Mysterious Cyber Attack That Hit

An “urgent
action” bulletin released in the Kremlin today by the Foreign Intelligence
Service (SVR) is reporting that the massive and
mysterious cyber attack that struck Washington D.C. yesterday originated from a
location named the Original Headquarters Building (OHB)
that is under the direct “command and
control” of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and whose “digital track” was “ricocheted/bounced”
off of a Federation controlled border gateway protocol (BGP) router
this American intelligence agency didn’t know was created specifically to “unmask/uncover” such “actions/intrusions” into Russian cyberspace. [Note: Some words
and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language
approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this bulletin, the SVR has
created and monitors many internet devices called routers whose BGP traffic is
“spoofed/faked” to make them appear
that they are transferring secure Federation intelligence and/or military
digital communications—but are, in fact, designed as a “first barrier” defense against foreign state actors seeking to harm
Russia.
Yesterday afternoon (Moscow time GMT +3),
this bulletin notes, one of these SVR “spoofing”
routers began to receive “mid-level”
denial-of-service (DoS attack)
digital traffic from the CIA’s OHB in Washington D.C.—which Federation cyber
experts state is not an uncommon occurrence.
With this particular DoS attack though, this
bulletin continues, a number of “strange/mysterious”
exceptions were noted—most oddly being that this CIA generated cyber attack was
being made against itself as the digital traffic incoming to the SVR’s “spoofing” router was then redirected
back to the CIA’s OHB, and most worrisome was a still unexplained computer code
buried into this “digital stream”
that the DoS attack was “masking/hiding”.
During the time the CIA was conducting their
DoS attack against this SVR “spoofing”
router, this bulletin states, reports began to be received by Federation
intelligence experts that

D.C. based Cable-Satellite Public
Affairs Network (C-Span) being
attacked when its live feed of the US House of Representatives was mysteriously replaced
for 10-minutes by a feed from RT (Russia Today) after a Congresswoman said the
word “Russia”.

D.C. US Senate hearing on the confirmation of President-elect Donald Trump’s
selection to head the CIA being attacked when the entire room had
its electricity mysteriously cut off when the subject matter turned to “Russia”.
Most gravely concerning about
this CIA-directed cyber attack against its own nation, this bulletin warns, is
its coming in the midst of the
war that broken out between President-elect Trump and the American “Deep State” many SVR intelligence
have warned will lead to the CIA’s assassination of Trump, its being blamed on
Russia, and the outbreak of total war—and that we had detailed in our report

Though many respected American reporters are
warning their nations citizens that “the CIA isn’t to be
trusted” and that “the
CIA is
a sick agency and it’s time for heads to roll” as their war against
President-elect Trump increases in ferocity, this bulletin notes, President
Putin isn’t under such illusions to this US spy agencies destructive hidden
power—thus causing him to put on full combat duty Federation air defenses in Crimea and in Western Siberia—and that with the
air defences yesterday for Moscow and the central industrial region of Russia
being, likewise, put on full
combat duty too, means, in essence, the Federation is now prepared for
all-out war with the United States.
This bulletin concludes by noting that the
explosions being reported in French Riviera city of Marseille are yet
another example of the fears the West is living under due to radical Islamic terrorists,
but in America right now no one would notice because the CIA and its mainstream
“fake news” propaganda media allies
have convinced these once sensible people that Russia is ready to kill them
all—and has even lead to the leftist communistic icon and Obama-Clinton
supporter Rosie
O’Donnell to cry for
martial law to be imposed and Trump kept from being president before they’re
all doomed.
