposed the lives and safety of train passengers is not at all funny”.
This transcript sees Security Council Members expressing
astonishment at how ill trained this idiot American
intelligence operative was to not know that he was under constant FSB surveillance—though the consequence
for this terrorist crime saw the Foreign
Ministry expelling him from Russia, along with 9 other American “diplomats”—and was quickly followed by Russia
withdrawing from
the 1992
agreement Russia-US Memorandum of
Understanding on Open Ground that eased restrictions on diplomats
traveling around each other's countries.

in the Western Hemisphere, preventing a hostile power from establishing

With the Russian Federation possessing within its borders over 17-million square
kilometers (6.6 million square
miles) of the 55-million square kilometers
(21-million square miles) that
comprise the Eurasian landmass, Security Council Members note that by
default Russia has already achieved
hegemony over Eurasia—so with the United States having designated Russia as a “hostile actor” and its vowing to “prevent a hostile power from
establishing hegemony over the Eurasian landmass”, this breaking of the “red line” contained in the Primakov Doctrine places the Russian
Federation and the United States
on a direct path to total war.
While on this direct path to total
war, though, this transcript sees Security
Council Members observing that before socialist leader Biden confronts Russia
with military force he must first secure the Western Hemisphere, most particularly his own country the United States—an America where this past week it saw Biden
and his godless socialist forces declaring God to be “The Ultimate White Supremacist”—that was quickly followed by the stunning revelation that President Donald Trump commands a
secretive army of at least 32-million heavily armed devout Christian followers

with respect!...If people want to create their own state they are welcome to!”.
