Flu Epidemic Tightens Grip on United States as Avian Flu Pandemic Fears Grow, and The Light Of Freedom In America Is Extinguished

World Health Organization fears of a sudden mutation of the H5N1 Avian Flu Virus have been raised today by the United States Center for Disease Control reporting that an ‘unknown’ virulent flu virus strain is approaching epidemic proportions in their Nation.

First reported in the United States California Region this new flu virus is spreading faster than health authorities in that Nation had anticipated, and as we can read from these various reports:

As reported by the California Daily Bulletin News Service in their article titled "Flu inundates ERs", and which says, “The influenza season is hitting harder and earlier this year, and area hospitals and emergency rooms are overflowing with coughing, sneezing and feverish patients who, to a certain degree, are tying up space for the more seriously ill. "Everybody is sick right now," said Jorge Valencia, a spokesman for Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton.

"The past couple of weeks, our ER staff has definitely seen a spike in people who are coming in with colds. It's been especially heavy this week." Hoards of sniffling, coughing and aching bodies have inundated hospital emergency rooms throughout San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles counties this past week. And, some health officials say, it's not expected to let up anytime soon."

As reported by the KVOA TV News Service from Arizona in their article titled "Emergency rooms fill up with flu sufferers", and which says, "Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, drink plenty of fluids and wash your hands thoroughly. Doctors are hoping these few steps will help prevent the flu and keep you out of the emergency room this weekend.

Some E-R's are reporting wait times of as much as 12 hours. The influenza virus season is ramping up toward an early peak in late January or early February. There's also "a backdrop of regular winter illnesses," hitting the Valley all at the same time. More than 300 of Maricopa County's 350 confirmed flu cases this year were reported in the last two weeks."

As reported by the KUTV TV News Service from Utah in their article titled "Severe Flu Hospitalizes 37 In Utah", and which says, "Widespread influenza is being reported in Utah, with 37 victims hospitalized with severe cases, state health officials said. ``This is the beginning of the intense flu season,'' said Susan Mottice, epidemiologist in the Utah Department of Health. ``Our sentinel data indicates we have widespread influenza activity.''

Cache, Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Sanpete and Washington counties have been the most affected areas. The number of students and teachers staying home from Granite High School in South Salt Lake this week was a new high."

As reported by the KFOX TV News Service from Texas in their article titled "El Paso Hit Hard With Flu During The Holidays" and which says, "The flu season is in full swing, as Luis Calvo, who has the flu noticed while he waited in the packed waiting room at the at the Franklin Medical Clinic for hours to see a doctor.

Doctor Andres Enriquez at the Franklin Medical Clinic says his waiting room was so packed that for most of the day there was standing room only and some people actually had to wait outside of the building. According to Dr. Enriquez 90 percent of the patients he saw on Christmas Eve had the flu like Luis. And it is not just Dr Enriquez that is seeing more patients. In fact 24 hour pharmacies like Walgreen's saw longer lines this holiday weekend."

As this flu epidemic races from the Western Regions of the United States towards it more populated Middle and Eastern Regions, Russian Intelligence Agencies are reporting today that the American Military Authorities have banned their National Media Organs from reporting on these outbreaks for fears that their citizens would curtail their Christmas spending by not going to their large shopping malls.

These actions by the American Military Authorities disregarding the health of their citizens can further be seen in their this week approving the controversial and deadly anti-virus medicine Tamiflu for use upon children, and as we can read as reported by the United Press International News Service in their article titled “FDA OK's kids' Tamiflu, Net sales probed" and which says:

"FDA Wednesday approved Roche's Tamiflu for use in children, according to a report on CNBC. The antiviral made by Swiss firm Roche is thought to be the most effective remedy against avian flu. Separately, British authorities said this week they have identified 18 websites that are illegally selling anti-flu drug Tamiflu, according to published reports."

This shocking and horrific action by the American Military Authorities in allowing such a deadly drug to be used on their children stands in sharp contrast to the mounting evidence of Tamiflu’s dangers, and as we can read from these reports:

As reported by the New England Journal of Medicine in their article titled "Avian Flu Deaths Linked to Tamiflu Resistance", and which says, "Researchers here have reported that the H5N1 avian influenza that killed two patients earlier this year was resistant to Tamiflu (oseltamivir). One authority calls this frightening. In one of the cases -- a 13-year-old girl -- it appears that the development of resistance to Tamiflu "contributed to the failure of therapy and, ultimately, the death of this patient," said Menno de Jong, M.D., Ph.D., of the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit's Hospital for Tropical Diseases here."

As reported by Britain’s Telegraph News Service in their article titled 'Frightening' Tamiflu report", and which says, "Commenting on the report in the journal, Professor Anne Moscona of Cornell University in New York, said Tamiflu-resistant H5N1 "is now a reality". "This frightening report should inspire us to devise pandemic strategies that do not favour the development of Tamiflu-resistant strains," she said."

As reported by Japan’s Kyodo News Service in their article titled "Tamiflu linked to deaths of 2 teens", and which says, "Two teenage boys who took the antiviral drug Tamiflu exhibited abnormal behavior that led to their deaths, with one jumping in front of an oncoming truck last year and the other falling from the ninth floor of a building earlier this year, health ministry and other sources said Saturday. The drug in Japan carries a note listing impaired consciousness, abnormal behaviors, hallucination and other psychological and neurological symptoms as possible serious side effects."

To a greater understanding of the American Military Authorities preparations for this latest assault upon its own citizens, Russian Intelligence Agency reports have long detailed the American Regimes ties to their largest corporations in creating like the Nazi Germans a multi-layered scheme wherein their Regimes Leaders are able to profit, and to which this most dangerous of drugs Tamiflu is no exception because the greatest of its profits go to the United States Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and as we can see evidenced in this report by a dissident American doctor named Dr. Joseph Mercola, and who reports:

"Finally, the pieces of the puzzle start to add up. Not long ago, President Bush sought to instill panic in this country by telling us a minimum of 200,000 people will die from the avian flu pandemic, but it could be as bad as 2 million deaths in this country alone. This hoax is then used to justify the immediate purchase of 80 million doses of Tamiflu, a worthless drug that in no way shape or form treats the avian flu, but only decreases the amount of days one is sick and can actually contribute to the virus having more lethal mutations.

So the U.S. placed an order for 20 million doses of this worthless drug at a price of $100 per dose. That comes to a staggering $2 billion. We are being told that Roche manufactures Tamiflu and, in a recent New York Times article, they were battling whether or not they would allow generic drug companies to help increase their production. But if you dig further you will find that a drug was actually developed by a company called Gilead that 10 years ago gave Roche the exclusive rights to market and sell Tamiflu.

Ahh, The Plot Thickens...

If you read the link below from Gilead, you'll discover Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld was made the chairman of Gilead in 1997.Since Rumsfeld holds major portions of stock in Gilead, he will handsomely profit from the scare tactics of the government that is being used to justify the purchase of $2 billion of Tamiflu."

To the machinations of their Military Rulers the American people themselves remain, like the German people living under the Nazi Regime, both silent and fearful as the erosion of their freedoms and liberties are nearly complete.

Towards the total and complete subjugation of their own citizens the United States Military Leaders have now begun the Federalization of their once semi- autonomous Regions they call States, and which in American there are 50 of.

In the State of Ohio has begun the first ‘experiment’ towards the final destruction of the United States by their enacting of new laws to both merge their State with their Federal Military Government while at the same time preventing any of their citizens from being able to protest against the total loss of their freedoms, and as we can read as reported by the NewsNet5.Com News Service in their article titled "Bill Would Allow Arrests For No Reason In Public Place: Citizens Would Also Have To Show ID", and which says:

"A bill on Gov. Bob Taft's desk right now is drawing a lot of criticism, NewsChannel5 reported. One state representative said it resembles Gestapo-style tactics of government, and there could be changes coming on the streets of Ohio's small towns and big cities. The Ohio Patriot Act has made it to the Taft's desk, and with the stroke of a pen, it would most likely become the toughest terrorism bill in the country. The lengthy piece of legislation would let police arrest people in public places who will not give their names, address and birth dates, even if they are not doing anything wrong.

WEWS reported it would also pave the way for everyone entering critical transportation sites such as, train stations, airports and bus stations to show ID. "It brings us frighteningly close to a show me your papers society," said Carrie Davis of the ACLU, which opposes the Ohio Patriot Act."

The tragic irony of the events currently evolving in the United States are that they are in fact returning these once free people to the exact state they were once in when they first began their revolution against England, and as correctly surmised by an the American historian Wayne C. Bartee, and who has written:

"President Bush's claim to have "inherent powers" as military commander-in-chief to order spying on civilians' telephone calls, e-mails, etc. outside the law and against the law reminds one of the claims of the old English kings.

As a professional historian, I think it worth noting that the last English king to claim to be above the law and to "dispense" with it whenever he pleased was James II (1685-88). The response of the English parliament and people was to dismiss him and find new rulers — William and Mary — who would accept the English Bill of Rights and agree to govern within the law. No English ruler since, not even George III, has dared to make such claims, nor have American presidents, except Richard Nixon.

I have yet to hear any responsible legal scholar or historian defend President Bush's unprecedented claims and actions. Unless he retreats from his claims to kingly power, perhaps he deserves from the American Congress and people the same response the English gave to James II?"

As history has long proven, a Nation that is led by those who place themselves above their own laws, who profit from the degradation and exploitation of their own citizens, who deny their citizens the right of freedom and liberty, are not worthy of the positions they hold.

To the citizens of a Nation living under such despotic rule, and as the American people are living under this very night, the most important words ever written by men, to those whose Light of Freedom has been extinguished, are contained in the very Declaration of Independence that once freed these now captive people.

And these words are well worth hearing again:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
