Americans Don’t Understand, United States War on ‘Terror’ Is Won By Losing, Not Just War, But Entire Nation Will Cease to Exist

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers

Today, as Russia remains one of the very few Nations in the world still actively fighting against the Global Empire aspirations of the United States, and its Allies, it remains a constant source of bewilderment to many throughout the Free World that those to be most affected by the destruction of the United States, its own citizens, remain those people who are the least knowledgeable about the reasons for their Wars and the true goals of their Leaders.

Once again the War Leader has proclaimed to his people his intentions for ‘victory’ in their Nations war against Iraq, and as we can read as reported by the Newsday News Service in their article titled "Bush's 'victory' plan" and which says, "President George W. Bush will outline his "strategy for victory" in Iraq today, and senior advisers signaled that it boils down to this: trying to bring home some U.S. troops as soon as possible, but not too soon."

But not to a ‘victory’ in this American War against the World’s Muslim people is the goal of the United States and Allies, but to their losing is their aim.  For only in the total disintegration of Muslim Societies and Nations can the security of United States and its Allies be assured, and as we can read as reported by the Online Journal News Service in their article titled "A frightening "Strategy for Israel", and which says:

"The other day I was handed the translation of a paper written by Israeli journalist Oded Yinon as far back as 1982. Ah! Old news, I thought. I'll get around to browsing through it one of these days. When later, the person who proffered the document, asked me about my conclusions, I grabbed my spectacles and sat down for what I thought would be a dull read. How wrong I was!

Yinon, who was attached to Israel's Foreign Ministry, published his paper, titled "A Strategy for Israel in the 1980s," in Kivunim (Directions) a "journal for Judaism and Zionism," and if the Association of Arab-American University graduates hadn't widely distributed the article, it might have disappeared down the memory hole. Unfortunately, as the document is 11 pages long, I can only give you the gist but it can be found in its entirety on the Internet.

The basic premises of the plan are these: In order to survive Israel must become an imperial regional power and must also ensure the break-up of all Arab countries so that the region may be carved up into small ineffectual states unequipped to stand up to Israeli military might. Yinon described the Arab-Muslim world as "a temporary house of cards put together by foreigners and arbitrarily divided into states, all made up of combinations of minorities and ethnic groups which are hostile to one another."

He then goes on to predict that some of these states face ethnic social destruction from within "and in some a civil war is already raging." The writer goes on to bemoan Israel's relinquishment of the Sinai to Egypt under the Camp David Peace Treaty due to that area's "oil, gas and other natural resources." "Regaining the Sinai Peninsula is therefore a political priority which is obstructed by Camp David . . . , he writes . . ."and we will have to act in order to return the situation to the status quo which existed in Sinai prior to Sadat's visit and the mistaken peace agreement signed with him in March 1979."

Yinon then predicts that if Egypt is divided and torn apart some other Arab countries will cease to exist in their present form and a Christian Coptic state would be founded in Upper Egypt. (I always wondered why Egypt was referred to as 'the prize' in a 2002 Rand presentation to the Pentagon at the behest of chief neo-conservative and friend of Israel Richard Perle)

"The dissolution of Syria and Iraq later on into ethnically or religiously unique areas such as in Lebanon is Israel's primary target in the long run, while the dissolution of the military power of those states serves as the primary short term target," he writes. "Iraq, rich in oil on the one hand and internally torn on the other, is guaranteed as a candidate for Israel's targets," says Yinon. Its dissolution is even more important for us than that of Syria. In the short run it is Iraqi power which constitutes the greatest threat to Israel."

"Every kind of inter-Arab confrontation will assist us in the short run and will shorten the way to the more important aim of breaking up Iraq into denominations as in Syria and Lebanon. In Iraq, three or more states will exist around the three major cities: Basra, Baghdad and Mosul." Remember that Yinon's paper was penned in 1982.

But the writer also makes grave mistakes of judgment. For instance, he felt certain that both Jordan and Egypt would revert to Nasser-style Pan-Arab philosophies and break their treaties with Israel, which was what Yinon hoped they would do. But it didn't happen. Yinon further predicted "there is no chance that Jordan will continue to exist in its present structure for a long time and Israel's policy both in war and in peace, ought to be directed at the liquidation of Jordan."

This was because Yinon wanted to see the transfer of Palestinian Arabs from the West Bank into Jordan. "It is not possible to go on living in this country in the present situation without separating the two nations, the Arabs to Jordan and the Jews to the areas west of the river," he says. Was Yinon's paper the precursor of the 1996 "Clean Break: A new strategy for securing the realm" document authored by current and former Bush administration leading lights, such as Richard Perle, Douglas Feith as well as David and Meyrav Wurmser on behalf of Benjamin Netanyahu?

"Clean Break" advised the Israeli government to "publicly question Syria's legitimacy," contain Syria and strike selected targets, and "reject" the land for peace concept related to the Golan Heights. It was also proposed that Syria should be isolated and surrounded by a friendly regime in Iraq, while Arab states should be challenged as "police states" lacking legitimacy. Isn't this exactly what is happening today as part of Bush's democratization policy?

Richard Perle -- who journalist and film-maker John Pilger describes as one of George W. Bush's thinkers -- later pops up again in the 2000 Project for the New American Century document, which lays out the neocon vision for US domination of the land, seas, skies and space. Pilger writes in December 2002: "I interviewed Perle when he was advising Reagan; and when he spoke about 'total war', I mistakenly dismissed him as mad. He recently used the term again in describing America's 'war on terror'. 'No stages,' he said. 'This is total war. We are fighting a variety of enemies. There are lots of them out there."

As with many of the Western Worlds geo-strategic plans of the past 100 years however, this one too is not just leading to failure, but to Total Global War.  Even today yet another ‘thread’ has begun to unravel revealing the machinations of the United States and its Allies, and as we can read as reported by the Escambry News Service in their article titled "Al-Qaeda Suspect Claims CIA Behind Hariri Attack" and which says:

"A Syrian prisoner, considered an Al-Qaeda member, revealed that the CIA forced him to involve Syria in the assassination of former Lebanese Premier Rafic Hariri. Louai Sakka, accused of a terrorist attempt on a cruiser hosting Israeli tourists, revealed that CIA and Mossad (Israeli Secret Service) agents visited him in a Turkish prison to offer him a plan. The offer was to get him out of prison and give him a new identity in exchange for linking Syria to the deadly attack against Hariri..."

So concerned have the American War Leaders become over the accelerated deterioration of their war goals that they have ordered contact with their sworn enemy of Iran, and as we can read as reported by the BBC News Service in their article titled "US official to hold Iran meeting" and which says, "The US ambassador in Iraq is to hold the first high-level talks for decades with officials from Iran, a country with which it has no diplomatic links. But the US State Department said Zalmay Khalilzad had a narrow mandate to focus only on Iraq, and that the talks would not affect bilateral relations. The Americans are expected to ask Iran to help strengthen border security."

But not to ‘border security’ was this unprecedented contact with the Iranian Leaders begun by the United States, but rather, and according to Russian Intelligence reports, due to Iran’s agreement to launch offensive operations in Iraq should the American Military violate the borders of Syria, and to which these reports also acknowledge were ‘staged’ actions by the United States against Syria, and as we can read as reported by the Arabic News Service in their article titled  "Russian analyst: Israel had motivation in the Hariri crime" and which says:

"Vladimir Bogdanov, political analyst at the Russian Government's Rosiskaya Gazitta daily newspaper asserted yesterday that Syria is had no interest in the assassination of former Lebanese Premier Rafiq al-Hariri. He made clear that the premature accusations and judgments addressed by the US to Damascus come in the framework of pressure put on Syria with the aim of changing its policy towards Middle East issues.

In a statement, the Russian analyst indicated that in his capacity as a specialist in Middle East affairs, he has repeatedly visited the region, and he understands how Syria worked to establish stability and contributed to end the war in Lebanon. Therefore, "Damascus had no interest in assassinating al-Hariri and undermining security in Lebanon"he said, asserting that the Israeli intelligence and some Lebanese sides were interested in this matter.

Bogdanov underlined that Israel intends to destabilize Lebanon, replace it with a financial center in the Middle East. It also aims at weakening the positions of Syria and Iran who are two regional states that have big influence in the region. He expressed confidence that the official Russian stance is supporting Syria, and that Russia will foil at the UN Security Council any moves for imposing sanctions on Syria."

But to the greater goal of understanding the complete madness of these Western ambitions in controlling the entire World we can see the arising power of the new Kings of the World, and who know no National borders, and as we can read as reported by the Newsweek News Service in their article titled "The New Rich-Rich Gap" and which says:

"In recent years, the top fifth of American workers has held 85 percent of the country's wealth. The top and bottom tiers are growing, and the middle shrinking, much faster than I expected. Symbolic analysts now make up more than a fifth of all jobs in advanced economies, up from about 15 percent 15 years ago. Their incomes in developing economies are soaring, relative to other workers'. In China, the wealthiest 5 percent now control half of all bank deposits. India's symbolic analysts are becoming a new national elite.

Two different groups of symbolic analysts are emerging: national and global. Most symbolic analysts still work within a national economy, manipulating various kinds of symbols with the aid of computers. They're at the core of their nations' middle class— accountants, engineers, lawyers, journalists and other university-trained professionals.

Yet a new group is emerging at the very top. They're CEOs and CFOs of global corporations, and partners and executives in global investment banks, law firms and consultancies. Unlike most national symbolic analysts, these global symbolic analysts conduct almost all their work in English, and share with one another an increasingly similar cosmopolitan culture

Most global symbolic analysts have been educated at the same elite institutions—America's Ivy League universities, Oxford, Cambridge, the London School of Economics or the University of California, Berkeley. They work in similar environments—in glass-and-steel office towers in the world's largest cities, in jet planes and international-meeting resorts. And they feel as comfortable in New York, London or Geneva as they do in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Sydney. When they're not working—and they tend to work very hard—they live comfortably, and enjoy golf and first-class hotels. Their income and wealth far surpass those of national symbolic analysts.

There's a good economic reason that this group of global symbolic analysts emerged. Global commerce is now occurring on a scale and with a complexity that no commercial contract can adequately cover and no single legal system can sufficiently enforce. Hence, global dealmakers must rely to an ever greater extent on an extended network of people whom they trust.

This sort of trust depends on personal connections—on "relational capital" that draws on accumulated good will, and on confidence that anyone within that trusted circle can be relied on to draw in others equally trustworthy. Global symbolic analysts within a trusted circle share a kind of brand-name franchise that opens doors and consummates deals. They spend a lot of working time in front of computers and on the phone, but also devote significant time to face-to-face meetings, all over the world.

The growing number of symbolic analysts is also helping fuel the growth in the lowest tier, the personal-service workers. It used to be that about a third of the work forces in advanced economies were in person-to-person jobs; now, close to half are. Today, more Americans work in laundries and dry cleaners than in steel mills; more in hospitals and nursing homes than in banks and insurance companies. More work for Wal-Mart than for the entire U.S. automobile industry.

This is happening because busy households are "outsourcing" more housework, because populations of advanced economies are aging, raising demand for elder care, and because the richest 10th have so much discretionary income they can afford lots of pampering. They're hiring coaches, masseurs, drivers, gardeners, cooks and therapists of all kinds. Yet the supply of service workers is increasing faster than demand, due to a flood of new immigrants, and of workers no longer needed in routine production. As a result, the pay for these jobs is low and falling.

Meanwhile, the ranks of production workers have fallen, from about a third of advanced-economy work forces 15 years ago to one quarter. Analysts at Alliance Capital Management in New York, in a study of 20 major economies, found that between 1995 and 2002 more than 22 million factory jobs vanished. The United States wasn't even the biggest loser. America lost about 11 percent of its manufacturing jobs, while Japan lost 16 percent and Brazil lost 20 percent. The biggest surprise: China, which is fast becoming the manufacturing capital of the world, lost 15 percent of its manufacturing jobs.

What's going on? In two words: higher productivity. Factories are becoming more efficient, with new equipment and technology, and in nations like China, market reforms are replacing old state-run plans with modern ones. As a result, even as China produces more manufactured goods than ever before, millions of its factory workers have been laid off.

Routine office jobs are disappearing almost as fast as routine factory jobs. Almost any office task—claims adjusting, mortgage processing—can be done more cheaply and accurately these days by specialized software. Jobs that can't be turned into software are heading to low-wage countries as fast as telecom systems can reach them. Not only are call centers, tech support and routine computer coding going abroad, but so are jobs involved in patent applications, divorce papers and certain domains of research. This trend portends a growing clash of interests at the top, between national and global symbolic analysts."

Also not being understood by the American people are the reasons for their economic strangulation by the combined forces of personal and public indebtedness, but which their history indeed shows to them should they remember their Nation’s circumstances in 1929, and which in that year saw their Stock Market crashing, the savings of millions wiped out in months, the start of the Great Depression and the foundations for both total Global Social Change through Global War instituted.

Not to a War are they fighting to ‘victory’, as these American believe of their Leaders, but rather to the losing of this war, and in losing casting the seeds for the much Greater Global War is their true aim.  For only in the total destruction of their own people from both war and economic ruin can their Leaders achieve the Global Empire without borders they see as the Worlds Future.

Only in their full understanding of these momentous events can their protection and survival be found, but to their not heeding the warnings and signs surrounding them remains their plight.

To their false belief in the truthfulness of their Government Leaders and Media Organs to tell them the truths they so desperately need to know however can be best evidenced by this example of what these strange Americans call news, and as we can read as reported by the United Press International News Service in their article titled "U.S. pays for good stories in Iraqi press" and which says:

"The U.S. military is paying Iraqi newspapers to run articles casting a favorable light on U.S. operations in the country, the Los Angeles Times reports. The articles are written by U.S. military "information operations" troops, translated into Arabic and placed in Baghdad newspapers as unbiased news accounts written and reported by independent journalists. The Pentagon has a contract with a small Washington-based firm called Lincoln Group, which helps translate and place the stories. The Lincoln Group's Iraqi staff, or its subcontractors, sometimes pose as freelance reporters or advertising executives when they deliver the stories, sources told the Times."

Perhaps no better example than this shows to the world how far these strange American people have truly fallen from their once grand founding principals.  And as we have said many times before, not from a dream will these people awaken in the very near future, but into a nightmare….and one that could not have been created but for their allowing it happen.
