Hurricane Ike To Completely Destroy United States, Says Putin

Prime Minister Putin, in a sharply worded draft speech he is preparing for an address to the State Duma, is stating that the catastrophic hurricane Ike that is currently assaulting the United States will ‘completely destroy’ the American Nation as it has no reserves and no ability borrow on the International markets the money needed to cover the estimated $1 trillion in insured losses expected from this horrific storm.

It is interesting to note that in the ‘tone’ of Putin’s draft speech he is continuing to shift the blame from the catastrophic events occurring in the United States from President Bush to those who reside in power behind him, and as he had stated earlier to reporters in Sochi, and as reported by Britain’s Telegraph News Service, “[Putin] suggested that the US President was not in charge of American affairs, saying that it was “the court that makes the king”.

This is especially interesting to note when viewed in the light of our August 28^th report, “US-Russia Begin Catastrophic End Time War On World”, wherein we warned the American people of the devastating consequences of the use of the new weapons of this World War able to inflict massive damage through both hurricanes and earthquakes.

Russia has, also, been previously accused by the Americans of utilizing their Hurricane Gun against the United States, and which laid waste to the American city of New Orleans by the directing and intensification of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

But, with this new strike against the vital US oil and chemical industries, located along the Texas Gulf Coast, the crippling of fuel supplies to their citizens is all but assured, and new reports from there are showing that along with rising petrol prices shortages are also being reported.

Being kept from the American people by their propaganda media organs is exactly how close our World is to Total War over the United States attempts to rule the World, and with President Medvedev joining Putin in declaring that the US backed invasion of the Russian territory of South Ossetia was “Russia’s 9/11”, and “will be responded to”, the danger of nuclear exchanges between the US and Russia, and/or their surrogates, could be just weeks away.

Pakistan has already requested, and received, assurances from both Russia and China to remain neutral should that Islamic Nation resort to using their nuclear arsenal against the continued American assaults upon their people, and action which was approved by President Bush in what the US NPR News Service reports was Bush’s order to “kill or capture” Osama bin Laden by November 4^th, but which Pakistan’s Army has been ordered to defend against.

It is important to note that the United States European allies have split with the Americans and notified Pakistan that its NATO forces have been ordered not to cooperate in any attacks upon the Pakistani Nation or its people.

The death spiral of the United States has now affected South America too, as President Chavez of Venezuela has reported that the Americans have ‘reactivated’ their plans to assassinate him, and to which Chavez promptly expelled the American Ambassador, and which followed Bolivian President Morales’s expelling of the American Ambassador to his Nation for ‘inciting violent protests’ in Bolivia.

Putin was quick to join the defense of South America against this new US aggression by ordering Russian strategic bombers to Venezuela, and to which Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has correctly stated what the Americans real agenda is in their attempts to expand their Global War, and as we can read as reported by the Latin American News Agency:

““I am worried about the US 4th Fleet, because it is going to go exactly where we have just found oil,” Lula told Argentinean journalists reporting on President Cristina Fernandez´visito to Brazil.

Lula said he does not understand why the US government is sending its 4th Fleet on a medical aid mission, when neither Brazil nor any Latin American government have asked for such help.”

Further to be noted is that Putin’s describing the United States as being ‘completely destroyed’ by the economic consequences of Hurricane Ike is occurring more rapidly than the American people are being allowed to know.

And, with the giant US investment bank Lehman Brothers, and who have survived 158 years of ups and downs to the US economy, becoming the latest American financial institution to near collapse, and with the largest US savings bank Washington Mutual also embroiled in this American ‘financial earthquake’, the United States Federal Reserve called an unprecedented emergency meeting yesterday on Wall Street, and as we can read as reported by the New York Times News Service:

“As Lehman Brothers teetered Friday evening, Federal Reserve officials summoned the heads of major Wall Street firms to a meeting in lower Manhattan and insisted they rescue of the stricken investment bank and develop plans to stabilize the financial markets.

Timothy F. Geithner, the president of the New York Federal Reserve, called a 6 p.m. meeting so that bank officials could review their financial exposures to Lehman Brothers and work out contingency plans over the possibility that the government would need to orchestrate an orderly liquidation of the firm on Monday, according to people briefed on the meeting.

Flanked by Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson Jr. and Christopher Cox, the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, he gathered the executives in person to impress on them the need to work together to resolve the current crisis.”

To the enormous damage being inflicted on the American economy as a result of the American governments continued bailouts of now worthless banks we can read as reported by the CNBC News Service in their report titled “Bailouts Will Push US into Depression”, and which says:

“The end result of the global economic slowdown may be the U.S. announcing national bankruptcy as the government cannot afford the bailouts that it promised and the market will not bail out the government, Martin Hennecke, senior manager of private clients at Tyche, told CNBC on Thursday.

"We expect a depression in the United States. We expect a depression, very possibly, also in Europe," Hennecke said on "Worldwide Exchange." The estimated $300 billion cost of the Fannie/Freddie bailout will probably be considered as a loss that the government will have to take, therefore passing it on to taxpayers, he explained.

"We already have $3 trillion of debt, as far as the U.S. government is concerned. These debt figures across the U.S. economy are rising very sharply." When the government can no longer pass the United States' "immense debt" on to taxpayers, it will turn to the holders of U.S. dollars, leading to the eventual downfall of the currency, Hennecke said.”

The most tragic consequences, however, of all of these events remains the American peoples continued state of denial as to the forces within their own Nation which have authored their own citizens destruction in order to repossess from these people what was once the most admired country in the World in order to put into the hands of their Fascist corporate masters an entire Nation of economic slaves left with virtually nothing but the clothes on their backs.

Es interesante señalar que en el 'tono' del borrador del discurso de Putin,

el continúa trasladando la culpa de los catastróficos eventos que están

desarrollándose en los Estados Unidos, del Presidente Putin a aquellos que

residen en el poder detrás de él, como lo declaró anteriormente a reporteros

en Sochi y como lo informa el diario Británico Telegraph News, "[Putin]

Pakistán ya ha solicitado y recibido, seguridades tanto de Rusia como de

China de seguir neutrales si es que el país Islámico recurre al uso de su

arsenal nuclear contra los continuos ataques Estadounidenses sobre su

pueblo, y la acción que fue aprobada por el Presidente Bush en lo que los

reportes de los servicios noticiosos de los Estados Unidos, NPR, describe

como una orden del mismo Bush para 'matar o capturar' a Osama bin Laden a

más tardar el 4 de noviembre, contra lo que el ejército Pakistaní ha

recibido órdenes de defenderse.

Es importante señalar que los aliados Europeos de los Estados Unidos han

roto con los Estadounidenses y han notificado a Pakistán que sus fuerzas de

la OTAN han recibido órdenes de no cooperar con ningún ataque sobre el país

y el pueblo Pakistaníes.

La espiral de muerte de los Estados Unidos ya ha afectado a Sudamérica

también pues el Presidente Chávez de Venezuela ha informado que los

Estadounidenses han 'reactivado' sus planes de asesinarlo ante lo que Chávez

rápidamente expulsó al Embajador Estadounidense, lo que fue seguido por la

expulsión del Embajador Estadounidense por parte del Presidente Boliviano

Morales por 'incitar a la violencia' en Bolivia.

Putin fue rápido para unirse a Sudamérica contra esta nueva agresión

Estadounidense al ordenar a bombarderos estratégicos Rusos dirigirse a

Venezuela ante lo que el Presidente Brasileño Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva ha

declarado correctamente que la verdadera agenda de los Estados Unidos son

sus intentos de extender su Guerra Global como lo informa el servicio

acabamos de encontrar petróleo" dijo Lula a periodistas Argentinos que

está siendo 'destruido por completo' por las consecuencias económicas del

Huracán Ike que están ocurriendo más rápido de lo que al pueblo

Estadounidense se le está permitiendo conocer.

Y, con el gigantesco banco de inversiones Lehman Brothers, y que ha

sobrevivido 158 años de altas y bajas de la economía Estadounidense,

convirtiéndose en la institución financiera Estadounidense más reciente al

borde del colapso, y con el Washington Mutual, el banco de ahorros más

grande, también embrollado en este 'terremoto financiero' de los Estados

Unidos, la Reserva Federal convocó a una junta de emergencia sin precedentes

ayer en Wall Street y como lo podemos leer en el New York Times:

"Conforme Lehman Brothers se tambaleaba la noche del viernes, los

funcionarios de la Reserva Federal convocaron a los jefes de las firmas más
