Russian Intelligence Agencies are reporting this morning that the shadowy terrorist organization Al Quaeda had ‘made good’ on its threat to attack Western Nations oil supplies, and as we can read as reported by the New Zealand Herald News Service in their December 8th article titled "Oil: al Qaeda threat keeps market jittery" and which says:
