Bird Flu Outbreak Reported In Columbia as Iran Reports Mass Bird Deaths and Influenza Reported In Florida as Global Pandemic Rampage Continues

Reports from both North and South America are showing that the ‘worse case scenario’ envisioned by the world’s top scientists are being realized as the United States Florida Region has reported its first influenza case, and to which would provide to the H5N1 avian flu virus the last remaining mutation this most dreaded disease needs prior to full human to human transmission.

Of the Bird Flu outbreak in the Columbia we can read as reported by the China’s Xinhua News Service in their article titled "Venezuela bans poultry imports from Colombia" and which says, "The Venezuelan government announced on Wednesday that it will ban all imports of poultry products from neighboring Colombia to avoid the outbreak of the potentially deadly bird flu. Since cases of bird flu have been confirmed on three farms in Colombia, poultry products such as chicken, hens, eggs and turkeys from Colombia will be banned from entering Venezuela, the Ministry of Agriculture said in a statement."

Most concerning to scientists about the outbreak in Columbia is that it contains mutations of the H5N1 Avian Flu virus first discovered in the United States Texas Region, and to which thousands of birds were destroyed last year in the Americans attempt to control a much larger outbreak, and as we can read as reported by the Click2Houston.Com News Service in their article titled “Subtype Of Bird Flu Discovered In Texas: Thousands Of Birds Killed In Successful Containment Effort" and which says:

"While there are concerns that the bird flu could travel overseas to the United States, a subtype of the bird flu appeared in Texas last year, KPRC Local 2 reported Thursday. It cost millions of dollars and thousands of birds' lives. At a Houston bird market, live chickens are bought by people looking to prepare a fresh meal. Last year, birds from two of Houston's live bird markets tested positive for the avian flu. "All the birds were depopulated and the facilities were cleaned and disinfected," said Max Coats, with the Texas Animal Health Commission. Coats and his colleagues traced the infected birds back to a chicken farm in Gonzales, Texas. The farm was immediately quarantined. The flock was killed and the state set up a task force to prevent a possible outbreak of bird flu. "Because these flu viruses, if left alone, they do change themselves," Coats said."

The Bird Flu Outbreak in Columbia, Russian Scientists are reporting, is directly related to the migratory path of wild birds from North America, and which have now introduced this new H5N1 subtype into both Central and South America as the greater number of birds in the United States migrate there this time of year, and as we can read as reported by the American Audubon Society, "Roughly two-thirds of the birds that breed in North American forests and woodlands, and about half of all North American land birds, migrate each winter to rainforests."

This time of year has been one of the most dreaded by the world’s health experts as hundreds of millions of the earths birds begin their migratory flights across oceans, continents and nations bringing this most horrific of disease into areas where previously they had not been known, such as the Persian country of Iran and where mass bird deaths are being reported, and as we can read as reported by the IranMania.Com News Service in their article titled "Mysterious mass death among waterfowl in Iran" and which says:

"Iran's veterinary authorities have reported a large number of deaths among wild ducks, but the cause of the mortality is as yet unknown, the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) said. The OIE, the paramount authority for veterinary health, said on its website that 3,673 wild ducks had died at Poldasht, in West Azerbaijan province, AFP reported. The phenomenon began on October 2, according to the information received from the Iran Veterinary Organisation, a branch of the agriculture ministry, on Wednesday."

Not just to Iran and Columbia either has the Avian Flu struck, but also to one of the earths most important regions also, the Danube Delta, and which is a UN designated World Heritage Site of which it is known that "The waters of the Danube, which flow into the Black Sea, form the largest and best preserved of Europe's deltas. The Danube delta hosts over 300 species of birds as well as 45 freshwater fish species in its numerous lakes and marshes."

But no longer is this World Heritage region host to birds and fish, but now has become the epicenter of this Pandemics march into the greater heart of Europe, and as we can read as reported by the Associated Press News Service in their article titled "EU Promises Aid to Romania for Bird Flu" and which says, "The European Union pledged financial aid to help Romania fight against the spread of bird flu, an EU official said Friday, after birds on the Danube Delta tested positive this week for a virus subtype."

And not just to the heart of Europe is this Pandemic striking, but also from its Southern Regions, and as we can read as reported by the CNN News Service in their article titled "Bird flu strain confirmed in Turkey" and which says, "The Turkish government said Thursday it has contained the outbreak of the H5N1 virus, which was detected after 1,800 turkeys died on a farm in Kiziksa, 120 kilometers (80 miles) southwest of Istanbul, The Associated Press reported."

To the European Union, their concerns about the closeness of this Pandemic have led them to call urgent meetings about this crisis, and as we can read as reported the Reuters News Service in their article titled "European bird flu experts to hold crisis talks" and which says, "EU experts opened crisis talks on the spread of bird flu on Friday, a day after health officials confirmed what many had long feared -- the arrival of the deadly H5N1 strain on Europe's doorstep. "The experts' groups will then issue recommendations on the potential risk for humans in contact with such birds," it said in a statement."

The concerns of the British peoples has risen to the point where they have begun the protection of their homeland against this horrific disease not unlike they have in the past defended themselves against invading armies, and as we can read as reported by the Globe and Mail News Service in their article titled "There'll be flu birds over the white cliffs of Dover" and which says:

"Over the years, the British have fired shots at all manner of menacing things trying to make their way across the English Channel: French and Spanish warships, Luftwaffe planes, V-2 rockets, submarines. But it was only this week that geese and ducks became an imminent threat to national security. Thousands of shotgun-wielding British hunters, huddled behind duck blinds and crouching in marshes, have been empowered by the government to play a key role in their country's battle to prevent an avian-flu epidemic from overtaking the country.

The government's veterinary authorities, fearful of infected birds making their way into Britain from flu-prone regions of eastern Russia, have given the hunters, as well as conservation groups and birdwatchers, bird-flu testing kits and asked them to shoot down as many birds as possible, test them for the disease, and otherwise stand guard against these menacing foreign invaders. Debby Reynolds, who devised the plan to empower hunters as head of Britain's Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, urged citizens to keep watch over the skies."

But of the most concern among Russian Scientists are the reports from the United States Florida Region that shows its registered first Influenza Cases, and as we can read as reported by the Local6.Com News Service in their article titled "First Cases Of Influenza Reported In Orange County" and which says, "Florida Hospital doctors are reporting the first cases of influenza in Orange County, Fla., according to Local 6 News. The cases were reported at the Lee Road and Lake Buena Vista Centra Care locations this week."

The reason for this rising concern, and not being understood by the Western people, is though the ‘official’ death toll from the Bird Flu stands at 65 human beings, it is not to the current deaths that matter, but rather to the very strange nature of the H5N1 virus itself, and as we can read from the World Health Organizations report on this virus titled “Avian influenza ("bird flu") and the significance of its transmission to humans” and which says:

"All birds are thought to be susceptible to infection with avian influenza, though some species are more resistant to infection than others. Infection causes a wide spectrum of symptoms in birds, ranging from mild illness to a highly contagious and rapidly fatal disease resulting in severe epidemics. The latter is known as “highly pathogenic avian influenza”. This form is characterized by sudden onset, severe illness, and rapid death, with a mortality that can approach 100%.

Fifteen subtypes of influenza virus are known to infect birds, thus providing an extensive reservoir of influenza viruses potentially circulating in bird populations. To date, all outbreaks of the highly pathogenic form have been caused by influenza A viruses of subtypes H5 and H7. Migratory waterfowl – most notably wild ducks – are the natural reservoir of avian influenza viruses, and these birds are also the most resistant to infection. Domestic poultry, including chickens and turkeys, are particularly susceptible to epidemics of rapidly fatal influenza.

Recent research has shown that viruses of low pathogenicity can, after circulation for sometimes short periods in a poultry population, mutate into highly pathogenic viruses. During a 1983–1984 epidemic in the United States of America, the H5N2 virus initially caused low mortality, but within six months became highly pathogenic, with a mortality approaching 90%. Control of the outbreak required destruction of more than 17 million birds at a cost of nearly US$ 65 million. During a 1999–2001 epidemic in Italy, the H7N1 virus, initially of low pathogenicity, mutated within 9 months to a highly pathogenic form. More than 13 million birds died or were destroyed.

All type A influenza viruses, including those that regularly cause seasonal epidemics of influenza in humans, are genetically labile and well adapted to elude host defenses. Influenza viruses lack mechanisms for the “proofreading” and repair of errors that occur during replication. As a result of these uncorrected errors, the genetic composition of the viruses changes as they replicate in humans and animals, and the existing strain is replaced with a new antigenic variant. These constant, permanent and usually small changes in the antigenic composition of influenza A viruses are known as antigenic “drift”. The tendency of influenza viruses to undergo frequent and permanent antigenic changes necessitates constant monitoring of the global influenza situation and annual adjustments in the composition of influenza vaccines. Both activities have been a cornerstone of the WHO Global Influenza Programme since its inception in 1947.

Influenza viruses have a second characteristic of great public health concern: influenza A viruses, including subtypes from different species, can swap or “reassort” genetic materials and merge. This reassortment process, known as antigenic “shift”, results in a novel subtype different from both parent viruses. As populations will have no immunity to the new subtype, and as no existing vaccines can confer protection, antigenic shift has historically resulted in highly lethal pandemics. For this to happen, the novel subtype needs to have genes from human influenza viruses that make it readily transmissible from person to person for a sustainable period.

Why H5N1 is of particular concern? Of the 15 avian influenza virus subtypes, H5N1 is of particular concern for several reasons. H5N1 mutates rapidly and has a documented propensity to acquire genes from viruses infecting other animal species. Its ability to cause severe disease in humans has now been documented on two occasions. In addition, laboratory studies have demonstrated that isolates from this virus have a high pathogenicity and can cause severe disease in humans. Birds that survive infection excrete virus for at least 10 days, orally and in faeces, thus facilitating further spread at live poultry markets and by migratory birds."

From this World Health Organization report we can understand the concerns of Russian Scientists in that the mass deaths of ducks in Iran, and which according to this report, "Migratory waterfowl – most notably wild ducks – are the natural reservoir of avian influenza viruses, and these birds are also the most resistant to infection" is showing yet another, and more dangerous, mutation to the H5N1 virus.

The concerns of the American Florida Region Influenza outbreak are centered on the H5N1 virus needing its final mutation, and which it can only receive once it mutates within a human being carrier of another Influenza virus.

It must be noted however that numerous Russian Intelligence Reports are stating that this final mutation has already begun in the United States, and in order to control mass panic prior to the implementation of Martial Law these Bird Flu outbreaks are being reported as Legionnaires Disease, and which has almost identical symptoms to the Bird Flu and reports of outbreaks have been increasing at an incredible rate these past weeks, and as we can read from these various reports:

As reported by Canada’s London Free Press News Service in their article titled "Legionnaires' link probed" and which says, "Doctors may not consider legionnaires' disease an airborne threat, but the two latest cases in Toronto have raised concerns about whether it's hazardous to inhale the air outside the seniors' home that was the epicentre of the fatal outbreak. Health officials were initially mystified a pair of middle-aged men contracted the pneumonia-like illness, despite having no obvious connection to sick seniors at Seven Oaks Home for the Aged."

As reported by the 10NBC News Service in their article titled "Resident at nursing home diagnosed with Legionnaires Disease" and which says, "It made national news last week in Toronto, and now New York State Health Officials are investigating a single case of Legionnaires Disease at a Brighton Skilled Nursing Facility. NEWS 10NBC was the first to report that a resident at The Friendly Home was diagnosed with Legionella Pneumonia. It's not known at this time if the nursing home is the site of origin. The New York State Health Department is investigating, but so far it is not an outbreak situation like the one last week in Toronto."

As reported by the Rapid City Journal News Service in their article titled "South Dakota amplifies Legionnaires' fight" and which says, "The South Dakota Department of Health hired outside help in its effort to find and eliminate the source of Legionnaires' disease in Rapid City. Health Secretary Doneen Hollingsworth said Friday that her agency signed a monthlong contract with Legionella Risk Management of Chalfont, Pa., for $16,350, plus expenses. Company owner Tim Keane was in Rapid City this week with state health officials, looking for possible sources of the disease, which has been confirmed in 10 Rapid City area residents, one of whom died, since the end of May."

To the people in the United States however the true facts of H5N1, and this Pandemic, have now been relegated to their political sphere, and as we can see evidenced by one such American article titled “Prophet Talk: Bird Flu Is For The Birds!”, and which says, "Leonard G. Horowitz, DMD, MA, MPH writes that the current hysteria over Avian flu, which Bush seems to share, is actually resulting in its manufacture in military laboratories in the United States and abroad. He points out that the Avian Flu, currently causing the slaughter of thousands of wild birds, has shown no propensity to "mutate" and jump to humans - and in fact such a mutation is highly unlikely."

Statements such as these stand in sharp contradiction to the known abilities of H5N1 to rapidly mutate, and as we had previously shown as reported by the World Health Organization in their saying: “Why H5N1 is of particular concern? Of the 15 avian influenza virus subtypes, H5N1 is of particular concern for several reasons. H5N1 mutates rapidly and has a documented propensity to acquire genes from viruses infecting other animal species.”

But, and as we have previously reported upon many times, the reality of this Pandemic is beyond scientific questioning, but to the American people themselves the greatest dangers lie not only in the millions of deaths they will experience, the depression that will ensue due to the breakdown of the worlds economies, but to their Military Leaders manipulations of the events soon to occur to impose upon them Military Control and Martial Law will they be most effected, and perhaps best articulated by one of their own United States Congressional Representatives named Ron Paul, and who has stated:

"The Bush administration is attempting an end run around the Constitution by creating a militarized police state to take effect in the event of an avian flu pandemic – one that would include gun confiscation and ultimately martial law."

As another day passes, the world watches in horror at the events taking place behind the Iron Walls of the United States, and where almost 300 million human beings remain captive, without liberties or rights, fed only propaganda by their government controlled media organs and unable to awaken themselves from the Iron Fist of Fascist Rule about to enslave them forever.
