Top Trump Official Explains Mueller Report To Putin—Reveals It To Be Roadmap To Prosecute Hillary Clinton
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
A truly mind-blowing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Donald Trump rushed his top aide Fiona Hill to Moscow (who is the Special Assistant to the US President and Senior Director for European and Russian Affairs) where she personally gave an in-depth briefing to President Putin last evening about a 448-page legal report titled Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference In The 2016 Presidential Election—the most critical parts of Hill explained are contained on pages 186-191 that lay out a roadmap to prosecute Hillary Clinton for campaign-finance crimes for her colluding with foreigners to affect the outcome of the 2016 US Presidential Election—and prior to whose briefing, saw Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov speaking for Putin and stating “all the reports on the matter that have been released so far contain nothing but cursory statements, we have more interesting and important things to do”—a sentiment shared a few hours later by Trump who Tweeted out to the world “Game Over”. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
According to this report, Fiona Hill is a well known and highly respected American intelligence officer who served in the Bush, Obama and now Trump administrations—and whose numerous interactions with President Putin over the years, along with her expert Russian language skills, made her uniquely qualified to explain to top Kremlin officials the full import of what the Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigation was really all about—that began over two years ago with President Trump reacting to it by fearfully exclaiming “this is the end of my presidency, I’m fucked”—and was a normal reaction one would expect of someone knowing they’d been set up.
The conspiracy to set up Trump and “fuck” his presidency, this report explains, was masterminded by Hillary Clinton—who secretly paid millions-of-dollars to a political opposition firm named Fusion GPS to collude with British intelligence officials and “certain” dissident Russian nationals to create a fictional document alleging that Trump conspired with Russia to win his election victory against her—the most sordid claim of which stated Russia had video tapes of Trump peeing on a bed, that this new Mueller Report proved was an outright lie—but was used anyway by the Obama Regime to obtain a spying warrant on Trump campaign aide Carter Page—and that this new Muller Report firmly states all of the allegations made against Page by the Obama Regime to obtain their spying warrant were false.
The most critical date Fiona Hill directed President Putin’s attention towards while reviewing the Mueller Report, this report details, was 9 June 2016—the date of which saw only Hillary Clinton and her Democratic National Committee knowing that their emails had been stolen, as they hadn’t reported this theft to the FBI—and was, also, the date when Russian citizen Natalya Veselnitskaya visited Trump Tower in New York City to meet with Donald Trump Jr. and other Trump campaign officials under the made up guise of being able to provide “dirt” on Clinton.
Left unanswered about the activities of Natalya Veselnitskaya in meeting with Trump campaign officials on 9 June 2016, though, this report notes, is who in the Obama Regime granted her a special Homeland Security visa to enter the United States in the first place, as she had previously been banned from entering the United States—and why, both before and after her meeting with Trump campaign officials, she secretly met with top Fusion GPS and Democrat Party officials.
In her further explaining to President Putin how important the 9 June 2016 meeting in Trump Tower was, this report says, Fiona Hill emphasized the monumental importance of pages 186-191 of the Mueller Report—wherein Special Counsel Mueller lays blameless Donald Trump Jr. for meeting with Natalya Veselnitskaya, as nothing of value to the Trump campaign was either exchanged or discussed—but that cannot be said about Hillary Clinton, who conspired with numerous foreign nationals to set up Trump—and whose roadmap to prosecution Mueller laid out by his stating:
A threshold legal question is whether providing to a campaign “documents and information” of the type involved here would constitute a prohibited campaign contribution.
The foreign contribution ban is not limited to contributions of money.
The phrases “thing of value” and “anything of value” are broad and inclusive enough to encompass at least some form of valuable information.
These authorities would support the view that candidate-related opposition research given to a campaign for the purpose of influencing an election could constitute a contribution to which the foreign-source ban could apply.
A campaign can be assisted not only by the provision of funds, but also by the provision of derogatory information about an opponent.
Political campaigns frequently conduct and apply for opposition research.
A foreign entity that engaged in such research and provided resulting information to a campaign could exert a greater effect on an election, and a greater tendency to ingratiate the donor to the candidate, than a gift of money or tangible things of value.
At the same time, no judicial decision has treated the voluntary provision of uncompensated opposition research or similar information as a thing of value that could amount to a contribution under campaign-finance law.
Such an interpretation could have implications beyond the foreign-source ban, see 52 U.S.C. 30116(6e) (imposing monetary limits on campaign contributions), and raise First Amendment questions.
Those questions could be especially difficult where the information consisted simply of the recounting of historically accurate facts. It is uncertain how courts would resolve those issues.
Accordingly, taking into account the high burden to establish a culpable mental state in a campaign-finance prosecution and the difficulty in establishing the required valuation, the Office decided not to pursue criminal campaign-finance charges against Trump Jr., or other campaign officials for the events culminating in the June 9 meeting.
Most critical to note about Special Counsel Mueller’s legal reasoning and ruling not to charge Donald Trump Jr. for meeting with Natalya Veselnitskaya on 9 June 2016, this report continues, was Fiona Hill explaining to President Putin that it in no way whatsoever applied to Hillary Clinton—as unlike Trump Jr., she had actually paid millions-of-dollars to blatantly conspire with foreign nationals to affect the outcome of the 2016 US Presidential Election—and is why, as outlined on pages 189-191 of the Mueller Report [not viewable to the American people], Special Counsel Mueller turned over the criminal case against Hillary Clinton to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) this past January-2019—whose first act was to criminally charge Natalya Veselnitskaya with obstruction of justice—who today remains a wanted fugitive from US justice as Russia has no extradition treaty with the United States—and whose further 14 other criminal indictments are yet to be revealed.
With Natalya Veselnitskaya being the first of these anti-Trump conspirators to fall, this report concludes, it’s important to note that while the “Russiagate Monster” created by Hillary Clinton has now been decisively killed, gutted with truth and buried, out of its grave has risen the “Obstruction Monster” to take its place—a vile fictional creature being fed by the bloodlust of all of Trump’s enemies in their hopes it can bring him down—but with none of whom, as of yet, bothering to notice how insanely foolish they look in trying to explain to the American people how Trump could have possibly obstructed a crime he never committed in the first place or was charged with—and whose actions, while he was being unceasingly attacked by the now vanquished “Russiagate Monster”, Special Counsel Mueller himself described Trump a man acting in desperation—but who had wisely and admirably surrounded himself with people who held him back from his own worst impulses—with no one ever being able to fully imagine the fear and horror he and his family faced while being persecuted with what will go down in history as the greatest hoax to ever have been perpetrated upon the American people in their entire history—everyone, that is, except for God—who protects those who honor him, even against the greatest monsters their enemies can throw against them.
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
