Russian Oligarch Wants Mueller To Pay Back $25 Million He Gave Him After “Testimony Tantrum” Ends
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
A very intriguing new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting that, a few hours from now, Special Counsel Robert Mueller will be the star performer in a socialist Democrat Party staged “testimony tantrum” television spectacle said to be the movie adaptation for those Americans who somehow missed the “Russiagate” book, states that least amused by what is now occurring with Mueller is multi-billionaire Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska—the 597th richest person in the world who, in 2009, gave then FBI Director Mueller a little under $25 million to conduct a secret negotiation with Iran to free a captured CIA-FBI agent he couldn’t get his own US government to pay for—but upon Deripaska discovering that top Mueller prosecutor Andrew Weissmann has signed a book deal, and Mueller himself is now eying a book deal worth at least $10 million, now sees him wanting his money paid back. According to this report, on 9 March 2007, acknowledged FBI and DEA agent, and highly suspected to be CIA operative, Robert Levinson mysteriously disappeared in Iran while conducting what US authorities claimed was an investigation into cigarette smuggling—but whom Russian intelligence sources confirmed was on a “rogue mission” for the CIA—and whose capture led to a major shakeup in the CIA, especially due to his capture having damaged ties between intelligence analysts and operations specialists within the CIA.
So fearful, in fact, was the US about any information about Robert Levinson and his true mission being discovered, this report notes, and for the first time in American history, the United States outright refused to enter into any negotiations for his release—meaning, in essence, that Levinson had been disavowed by the entire United States government he had served for over 30 years.

Being a highly decorated US Marine combat officer during the Vietnam War, this report continues, then FBI Director Mueller couldn’t find himself able to abandon the “leave no man behind” motto of the Marines—thus causing him to deliberately violate a US federal law known as the Antideficiency Act that prohibits federal agencies from accepting voluntary services—which Mueller ignored by his pleading with Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska to spend over $25 million of his personal monies to pay for Levinson’s release—money in addition to Deripaska dispatching his own private jet to Iran to pick up and return to US custody Levinson upon his release—but was all scuttled by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton when she refused Iran’s request to issue a statement absolving the Iranian government of any responsibility for Levinson’s spying actions and capture—thus causing Deripaska to order his private jet back to Moscow—and left Levinson to disappear forever, along with Deripaska’s millions.
As fate has willed it though, this report concludes, the paths of Oleg Deripaska and Robert Mueller crossed once again in early 2017—and was when Special Counsel Mueller sent his FBI investigators to ask Deripaska what he knew about Donald Trump and/or his former campaign manager Paul Manafort colluding with Russia during the 2016 US Presidential Election—a question so preposterous, Deripaska initially thought they were joking—but when discovering they were serious, saw him break out in laughter and scoff at them for even believing such nonsense—none of which, of course, and as always, the American people will be told about today when Mueller testifies—but about which, most certainly, President Trump will more than make sure they all know before they reelect him in 2020.
