CIA Spy Takes Over Deadly Egyptian Protests

Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR)
reports circulating in the Kremlin today state that Egyptian President Hosni
Mubarak has agreed to allow the United States Central Intelligence Agency’s top
spy to take over his countries military and police forces in order to stamp out

To understand how feared Wisner II is among Russian Intelligence services one has to know that his father, Frank G. Wisner I (1909-1965), was head of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) operations in southeastern Europe at the end of World War II, and the head of the Directorate of Plans [now known as the National Clandestine Service (NCS)] of the Central Intelligence Agency during the 1950s.
Even more crucial to understand
about Wisner I was that prior to joining the CIA he headed the Office of Policy
Coordination (OPC)
which was a
In 1947 Wisner I established Operation Mockingbird,
a program to influence the domestic and foreign media. In 1952, he became head
of the Directorate of Plans, with Richard Helms (1913-2002)
as his chief of operations. This office had control of 75% of the CIA budget.
In this position, Wisner I
engineered the toppling of the Iranian Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh
(1882-1967) in 1953 to instill a dictator, and ousted Guatemala President Jacobo Arbenz
Guzmán (1913-1971) in a 1954 CIA-backed coup to put in place a military
junta.
The much feared leader of the US
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), J. Edgar Hoover, became
jealous of Wisner’s growing power and described the OPC as “Wisner's gang of weirdo’s” and began carrying out investigations
into their past.
It did not take
Wisner I, also, worked closely with Kim Philby (1912-1988), the
British agent who was eventually unmasked as a Soviet spy.
These SVR reports further link
Wisner I with the 1963 CIA-engineered coup against President John F. Kennedy
(1917-1963), and which cost him his life when in 1965 he attempted to “revise” his testimony before The
President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy (known
unofficially as the Warren
Commission).
On October 29, 1965, however, and
prior to his being able to be interviewed again by the Warren Commission, these
SVR reports state that Wisner I was assassinated in his own home by his own
son, Wisner II with a shotgun blast to the head.
Wisner II, who by late 1965, these
SVR reports say, was already a seasoned CIA covert agent, was ordered to
assassinate his own father, but whose death was labeled a suicide by his
use of his son’s shotgun.
Wisner II, in carrying on his
fathers “tradition”, these reports
continue, engineered the 1981 assassination of Egyptian President Muhammad Anwar El Sadat
(1918-1981) thus successfully installing the CIA controlled Mubarak as
president-for-life over Egypt. Even worse for the Egyptian people was Wisner
II’s first “order” for Mubarak to
make another of the CIA’s Egyptian agents, General
Omar Suleiman [photo 3rd

his vice president.
The next actions taken against the
Egyptian people by their new defacto leader Wisner II have been both brutal and
predictable as mobs of what are described as government
thugs descended yesterday upon thousands of peaceful protesters, and with
the death toll in this revolution estimated
to be over 300, and just like the 1953 Wisner I-backed overthrow of Iran,
Egypt’s Army has “stepped
in” to restore calm and order.
To the eventual outcome of these events
it is not in our knowing, other than to point out the obvious fact, that when
the CIA moves in, thousands of innocent human beings will lose their lives so
that the dictators and tyrants supported and propped up by the
