US Passes New Law Denying Their Citizens Right To Trial As Western Educators Begin Advocating ‘Rights’ of Teachers To Have Sex With Students

In what Russian Legal Analysts are describing as an ‘unprecedented’ legal maneuver by a democracy and not seen in the world since the draconian laws passed by the German Nazis in the 1930’s, the United States Senate has passed a new law that denies the right of trial for their citizens, and as we can read as reported by the Associated Press News Service in their article titled "Senate bars detainees from filing lawsuits" and which says:

"The Senate voted Thursday to bar foreign terror suspects at the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, from filing lawsuits in American courts to challenge their detentions, despite a Supreme Court ruling last year that granted such access. In a 49-42 vote, senators added the provision by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., to a sweeping defense policy bill."

Not being understood by the American people themselves is that this new law applies equally to them, and not just to ‘foreigners’, and as we can read as reported by the CNN News Service in their article titled "Americans may be held as 'enemy combatants,' appeals court rules" and which says, "A federal appeals court Wednesday ruled President Bush has the authority to designate U.S. citizens as "enemy combatants" and detain them in military custody if they are deemed a threat to national security."

The reactions of the American people to the stripping away of yet another of their rights also mirrors those of their Nazi Germany counterparts from last century, who likewise believed that the growing powers of their Fascist Police State would never endanger them, but to which history has proved was not true.

To the barbarities to which Fascist Police States like the current United States Empire will endure to keep their power and subjugate their own citizens can be seen as reported by the United States Capitol Hill Blues News Service in their article titled "GOP memo touts new terror attack as way to reverse party's decline" and which says:

"A confidential memo circulating among senior Republican leaders suggests that a new attack by terrorists on U.S. soil could reverse the sagging fortunes of President George W. Bush as well as the GOP and "restore his image as a leader of the American people." The closely-guarded memo lays out a list of scenarios to bring the Republican party back from the political brink, including a devastating attack by terrorists that could “validate” the President’s war on terror and allow Bush to “unite the country” in a “time of national shock and sorrow.” The memo says such a reversal in the President's fortunes could keep the party from losing control of Congress in the 2006 midterm elections."

As these Western Nations continue their plunge into darkness these most strange of people do not even see that with this darkness comes depravity of mind, and to which their world ‘of the future’ can be seen through the eyes of those educating their children, and as we can read as reported by the Britain’s The Independent News Service in their article titled "Sexual affairs between pupils and teachers 'can be beneficial', and which says:

"Britain should drop its moral outrage over sexual relationships between pupils and teachers and accept that an "erotic charge" in the classroom can be an aid to teaching, a Sheffield University academic says. Pat Sikes, an education lecturer, has written a paper in defence of pupil-teacher affairs, arguing that it is wrong always to cast students as victims when they are often the instigators of genuine relationships and suggesting that about 1,500 pupil-teacher affairs develop every year, the Times Educational Supplement reports today."

To this depraved agenda of these Western people we can see evidence that even to their babies are their doctrines to be implemented, and as we can read as reported by the BBC News Service in their article titled "Mixed response to toddler plans" and which says, "A proposed "national curriculum" for babies and toddlers in England has received a mixed response. Under the Childcare Bill, childminders would teach the curriculum to children "from birth" - with some worrying that it might be too prescriptive."

To the rights of those parents in the United States over their children’s lives has also been stripped from them, and as we can read as reported by the Catholic World News Service in their article titled "Family advocates rip US court ruling on parents' rights" and which says, "An American pro-family leader has expressed his shock at a federal court ruling that parents have no right to control the education of their children regarding sexuality.

Allan Carlson, the founder of the World Congress of Families, observed that a 9th Circuit Court decision, released earlier this week, essentially argues that "once parents surrender their children to the state education system, the schools can attempt to inculcate attitudes and values which families find abhorrent-- over their strenuous objections." In the November 2 decision, written by Judge Stephen Reinhardt, the federal appeals court said: "There is no fundamental right of parents to be the exclusive provider of information regarding sexual matters to their children."

Also to those parents in the United States, they are not even aware of what their children are being taught, and as we can read as reported by the Cleveland Jewish News Service in their article titled "What your kids are learning about Israel, America and Islam" and which says, "In thousands of public school districts across the United States, taxpayers, without ever knowing it, pay to disseminate pro-Islamic materials that are anti-American, anti-Israel and anti-Jewish. Often bypassing school boards and nudging aside approved curricula, teaching programs funded by Saudi Arabia make their way into elementary and secondary school classrooms.

These teachings enter school systems with the help of a federal program, Title VI of the Higher Education Act, now up for renewal. Expert analyses of these materials have found them to be full of inaccuracies, bias and proselytizing. They also have found that many of the major history and social studies textbooks used in schools across the country are highly critical of democratic institutions and forgiving of repressive ones.

Much has been written about the anti-Israel, anti-American bias found at many university Middle East studies departments, some of which receive Saudi funding. Now, a special yearlong investigation by JTA reveals for the first time how Saudi influence is also penetrating the American classrooms of young children. Saudi influence enters the classrooms in three different ways. The first is through teacher-training seminars that provide teachers with graduate or continuing-education credits.

The second is through the dissemination of supplementary teaching materials designed and distributed with Saudi support. Such materials flood the educational system and are available online. The third is through school textbooks, some of them vetted by activists with Saudi ties, who advise and influence major textbook companies about the books’ Islamic, Arab, Palestinian, Israeli and Middle Eastern content."

To the destruction of their Judeo-Christian heritage these Western peoples seem ignorant of, even to the rebuking of our Russia, and as we can read as reported by the Zenit News Service in their article titled "U.S. Report on Religious Freedom in Russia Draws Fire" and which says, "A Russian Catholic representative publicly expressed his disagreement with a U.S. State Department report that contends there is a lack of respect for religious freedom in Russia.

Father Igor Kovalevsky, secretary-general of the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Russia, said that "Russian power makes no discrimination whatsoever against the freedom of religious minorities." According to the report on religious freedom around the world, presented in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Russia is one of the countries that practices a preconceived policy in its relationship with representatives of minority religions.

The U.S. State Department's report points out that the Russian Orthodox Church has, undoubtedly, a privileged position among the country's religions and denominations. The document mentions that the Moscow Patriarchate is in close contact with organs of the government, allowing the Orthodox to move into the sphere of education and the army. It notes, for example, that at President Vladimir Putin's last annual message to the Federal Assembly, the Orthodox Patriarch, Alexy II, occupied a place of honor in the first row next to the prime minister. Other religious leaders sat behind him."

It is beyond normal thinking to imagine the United States being critical of our Russia for allowing the teaching of Religion and the possessions of Bibles in all Russian Schools, but in their country to possess a Bible, even to Praying, can lead to Americans being put in prison.

Even more incomprehensible are that the American children of today can receive classroom instructions in homosexual practices, contraception’s, even to how to abort babies, all with their governments sanction.

But most importantly, and not being understood by these Western people, is that their children no longer belong to them, but are instead being made into Weapons for their State, and to which the savage brutality evidenced by their wars in Iraq and Afghanistan clearly shows how successful the United States has been in creating for the world of the 21^st Century the modern day equivalent of the dreaded armies of Nazi Germany.

Also like their Nazi German counterparts, the Western people of today show no leanings towards either freedom or the protection of their human rights, being contented instead to remain virtually asleep while the most monstrous of abysses races ever closer to them. And when the time comes for their awakening, not from a dream will this be so, but into a nightmare of their own creation it will be.
