Balkanization Of United States Begins As Hawaii Set To Break Away From Union, Putin Warns Of Full Scale Counterattack

Russian Intelligence Analysts are reporting today the United States Military Leaders plan for the breaking up of their Nation has begun with their Senate approving of the plans to break away their Pacific Ocean State of Hawaii, and as we can read as reported by the Washington Times News Service in their article titled "Senate to consider letting Hawaiians pursue sovereignty", and which says:

"Hawaii Sen. Daniel K. Akaka thinks Hawaiians should be allowed to govern themselves as Native Americans and Alaskans do, and after seven years of pushing a bill to start the process, the Senate is expected to take it up this week.

Mr. Akaka says the bill is a way to give "indigenous" Hawaiians a sense of pride and a chance for sovereignty for the first time since 1893, when Queen Liliuokalani was deposed and lands were illegally seized by U.S. Marines and a cadre of sugar-plantation businessmen.

"For the first time, if it passes, Hawaiians will have parity and be able to form a government entity to address their concerns, since the overthrow," Mr. Akaka said."

The ‘disturbing logic’ of this new plan by the Military Leaders of the United States, according to these reports, is that if allowed to leave the United States because its territory was ‘seized illegally’, other vast portions of the United States would likewise have the same claim as Hawaii, and more specifically the South Western Portions of America which is presently seeing an unprecedented migration of Mexicans intent on re-claiming this area for Mexico.

Not being understood by the Americans themselves is that the plan for their eventual breakup has been long in coming, and with the International precedents being put into place at the United Nations using the fragmented parts of the former Yugoslavia as ‘test cases’.

To the American people their countries unprovoked war upon Yugoslavia was for the saving of lives among various ethnic groups at war with each other. But to the true facts were that these ethnic conflicts were all started by the United States itself for the purpose of experimenting in the best uses of military force, propaganda and UN actions in how best to accomplish fracturing a nation down among ethnic lines for the purposes of greater control and ultimate subservience to their Empire.

The last phase of these American machinations is currently being played out in the United Nations, and where the Serbian Nations province of Kosovo, and which was promised by the United States upon their invasion of that country would forever be a part of Serbia, is seeking independence, and as we can read as reported by Russia’s RIA Novosti News Service in their article titled "Kosovo decision to set precedent", and which says:

"A decision on the status of the Serbian province of Kosovo will set a precedent in Europe, Russia's official representative at the Council of Europe said Thursday. Alexander Orlov said the decision on granting it independence "could become universal for the rest of Europe."

Kosovo has been under the administration of the UN since 1999 but it is widely assumed the Albanian-majority population will be granted independence from Serbia, which should mark the final carving up of the old Yugoslavia following Montenegro's May 21 vote to secede from Serbia. Orlov said this could set an example for decision-making on the status of other provinces, including Transdnestr, a breakaway region in Moldova, and South Ossetia and Abkhazia, self-proclaimed republics in Georgia.

Orlov said the United Nations was playing the key role in talks on the status of Kosovo but added that the Council of Europe could help the province determine its constitutional system, control the observation of human rights and the rights of ethnic minorities. Russia has consistently advocated the rights of Serbs living in Kosovo, many of whom have been driven out of the province, and highlighted the plight of the Orthodox Church, whose buildings have often been attacked."

Not just to their own Nation and Yugoslavia, but also to Iraq have these plans by the United States Military Leaders been carried out, even to the point where because of the deliberate planning of the American Generals the once sovereign nation of Iraq is now in effect 3 separate and distinct countries, and which we can see evidenced by the Kurdish Media News Service in their article titled "Breaking up Iraq - Divide and heal", and which says:

"Despite the imminent formation of a government of national unity, Iraq is splintering into its three historic provinces. The break-up can be managed, but it cannot be avoided. The western powers and Iraqi nationalists must now accept that radical federalism is the only alternative to civil war. The partitioning, or rather radical decentralisation, of Iraq is under way. This should not necessarily be seen as a problem."

Where the people of the United States have seen no problem with their Nation having destroyed two countries, Yugoslavia and Iraq, within the past decade it remains to be seen how they will react to the tearing apart of their own Homeland when their Mexican nationals cry for freedom for their own lands illegally seized by the United States in the 19^th Century.

Sadly however these reports state that the vast majority of these Americans are not even aware of how powerful, and for how long, the forces for breaking apart their Nation are, and as we can see evidenced by a 2002 American article titled "Is Mexico Reconquering U.S. southwest?", and which says:

"A radical Hispanic movement's dream to retake the southwestern United States is becoming a reality with the aid of Mexican and U.S. policies, according to some immigration watchers. A massive influx of illegal immigrants is "importing poverty" and growing an ethnic community with greater loyalty to Mexico than the U.S., maintains Glenn Spencer, president of Voices of Citizens Together a California-based non-profit group.

"Unless this is shut down within two years, I believe that it will be irreversible, and that it will most certainly lead to a breakup of the United States," Spencer told WorldNetDaily. "I don't think there is any doubt about it." A breakaway of U.S. states is a distinct possibility, according to prominent Chicano activist and University of California at Riverside professor Armando Navarro. In an interview with WorldNetDaily, Navarro would not answer directly whether he shared separatist aspirations, but said that if demographic and social trends continue, secession is inevitable.

"If in 50 years most of our people are subordinated, powerless, exploited and impoverished, then I will say to you that there are all kinds of possibilities for movements to develop like the ones that we've witnessed in the last few years all over the world, from Yugoslavia to Chechnya," Navarro said. "A secessionist movement is not something that you can put away and say it is never going to happen in the United States," he continued. "Time and history change."

In a 1995 speech to Chicano activists, Navarro said demographic trends are leading to "a transfer of power" to the ethnic Mexican community in the Southwest. He notes that most studies show that within the next 20 to 30 years Latinos will comprise more than 50 percent of the population of California. This fact, and other cultural and social developments, are opening the door for "self-determination" and even "the idea of an Aztlán," he said in his speech.

Aztlán, the mythical birthplace of the Aztecs, is regarded in Chicano folklore as an area that includes California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas. Spencer believes the aim is to create a sovereign state, "Republica del Norte," the Republic of the North, that would combine the American Southwest with the northern Mexican states and eventually merge with Mexico."

These American people are likewise unaware that what they believe to be the United States, a sovereign Nation that occupies land with borders, has never been a country but is instead a Corporation, the US States were the sovereign holders of land and borders. And so powerful has the United States grown that it literally spans the globe with its Economic might, and the Military might to protect its vast corporate holdings.

Little too do these Americans know, that even should their Counter-Coup forces prevail there remains no United States industrial manufacturing capacity left with which they could defend themselves. Even if vast portions of American Soldiers should side with their Counter-Coup forces their remains no American shipping or aircraft available to re-patriot them to their own country.

To those few Americans still fighting for their freedom their likelihood of success appears doomed as new reports from the United States show that they have now control the largest gulag the world has ever seen, and as we can read as reported by the Seattle Times News Service in their article titled "Report details failure of U.S. prison system", and which says:

"Americans spend $60 billion a year to imprison 2.2 million people — exceeding any other nation — but receive a dismal return on the investment, according to a report to be released today by a commission urging greater public scrutiny of what goes on behind bars."

As Russians we know all to well how powerful the forces of the United States are to destroy a Nation, as we have likewise not been spared, and which what happened to our once Great Nation, and particularly the speed in which it happened in, should not go unnoticed by the American people.

Even to today the Military Leaders of the United States continue their threats against Russia by their attempt to encircle us with their vast Armies, and which we can about as reported by the Moscow News Service in their article titled "Russia Warns Against NATO Taking in Former Soviet Ukraine and Georgia", and which says:

“Membership in NATO for countries like Ukraine or Georgia would mean a colossal geopolitical shift,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during questioning in the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament. “We evaluate all possible consequences first and foremost from the point of view of the national interest of Russia, interests in the area of security, our economic interests and interests in relations with countries which relate to Russia in one way or another,” Lavrov said.

The Russian parliament, often a mouthpiece for the Kremlin, passed a resolution Wednesday which stated: “Ukraine’s accession to the military bloc will lead to very negative consequences for relations between our fraternal peoples.” The statements came as 200 U.S. troops, who are in the predominantly Russian-speaking southern Ukrainian region of Crimea to prepare for NATO exercises due to start next Wednesday, remained stuck in their barracks, The Guardian reported. Protesters greeted their arrival last week with barricades and slogans reading “occupiers go home!”, and reportedly harass them if they step outside the military base."

But to the world’s greatest fears are the United States Military Leaders plans for their vast nuclear arsenals, and to which President Putin has vowed to respond against with force, and as we can read as reported by Russia’s RIA Novosti News Service in their article titled "Why does Pentagon need nonnuclear warheads?", and which says:

"Russian defense industry experts said MIRV warheads were, first of all, needed to conceal nuclear warheads because no early-warning radar could discern between conventional and nuclear weapons. In this situation, a delayed retaliatory strike would mean a sure victory for the attacker as the defending side would lose precious moments trying to locate high-priority targets. Moreover, it is pointless to install expensive conventional warheads on ICBMs.

Nonnuclear warheads are not covered by strategic arms-reduction documents either, and it would be impossible to find out how many U.S. strategic submarines have such warheads. Under the Strategic Offensive Reductions Treaty, Russia and the United States will reduce their strategic nuclear warheads to a level of 1,700-2,200 by December 31, 2012. But Moscow would still think that Washington is playing its own game, and that its strategic missiles retain several dozen or even several hundred nuclear warheads listed as conventional munitions.

Experts say strategic offensive weapons with nonnuclear warheads are intended for some extremely important military objectives, such as hitting enterprises producing nuclear weapons, dumps with solid-state and liquid radioactive waste, as well as other nuclear facilities. A high-explosive conventional blast at these facilities would cause the same damage as a nuclear warhead. An electromagnetic impulse would knock out all electrical devices and equipment, as well as communications and control networks. Subsequent radioactive fallout would render such enterprises useless for more than a century.

Oil and gas producing enterprises, oil refineries, petroleum depots, hydropower plants, dams, dikes, defense factories, shipyards, plants and other facilities face the same risks. Moreover, nonnuclear hypersonic deep-impact munitions can penetrate a mountain dam and be detonated by the attacker at any moment. Such an explosion can cause a disaster of unprecedented proportions that would make Hurricane Katrina, which devastated New Orleans in 2005, seem like child's play. National authorities would not be able to cope with the panic in the face of this threat.

Former Pentagon heads Harold Brown and James Schlesinger, who advocate such destabilizing weapons, enjoy firm Congressional support. The U.S. Armed Forces have outpaced the world's armies by several decades in their development and strive to obtain additional military advantages. Washington also wants to set off a new spiral in the arms race and to undermine the economy of its weaker foreign rivals. Russian political and military leaders should therefore display common sense in this situation. It is obvious that strategic missiles with nonnuclear warheads are gradually turning into battlefield weapons and losing their role as a political deterrent, which should never be used. These weapons can be launched even during local conflicts.

Any country is free to spend money on new weapons. But President Vladimir Putin has warned in his latest state of the nation address that the launch of a ballistic missile with nonnuclear warheads could provoke an inappropriate response from nuclear powers and a full-scale counterattack using strategic nuclear forces."

To ours, and others, warnings to the Americans about these events it appears unlikely that they will even hear of these things, and if in hearing would not understand, and if understanding would not believe, as they have been trained to be the lapdogs of their propaganda media organs.

Today is but one of many examples of this being true as while the Western World’s economic system nears total collapse, with the American Stock Market alone having lost $1.2 Trillion in value since May 31^st, the propaganda media organs in the United States have saturated their citizens with news of the death of an Iraqi terrorist named Al-Zarqawi, but whom many in the World’s intelligence communities have always known as the main Jordanian asset of Israel’s Mossad.

Not to notice when their Military Leaders lie to them is one these Americans largest failings. Their largest fault however goes to the continuing belief that the dream they are living can continue, even as the nightmare of the World that has been created for them becomes more apparent with each passing day.
